Have used this company for awhile now and I just canceled my service with them. I have several times scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation email and then on the day of the appointment I call to confirm and oh no your not on the schedule would you like to set up an appointment. Very poor professionalism no communication between employees.

Used Simpl for several years. Would not recommend. The longer I had their service, the less and less the technician did. Included in my service was blowing off the deck (which was not done most of the time), brushing the wall and stairs (which they also didn’t do) and half of the time they did not empty all of the baskets. If I would call the office, they where always nice but having to call a lot over several years just got old. Finally, most of the time the technician would leave the pool equipment turned off. Either the valves where closed and nothing would flow and the pumps would pump into a closed valve or the system would be shut down. No quality control was done or completed. I’ve gone through several technicians so it’s more of a company issue and training. Finally, I switched to another company who does what they do and more for a lot less.

Simpl did an indoor pool major renovation for us, including replacing three pumps, a new heater and filter, and cleaning and repairs to the pool liner. The work was completed on time and very professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing first class pool work.

SIMPL has done a terrific job of maintaining our pool. They recently disconnected and removed an old pool heater. The job was done quickly and professionally and the area was left spotlessly clean. We highly recommend them

I am very pleased with the services provided by Simpl. The tech was knowledgeable and respectful and did his work in a timely manner, and sprayed in places that are usual as well as areas that I was very concerned about. They were very mindful of my stores inventory and the spray they used had very little smell and what I could smell did not smell like insecticide. I will definitely use Simpl again.

Simpl always does a great job. They are concerned about our pets both indoor and out, and their products do not have that nasty chemical odor. Their quarterly service is also much more affordable than other companies I have looked into.

Our pool looked like a pot of green tea. It was hard to keep up with the leaf-fall. After we got the leaves out, I asked the Simpl tech, as he was doing the normal testing, if he thought he could clear it up. He was confident he could. He was right. The water is sparkling clean!

We started with the company in 1991 when it was Aqua Chlor. We have had the absolute BEST service and have referred several of our friends to them. The name change to Simpl is very fitting because it is Simply the BEST pool service company by far. In the 28 years since we have been with the company we have never had to drain our pool because of chemical issues. We get many compliments on how clear, blue and inviting it is all year long. They were very professional, easy to work with, and up front about fees and service provided. I called them for a specific problem: bedbugs. They give no guarantees, but their spray and fog treatment is thorough, and for the price, I was able to have them come back for a follow-up treatment.

They came and sprayed the house and set up the roach baits. It was pretty fast. They said theyd be back next month for anthr spray treatment. My friend recommended them to me. So far Im a happy camper. :)

More than 28 years of pool service from A to Z . Nothing these folkscan t fix. Two homes from Astronaut behind MAC HS to Garden Ridge weve had Sterling and his Dad taking care of us. Diving pools....We have utilized their pest control services with GREAT results.They have stuck with us thru thick N thin and vice versa.......The monthly News Letter is very helpful.

I use their Pest Control services. Billed monthly. I can call anytime if I see stuff. Stuff they use is bio and safe around babies. So far so good. They have mosquito service for about $100 per treatment, but I dont think that stuff works well.

I began having my pool serviced when it was operated by Aqua Chlorl and is now Simpl. In 20 yrs these folks have always been there for Me when I needed them most. From A green pool the night before a Large Party event, to replacing the pump. Always let me know when theyre coming, so I can make sure the Dog isnt going to eat them. They close gates and check for yellowing, dump Strainer basket, sweep down walls. Can not say enough good about the entire Company. Thanks for what you do.

I had an emergency with my hot tub and was willing to pay extra to have them come out as soon as they could. Not only did they come out right away but they wouldnt take the extra money and charged me regular price. They already service my pool and do a great job, but now will be handling my hot tub too. The pest service is wonderful, pet friendly and they will come out at a wimper. It takes a couple times to get it started but after that I found it has really worked for everything, fleas, ticks, ants, roaches and even found some dead termites. They must have hit a nest or something. The pool is always clear because they keep it that way and therefore it doesnt require extra cleanings. They also had suggestions for a leaf catcher which has saved our pipes. They are great!

I live out of town and needed someone to take care of my pool in Texas while we are trying to sell it. I called Simpl up and they got things going for me with no issues. Very friendly customer service. I have needed to call a few times to request more services and they make all changes for me with a smile on their face. Thanks for making my life easy.

Superb! Excellent! I did the work myself for 18 months but one day we got some bad algae and my pool was nearly black! I called SIMPL and for a small fee they fixed it! Been with them since and it is simple and cost-effective. This week I called to ask for an additional visit before the weekend BIG engagement party. They emailed back immediately that they will stop by-service is great, on-time and right!

Been with the company about 7 years now, it used to be called Aquaclor. The service has been good, I think some of the new hires might need better communication with the managers. My pool was green for a month till a service manager fixed the situation. That is the only issue I had.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with a pool, but it had been left vacant for quite some time and the pool was not in the best shape. We began using Aqua Chlor and the pool immediately looked better after the first service and keeps looking better each time.Plus theres the added benefit that Aqua Chlor has pest control service. We have been using Simpl for years and have nothing bad to say about this company. They are fantastic! We had a couple times after heavy rains that our pool turned a little green but, after one call they were out the same day and the pool was back to crystal clear. I would recommend then to anyone!

My wife and I have been Simpl customers for 29 years, ever since we bought a house with a pool in Universal City, TX. After we got the keys, I bought a chemical testing kit, some supplies, and studied how to maintain a pool.I got everything balanced the first week. Then, it rained. Balance gone! I got it set back right the next day and it rained again. After two weeks of trying to get it right myself and keep it right, I called AquaChlor, the previous name for the Simpl folks.They have done the right thing for us and our pool for almost three decades, and we intend to keep them employed helping our pool!

We have used Aqua Clor for over a year and we could not be happier. They have never tried to sell me anything extra, my pool is always clean, and even my dog has gotten used to them coming into the yard. If I ever have a question or concern, they always have handled it immediately. I was throwing away $$$ on chemicals at the pool store every weekend and the pool was still green or foggy. It was costing me more than what I pay to have them do it for me. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Update: Sterling called me and personally apologized for the poor service. He then gave me some numbers of companies that will clean above ground pools.Had an appointment with them to clean my pool. They dont ask when you call if its an above ground pool because they dont service them. Two hours after they were supposed to come by I had to call the office and they said, they dont service above ground pools. They didnt tell me, I had to call to find out. Thanks for wasting my time terrible company!

LONG TERM CLIENT, VERY DISSATISFIED!!We have been clients of Aqua Chlor for eleven years. Our pool was always clear and usable. We never had a problem with their service up to the point they rebranded as Simpl.Since the rebranding our pool has been GREEN more weeks than it was clear. The technicians they send out dont seem to be able to do the minimal maintenance. We have had to call the office many times to report the unsatisfactory service and results only to be UPSOLD to hundreds of dollars of additional services with the same end result.... A GREEN POOL!Now they seem to be running out of additional services to sell us SO they now try to sell us the same services AGAIN!!We are getting very tired and disappointed doing their Quality Control job for them.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
