I had read about Pied Piper Pest Control and their effectiveness in removing animals from their area. I was having a serious problem with birds nesting on my patio. I had tried a number of deterrents. Marshall came over and successfully removed nests and whatever was attracting them to that area. Job well done!!! Thank you, Marshall. They have not returned.

Excellent service! They will come quickly in between your routine services (mine are quarterly) if an insect problem arises. I had an ant issue and they addressed it within 24 hours of me ringing them. My technician, Robert, is extremely professional, courteous and thorough in his work, we are fortunate to have him! I’ve been using pied piper for almost 2 years. I have been very satisfied with their service. I live near a lot of trees and I have issues with all kinds of species of inspects getting into the house and garage. Pied piper does a thorough job making sure everything is treated. That is a huge job for my house, but they still take the time to make sure nothing is missed inside or outside. They are also always willing to come out between treatments if I see any insect activity and don’t charge me. I highly recommend their quarterly service plan. Josh from Pied Piper came out today and he was the best. He spent time asking me about where I see the majority of the activity and did an excellent job treating the areas and giving me pointers to solve future issues.

Weve had a contract with Pied Piper for 26 years. They come 4 times a year, and the only bugs weve seen have been dead ones. They use something that is safe for pets, too. Even with our kids bringing in countless pets over the years, weve never had a flea problem.

We reached out to Pied Piper Pest Control to help us address a swarm of bees that were furiously nesting in one of our trees. Mr. Marshall Pogue scheduled an appointment to review our bee problem. Upon review, he recommended a solution and immediately scheduled Mark to address our bee problem.Marshall and Mark had informed us of the possibility of the bees returning. As luck would have it, a few bees tried to rebuild their nest. Marshall scheduled Mark to conduct one more treatment and he recommended an additional solution to keep the bees from returning.Mr. Marshall Pogue and Mark did a great job of addressing our concerns. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Additionally, Marshall followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with the solution provided. Excellent customer service!

Pied Piper Pest Control on Jones Maltsberger is a dishonest company. Maybe because we are senior citizens They thought they would take advance of us. They quoted us $1,000 to treat our house for termites, Pied Piper promised to treat our foundation every 18 inches but I have not seen any evidence they did that. It looks more like they treated every 3 feet After we paid the $1000.00 They sent us a letter said they would not honor the warranty because we had paid $1,000 and not the $1,004.02. What was $4.02 for? Over $4.02 they will not honor the warranty, I suspect they will use any excuse not to honor any warranty they have.

So, honestly no issues with the service and I was with them for 2 years. My challenges begin with every time I would call in if any of the male employees would answer the phone they are rude and act as if they did not want to speak to me or assist. Second, payments. I consistently informed the employees to auto charge me and next thing I know, I am not receiving service since I had an outstanding balance. Again, no issues with the field service techs, only the office who funny enough is probably in charge of the field service techs.

I now use Pied Piper for my office and my home. When I first called them for the office, we had a persistent mouse problem AND a bug problem. No matter what we did, they just kept coming! Our office is in an industrial area with a warehouse attached. So I didnt really have high hopes b/c I figured the pest problems were just due to our building location. I was very happy that within 6 weeks, Pied Piper managed to solve both pest problems! Its been almost a year now and we havent seen a single mouse and the only time I see a bug, its dead and in the warehouse. The suckers dont even make it into the office! Ask for Tony when you call. Tony is the Tech that services our office usually and he is such a great guy! He is always good about explaining things to me and answering all our questions.My husband and I recently bought our first house. Since I was so impressed with Pied Pipers work and quick results at the office, they were the only pest company I called for our home. Our home sat vacant for a while, before we bought it, so the bugs had moved in. Eeek! There were a lot of spiders. We signed up for the Quarterly Plan and so far I am really happy it. After the first treatment, we noticed a difference, but the house had sat empty, so the bugs got a good head start on us. Since we kept seeing some bugs, we called Pied Piper back. On the Quarterly Plan, if they need to come back out, they dont charge you for the in-between treatments. And sure enough, they gladly scheduled another treatment for us and we werent charged for it!I cant remember the name of the Tech that treated our home, but he was just as nice as Tony. All the Pied Piper Techs Ive dealt with have been great guys. They take the time to talk to you and find out what your pest problems are. Then they treat accordingly. That is true customer service and it really makes a difference. Not only is this company just a pleasure to work with, but you get results and quickly!I would highly recommend anyone call Pied Piper, for their home or their business.
