I contacted this guy because i needed help with pest control... i too, had very high hopes for the outcome of his services. i have since had an explosion of issues, none of which were ever contained. i paid $378 and had given a weekends time before returning to my home. when i got back, not only did i see MORE bugs than ever just crawling on the floor, but my cabinets, where i keep my food, my bed room, my bathroom, and my kitchen, are all infested!!! also, my bed bug issue, which is embarrassing enough, had suffered little to none! i will have to throw out my couch, and curtains.this guy did not earn my satisfaction. guys, go somewhere else!

This guy came out to my house because we had a roach problem. He told us $50 will solve the problem. I dont know if he sprayed water or what it was, because we saw more than ever. We expected them to come out and die. They came out in force and there was no improvement. He also sprayed my neighbors and neither of them had improvement. Buyer beware of this company. I called him and told him that we need him to come and give us the service we paid for and he basically told me to f@#^ off. I called orkin to take care of our problem and havent seen a bug since. I am an entertainer in the city of San Antonio and I know thousands of people. I will make sure that everyone I know stays away from this company. He had 3 very unhappy customers that live in a very close proximity to my house and we all had no results with him. So far he is 0 and 3 with his services. Time to go back to exterminator school.
