Can’t speak as a client, but as a neighbor of a client, the experience is not positive. I have to repeatedly ask all their techs to stay on client property. Not sure why your equipment should be laid on my grass, your hoses drug through my lawn, your techs walking across it instead of on the person who contracted you.Maybe this review will motivate you to have a quality conversation with employees to honor potential customers.

We’ve been with the company for a couple years now I believe. Always have excellent service and support. Lately we’ve had a lot of scorpions and random bugs coming in the house. We had a scheduled date for later July but we needed an immediate service. They were to send someone out earlier who arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. Zack was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire to include a couple laughs during the service. Thank you for the service.

Zachary is the technician scheduled between 12 and two PM and showed up at 12:05. In addition to being prompt he was very friendly. He explained his services and worked on the outside of the house first, then the garage. Unique service this company provides is a full yard spray for insects including ticks and grubs. It is safe for pets. He powdered insecticide around the perimeter of the house and then came into the inside of the house with no disturbance and quietly and effectively sprayed in the house. The services are every other month and is reasonably priced. I am pleased with the services and benefits.

We have spotted a large number of red-headed centipedes this year. Maddox did a great job spraying the house.

Well, I wouldn’t pick this place to do a pest control service ever. The last three appointments have been a mess. 6 months ago, they sent my appointment time and never showed up. Finally called two days later to reschedule. 4 months ado set an appointment time, and they called 15 mins before the time sent and said the technician had an emergency and rescheduled for the next day. The next day called, and same issue. Finally, the last straw was my appointment set for this month same thing happened again. I understand a pandemic, but this happening three appointments in a row is very unprofessional.

Not to expensive. Their chemicals are environmentally friendly and kill all the major bugs we get. They are always professional and if you need an inside spray they do it no questions asked! Also give you traps for free to put out where you please. They also spray the weep holes, clear the cobwebs, and destroy ant hills.

I have been using their service for almost 3 years and have no complaints. They come and do the treatments bi monthly, but if I have an issue with certain bugs before the next treatment, they come out and look at it without any issues. All the staff members theyve seen out have been very nice and professional. Would highly recommend.

I was informed at the time of signing up that I was going to be charged $55.00 plus tax bi monthly for service which I was fine with. The sales man also said I could cancel at anytime no fees attached which is a complete lie. It’s additional $165 to cancel which was never discussed. Also I don’t mind paying for a service but I shouldn’t have to ask the tech what they did then double check their work and ask them to do it again as it was not done or done correctly the first timeNot pleased at all with this company do not recommend

First time customers and First impression was spot on! On time, professional, and spoke my language to understand exactly what my service consisted of. Zachary and Mike came out this evening and made the process very pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Completely satisfied!

They visited my home and treated, inside and out, several times with no problems. Then, today, their representative took one look at the litterbox in the front halfway and declared that he couldnt handle the smell. He said he was going to gag. I had cleaned my home prior to the visit. I have cats, so litter boxes are a necessary item. My home was NOT in the condition he wrote down in his notes about the visit. When I asked for another option, he said there was none. The manager I spoke to went with his notes and acted like my home was a safety hazard. I immediately asked them to cancel and never contact me again. I have never been so insulted in my life. They should not advertise as pet friendly when they are NOT. Several positive visits were completely nullified with this one experience.

Our first initial treatment and already impressed. Zachary showed up promptly at beginning of the arrival window. He introduced himself with a smile, explained what he would be doing, and afterwards explained where he treated and what I could expect. He even offered to help my wife who was loading a large item into her vehicle. Friendly, positive, personable, and prompt. No regrets!

I cant recommend them enough! We dont need to leave the house when they come to treat it, and we dont smell anything from the treatment afterwards and it works very well. They are always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their product and insects. We have had a few instances where we have needed a follow up treatment and they schedule the follow up as soon as they can. I recommend them to anybody and everybody who needs pest control!

I expressed my concern for the spiders that have been living in the ceiling of my house for free.99 and he told me he couldnt spray with what he was using for the floor because it leaves residue on the drywall. I was confused because in the past no one ever mentioned that to me. Also he told me that the poison another guy put for rats was also not allowed because the rats will die inside the walls. I would never recommend Envirogard to anyone. The management is poor and the product is in ineffective. For example we ask them to eliminate a hornets nest under our wooden patio deck. They came twice fog fogging and adding granular pesticide to the nest. The nest exists and actually has proliferated after the service. In essence they are in effective yet hold you to a contract and will penalize you if you try to get out of the contract.

Albert was the technician that performed the service at my property. He has visited my property multiple times and each time he has been punctual and very professional. We wish we could request him each time.

They are CON ARTISTS at the highest level. I have since caught the salesman in several lies. He told me he was the owner and after some research, he isn’t. Also, they are not drug tested or any background checks performed. It was done after a technician came to my house smelling of marijuana. He could barely keep his eyes open. Many of my neighbors have left as well. I had performed my own background check on a few of their tech’s. Some have done time behind bars for various felony crimes. That is unacceptable at so many levels. This is not the company I want coming into my home around my family and personal property. I would highly suggest you use someone else. They never return calls to address issues so, I canceled my credit card on file and refuse to allow them in my yard and house. Military, watch out. They do not let you out of the contract as promised. They charge 200 dollars. I wish I could give you zero stars. Actually, you don’t even deserve that. Buyer Beware. 👎👎👎👎

Ive had the pleasure of working with Enviroguard since April of this year. I first signed up with a monthly spray since I just moved into my house and there was bugs everywhere. Around the end of May, Tavian came to do my spray and we talked about my other concerns and questions. He suggested a mosquito treatment during the season. He helped me modify my current plan to quarterly and add the mosquito treatment. I was able to make a curtesy call between services, because I saw an increase in creepy crawlys in my house and garage. They came out in a timely manner and made sure every inch was covered. Ive never has an issue with any of the techs. In fact every time, they are on time if not early. I really appreciate all the hard work and professionalism Enviroguard and their techs show each and every visit. I would also like to compliment Hudson. He recently completed my last mosquito treatment. On top of being early, professional, and a lively personality he went above and beyond for me. I had concerns of dirt dobbers forming nests on my house. He knocked them down, cleaned up their mess, and sprayed for them. In addition to this he made sure each of my concerns, fruit flys and ear wigs, were addressed. He sent a note into the company notating my increase presence of ear wigs. In doing this they called me the next day to set up an appointment to get this taken care of. I really appreciate everyone and their hard work at this company.

We signed for them for they promised to treat a house inside and out , because we moved in the property and than they cant do the inside we reschedule and COVID-19 came. and we worked or in quarantine and they never did the inside the house but they came do the second treatment when I told them for thank you but we cant afford it and we dont needed this half treatment ( 2 time the guy not even spend 3 minute the front yard and we get fully price charged so we owe them 112 dollar for the second treatment what I cancelled on phone before they came out and now they send the message for we owe them 344 dollar what they never did prevent finished the first! I try to talk the costumer service but they just saying we sign the paper but they not even do the full treatment 1 time and the second time almost nothing when I told them for No thank you!What I saying is they not the right company for bugs they just like a Thick on the dog!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...If I could give negative stars I would.. This company sales representatives lie and withhold information just to lock you into a contract for a full year. Ive called multiple times to cancel due to the sales representative not informing me it was a contract. I sent an email to reschedule to another time so I can cancel and when I called I got told that the time to cancel was 3 days before they did the service and I was also told that it was 3 days after the service. The sales representatives do not listen, I told this sales representatives no multiple times and he still coaxed me into signing with lies. They are lucky I dont take them to court for lying.they wont let you out of the contract unless you pay $300.00. The sales representatives also had me sign a document which did not state it was a contract. Someone needs to sue ethics company..

Lies and more lies, that cancel any time turned out to be $180 fee, my home has never seen so much bugs in the time that weve been here; it would seem that they are feeding them instead of killing them. Well I guess its back to our old company, we leave with a horrible taste and a $180 penalty for taking a chance on this so called company. Seeing all the other reviews, it seems that this is their M.O. lying to people about the no cancelation fee this is actual Fraud in the inducement... maybe we should all file with the BBB to stop them from doing this to other innocent people. Watch out!
