The Dollar Tree was average. Its never my best ideal place to shop as its typically cluttered, unorganized and unclean. Overall, the store looks like its short staff and they mentioned they were running out of bags when I was checking out which is poorly managed.However, the cashier was friendly and it had everything I was looking for. So as a result this was an average visit for me.My recommendation to make this store better is to clean it for customers. Having inventory on the floor is not an ideal situation as it creates obstacles to move around.

Very bad customer service!!!!!It was 7:55 and store close at 8:00 I want to pick one think very quick, the employee was at the door and did not let me in !!! And when I asked for manager, on my surprise she was the manager!I understand the 2 stars review !

Woowwwwie talk about an upscale dollar tree. This place is soooooo clean and has soooo much stuff. I absolutely love this location staff was nice and friendly boy this is really the place to come if you have children and wanna come up with some arts and crafts stuff or seasonal decor. Love it here best dollar tree Ive ever been too!

Refused exchange or return with receipt .Says I bought it at another store it would off set there inventory..I can return or exchange to any store with receipt. This store making up the own damn rules just like another location said no returns or exchanges period. Omg . I would be FIRED if I had a attitude and refused to take care a customer period.

This store is dirty! The manager “Precious” is rude! There was only one register open with about 15 people in line! I asked manager if she would help with the line…she said “when she can”! I will never shop here again!

This is one of my favorite Dollar trees to come to. The staff is always friendly and the store is always very clean.

This store is usually pretty well stocked and tidy. The cashier I had today was atrocious. She called for backup at least 4 times while I was in the store, about 25 minutes. When I got in line, I understood why. She was too chatty with every customer, stopped and walked away from her register completely while ringing in, and could not multi task if her life depended on it. Theres a difference between being friendly and aggravating. No one comes to the dollar tree to hang out with the cashier and discuss every single item they purchase. And then at the end of it, she folded my sheet of large wall decals in half and stuffed them in the one bag she gave me. Her nametag said shes been an employee since 2018 and I cant imagine why unless no one else will show up for work. The man who came to provide backup on register rang through 6 customers while she slogged through 2 orders. The worst.

Found lots of Halloween themed items at a great price. Social distancing was in place. We enjoyed our shopping trip.

One of the best ones yet, great location, great staff, but I would have given 5 stars if they had more than one cashier. The lines are outrageous and its the only thing that damages your experience. They shouldnt be so harsh on budgets and hire more people. It was the same with the locations in Miami close to Calle 8. Sad

Who wouldn’t shop at the dollar tree??? So of course it’s not a fancy store, but it has what you need. I recommend coming to these locations for party balloons, cards and gift bags, party decorations and easy kid gifts!This location is kept up and usually always changing out their stock. The line to check out can sometimes get lengthy but they’ll be pretty quick to add another cashier.

So much available, incredible prices. Also the best range of candy a lot of which you dont see in other stores any longer, which is great.This Dollar Tree is always well stocked and tidy. The staff helpful and friendly.

Its slow check out sometimes but was super fast this time. The aisles are wider and the lighting is better than at other dollar stores. Stocked up on office supplies for under $20. Good deal. Also love their party supplies and stock up on those often. Oh, dont forget Xmas gift bags. Always go there for those around the holidays.

Really awesome store! And to top it all off it is a dollar store where everything actually cost a dollar! Excellent selection of snacks, house and cleaning supplies, food and a variety of other things including party supplies. Great location to shop!

Great store. Friendly staff. One of the Best stocked Dollar Trees that I have been in. One of the busiest stores at the shopping center; especially for closing time being near. Most shoppers seemed to be buying school supplies and Halloween decorations coming in as a second choice.

Daughter and I stopped by the DT at the Rim. Merchandise is great for the price. Cant say the same about the staff. We were charged for the total purchase twice. Questioned cashier when asked to insert credit card in terminal twice. We were assured a duplicate charge would not be processed. WRONG..saw two charges on bank account. Person in charge had to call off site manager, but they were clueless on how to handle. Solution options were ridiculous and did not help our situation. Cashiers need to pay attemtion to the transactions to ensure these issues do not occur. Very inconvenient to resolve and annoying.

Sales Assiciate, Linda didnt greet me. She started to scan my items and gave me a total. I had to say Well hello to you to in order to be greeted with a fake ass Hello, how are You? She needs a refresher on customer contact.

I love Dollar Tree. This location is often a little picked over. And seasonal decorations go fast. Staff is nice.

Nice and clean. They only had 1 register open and line was 20 deep, saw a couple people change their mind and leave. But man you cant beat the deals here.

Ill give three stars based on the gift bags, card selections, and shorter lines or it would be a one. However, the store is extremely disorganized. Nothing seems to be in its place and alot of things in the aisle while walking. Toy selection isnt that great at this store for toddlers. Also will mention none of the balloons they have available are shown on the wall so you have no idea what they have in their store.
