I walked in and found exactly what I needed with short notice! Becky was nice enough to hold the only one left for me until I could return with cash card machine was down. Have purchased from her before and I will continue to use Becky for all my Pinata needs!

Quality look good.. but what intrest me more was her customer service she was the sweetest lady who had knowledge and was top selling me stuff... she sweet lady and her 2 chihuahuas.. and at the end she bless us !! Awesome serivces!

Got my lil boys baseball pinta. Like 20 kids hit it and it wouldnt brake. An adult had to hit it for it to brake. Worth the money I paid for.

Buzz has either thyroid problems or really high blood pressure (and a unibrow).. on the other hand Bendi was perfect

I pre-ordered a beer pinata for my husbands birthday a week before the party left a deposit and was excited to see it, the day before the party I called her to make sure it was ready she said yes to come over the following day, well Saturday the morning of the party at 9am I recieve a call that SHE DID NOT HAVE IT! I waited a whole week left a deposit confident that my order would be ready in time and was crushed at the fact that I had no heads up in advance and its not like I can pick out just any pinata since it was for a adult party, so disappointed in this establishment and the fact that I trusted they would fulfill a pre-ordered pre-payed pinata! will never return.

The owner Rebecca is very sweet and nice. All the bad reviews on here aren’t even about her and shouldn’t be on here. She is very understanding and respectful and I have no choice but to be the same with her. I understand she is of older age and may be more tired these days, but she is still working hard and grinding for her family! I believe the young men that work for her may be her family or the only help she may be able to get at these difficult times. I love this woman. She is beautiful, in god creation, and in her own understanding of herself. What a beautiful business and establishment. I wish all the best. May God bless you with many more years Rebecca.

Ordered a piñata friday was informed it would be ready the following day at 10a.m. I was running late on time came to pick up at 2:00!!!!! IT WAS NOT READY!!!!! WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR THEM TO FINISH I HAD THE CAKE IN THE CAR. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK URGENCY.

The owner Becky was most helpful. We were looking for a Fort Nite Pinata. Had been to 2 other Pinata shops to no avail. Did not even offer to custom make it. Becky is making it and we pick up in 3 days.

Lady was nice, however was very disappointed that once we tried to hang the pinata from the loophole attached to it ripped. Mind you there was barely any space for 1 bag of candy 1. I wont be getting a pinata there again.

Fair prices and pinatas that will last. My kids have broken a couple pinata sticks on these theyre so tough. But worth it! Thats a westside pinata for ya 👍

I had bought pinatas from here before and I was very happy. I order a custom pinata for my son who turned 1 I order a week before the party said it would be ready 2 days before. Called the day I was supposed to pick up wasnt ready showed up the next day and even called wasnt ready. I kept getting told they needed 1 or 2 more hours. Called 6 hours later same thing needed another 2 hours. Showed up the morning of the party was not ready he hadnt even got started on it. He needed 2 hours but my party started in 2 hours. Will never go there again was so upset.

I ordered a custom Pinata 3 weeks in advance, The Death Star, and provided a picture and the size I would like it and prepaid $50. When my father-in-law brought it home...it was a collapsed grey ball with no fringe, no concave area the size of a softball, no black line along the center, NOTHING. So I took it back and ran into another customer that was checking on an order that had gone wrong. When I showed the grandson the pinata I was given versus copies of the picture I had provided, he said that his grandmother meant well and that he could fix it and have it ready the day before the party. Went to check, he wasnt there, but hed have it the next day, Saturday morning at 9. I showed up and waited 2 HOURS for him to arrive with the pinata. I finally gave up because the party was starting in an hour and walked out with a number pinata.

Was not that great the pinata did not look great at all it the paint did not look good she could of done better I gusse she was lazy & tired

They make the best Piñatas and the can custom make them in different sizes from 2 feet to 4 feet. They are much nicer than what you can find at most places. They take cash and credit!! I’ve been coming here over 15 years now.

Horrible experience. I had bought pinatas from this locationsfor years since my children were small but had never custom ordered one. I custom ordered one 5 weeks in advance and kept checking on it weekly to only be told it was not done yet but they would get to it..it would only take a couple of days. Last week checking on it, it was still not done and was given an excuse that the guy that made it was a little behind but promised it would get done. Went two days before party still not done and decided to give up, but the guy who replaced the other one told me he did not want me to take my business elsewhere and that he would work on it overnight and have it ready for me. He said, Im a man of my word, and I promise you it will be great and it will be ready. Well need to say it was not ready, hell I dont think he even did it. Need I say, I was pissed, Becky gave me two pinatas of my choice, but nothing went with party theme. Still I got two pinatas. Do I recommend for custom work, hell no...but if just looking for a sturdy piñata then this is the place.

Bought a doggy pinata on 03/11/16 for my 6 year old granddaughter. This was actually her first pinata. Of course many kids keep the heads and take it home for awhile to play with. Sad to say my granddaughter was exposed to a full sheet of the back of a body to a naked woman pasted to the inside of the upper part of the head. Pinatas are typically intended for children. So why would they even consider using porn magazines to make these. On top of this the pinata broke very quickly, I would guess cheaply made. First and last from Beckys. Smh

If I could give 0 stars I would. Becky is a nice lady but the idiots she has working there make the place look bad. Gave me the run around about when pinata would be ready. We picked it up after the third time they had promised us it would be ready,which ended up being an hour and a half into the party. Dont wast me your money more importantly dont waste your time.

I bought a Captain America pinata this past Sat. It was really cute and I was pleased with what it looked like. But unfortunately it broke very quickly. It wasnt a strong pinata to give the kids a challenge. They had it broken in no time. These are 3, 5 and 6 yrs olds. Also I was quoted a price of $14.95 over the phone and when my husband went to pick it up they said it was $17.95. For this reason dont know if I will use them again.
