We have a huge problem with ants getting into the a/c unit and shutting it down, which is just wonderful in the hot weather. The first time it happened, we immediately called BugCo and they sent Brandon out to us. He was just wonderful in explaining what needed to be done and how often it should be repeated. We make sure that we request him every time we schedule an appointment.

The technician who serviced my house for small ants didnt seem to know what he was doing. He could not really answer questions. My guess was it was his first day on the job and lacked training. I saw absolutely no reduction in the number of ants in the house as well. I even waited over a week to write to make sure I wasnt jumping the gun with my judgement of the results.

Y’all are just absolutely amazing I’ve met both Charles and Josh. Our last tech josh was just an absolute darling. He was very thorough and even thorough these crazy times he was very respectful to my son. He’s been in home with no interaction and when josh came he followed everywhere with a million bug questions and josh even let him carry his mirror and showed him where to look for bugs. Eventually they led to talking about video games. Both these gentlemen are great. Had a very very thorough indoor and outdoor initial treatment. A few weeks later noticed some return in activity (apparently common the first couple of weeks after treatment). Rusty came out and did another indoor and outdoor preventative treatment as well as making some great recommendations on places of entry that could be addressed easily. Very satisfied with the service!

Charles has been to my house twice previously for termite treatments (2016) and most recently to place a non-kill trap for the opossum or skunk that took up residence under my deck after all the rain in September. Happily, it turned out to be an opossum who will be transported to a new location. Charles is polite and knowledgeable. He has been easy to communicate with via text during this journey to catch the opossum.

I have been using Bugco for a couple years now. They are fantastic. I have had no bug problems at all and I live in a pretty old house. The technicians are very professional and the customer service people are polite and accommodating. A tad bit on the pricier end for their year round service but I highly recommend them.

Noticed some american roaches congregating in my garage. bugco came out did their thing. within a week or so the bodies of the roaches appeared as well as the rolly polies. they all dead for now and im happy with the results.

I have a lot of bugs died in front of windows, the first time of service they did spray all windows and all rooms, but later they refused to spray windows and rooms anymore. Called the customer service the cooperative manager just yelled at me by the phone, and said they won’t spray those areas, also said there is no any pet control service would do it either.Very disappointed for the service and attitude. Strongly recommend don’t use this company.2019

We moved into a house with roof rats which was unsettling. But Charles at Bugco made a plan, explained the steps and work and we have already seen results in just 2 weeks! It’s a process to get roof rats out of your attic but if you use Bugco they can meet your budget and, for us, Charles has exceeded our expectations.

Great experience with BugCo. We had no problem scheduling a quick service that worked for our busy schedule. When BugCo came to our home they were respectful of our space and ensured we were aware of the actions being taken. We have multiple cats and were worried about the effects the chemicals would have, but the spray dried quickly and it wasnt an issue. We also had an ant problem in the yard and home, after the spray service and yard treatment we havent had any problems since. Looking forward to having my home pest free for the foreseeable future!

They were extremely professional, and friendly. They did work at my dads place in Lytle. Very reasonable. So reasonably that I had them come to my house. Now Im going to get them to check out my sisters place.

I worked with 2 other bug companies before using Bugco. I tried for 2 years to get rid of my neighbors bugs that came over when they remodeled their newly purchased home.The other companies came out up to every three weeks for months. The bugs persisted.When Bugco came out, the bugs decreased dramatically. By the second quarter visit, I was seeing less than 1 per week. As of my 3rd quarterly visit, I have seen absolutely NO bugs. None in 3 months. I just had my 4th quarterly visit and still no bugs. Thank goodness for Bugco! Ill be certain to keep up with my quarterly visits...as I always have.

At first we thought they were great. However, out of nowhere we have had a major ant problem. It started in our microwave and kitchen of all places. The ants were coming in through the walls and going into the microwave. We had a guy come out and spray outside and in the house, it helped for all of two days. After a week of non stop ants we called and they came out again. This time a different guy came out and put down some kind of sticky stuff along the walls downstairs. The ants seem to be in our walls which is wierd to us because we dont know how they got there and our house is not even three years old. This was suppose to keep the ants from coming in. While the guy was at our house my husband tried telling him that the ants bite and the young man basically called my husband a liar and said they were not those types of ants. Let me tell you myself, my husband and BOTH of our young children have been bitten. Well a month after they came out twice we still have a MAJOR ant problem. We will be going with a different company now. One that know how to take care of the problem and spray through the walls so they can actually kill all of them. The only good thing I can say is that everyone was always nice and friendly. Willing to work with my schedule so the could come out and spray. Just wish they knew what they were doing.

Bulk SA gave me an 11 to 1 timeframe to be at my house they were here at 11:11 on the dot literally open the door and there he was and his name was John and he did a fantastic job highly recommend Bugco SA. I needed a respray sence I’m with in the sixty days they came right out to take care of the problem. Had them out and in less than 2 weeks still had ants, bugs and other pests problems. They can back out again and sprayed a second time and STILL have same issues as the first time they came out. Very disappointed.

We have been using BugCo many years. They recently were bought by a new company, and their services were not the same. I finally decided to give BugCo a second chance, as I managed multiple properties, and I do not have time for inconsistency. I was connected with DJ, Call Center Agent. He does a great job on managing my service requests and processing our payments. However, I was not satisfied with certain technicians that serviced our properties since they failed to inform me of other pest concerns and did not sprayed the property correctly leaving a large part of the home unsprayed for German Roaches to run free. DJ was able to address our concerns, and sent a new technician. Agent Charles Howard performed at top excellent expectation! He was very communicative regarding out services and took time to explain any other foreseen concerns. I would like Technician Charles to service all future request. I hope we can continue to work with BugCo while expecting top service.

I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO MY HOUSE ABOUT A YEAR AGO; THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB THAT TIME. HOWEVER, THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES WERE NOT SO GOOD. I HAD THEM COME OUT FOR A REGULAR PEST CONTROL SERVICE INSIDE AND OUT OF MY HOME. I ALSO ASKED THEM TO DO A MOSQUITO TREATMENT IN MY BACK YARD. THAT WAS ON A THURSDAY. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT IN 24-48 HOURS THE MOSQUITOES WOULD BE GONE. I ADVISED THE TECHNICIAN THAT I WAS HAVING AN OUTDOOR BOXING VIEWING PARTY ON SATURDAY. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS WITH MOSQUITOES. HE ASSURED ME THERE WOULD NOT BE AND TO REASSURE ME HE SAID IF THERE WERE ANY MOSQUITO PROBLEMS TO CALL SATURDAY MORNING EARLY AND SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT. BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON I KNEW I STILL HAD A MOSQUITO PROBLEM. I WAITED TILL SATURDAY MORNING 7 AM (AS DIRECTED TO WAIT 48 HRS) ONLY TO FIND NO ANSWER. I TRIED EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR AND STILL NO ANSWER. FINALLY SOMEONE CALLED BACK AROUND 2 PM AND TOLD ME THEY WERE BOOKED UP FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. ALSO, NO ONE CAME BACK OUT ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY WHICH WAS MONDAY. I ENDED UP JUST LETTING IT GO. I WAS VERY UPSET. FAST FORWARD 3 WEEKS LATER; OF COURSE STILL A MOSQUITO PROBLEM, MY GIRLFRIEND SUGGESTED TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE TRY SO I DID. IT SEEMS THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE, I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE DILUTING THE CHEMICAL TOO MUCH OR IF ITS JUST A SORT OF PLACEBO.. LOL, BUT IM NEVER GONNA CALL THEM AGAIN, SUPER BAD SERVICE AND THEN THEY SMILE AT YOU AS THEY WALK AWAY WITH PAYMENT IN HAND (OF COURSE)....

For pest control is fine, but dont hire them for Mice problems, they just dont know how to do it
