Fantastic experience!! For $84 we were able to rent a Fourth of July themed bounce house and table overnight for our boy Devin and he was so excited to see it! Hes our Boy Scout and he loves seeing anything red white and blue! I had communication with Juan and he let me know that our house reservation would be ready for our date of choice and that our bounce house would be clean for Devins special day!! Im new to the area and I wasnt sure what company to go with but I will definitely stay with Rainbow Castle for our next celebration!! Absolutely amazing service! The best deal I could find the wet dry water slide combo was SO fun. The only company I could find that offered chairs too and the price isn’t outrages to add them. They dropped off day before and will pick up day after. I will definitely be using for future birthdays!!!

I had a good experience with this business. They had a very good selection for dry and wet inflatables. We went with the dolphin wet slide for my daughters 5 year old birthday. The reservation process was fast and easy. I received a text 5 days before the event. The day before I was given a 4 hour window in the afternoon when the slide would be delivered. I live on the outskirts of the county so I was one of the last deliveries. The guys showed up and had the slide up in 30 minutes. The slide was a hit with all the kids including the teens and even adults. When they came to pick it up they were finished in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable which includes delivery, set up, removal and all day rental. Some other businesses will add a delivery and set up charge or only have rentals for a few hours with extra hours charged on top of the inflatable charge. Having the all day rental is great because kids will be out there all day and sometimes the party goes longer than anticipated. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Birthday party for a 6 year old. Needed a bouncy house. It came with tables and chairs for one hundred dollars. Awesome deal! Great service! I would highly recommend. They contact via email and text and use PayPal for deposit. Small gripe was the cash needed upon delivery without change on hand but I can live with that.

I placed an order last week, the next day I get an email its an extra $25 because Im outside loop 1604...I reply and ask if it can be waived since I saw free delivery on their website and since Im literally a block away from 1604, never got a reply. I called today and ask him, I tell him the same thing I said in the email last Friday and he says yes youre 1.6 miles outside 1604 so I cant waive it😒 really? How long does it take yall to drive 1.6 miles? Smh...and on top of that my neighborhood is right off I10 access road so theres not even any lights that will make that 1.6 miles take longer🤦‍♀️ horrible service, specially since he never had the decency to reply to my email last week...

Rented a water slide and it was great. They respond to all your questions in a timely manner. They even offered to drop it off a day earlier for no extra charge. You cant bet the price or the free delivery. Will definitely rent another balloon from them !

Felt like I was getting a steal for what we got. Very reasonable prices and great option for bounce houses. Prompt and on time. It rained the day of our party and they gave us option to cancel that morning no penalty. We did not cancel and weather turned out great. They picked it up two days later due to rain next day. Only thing I wasnt too fond of was the bouncer was super wet and we were told it would naturally dry in 15-20 minutes and it took way longer than that so we all got in with towels and dried it down. After that it was perfect. I was called by the owner for updates and delivery. Very nice and curtious. Im booking with them again for my sons party. Im guessing it was so wet since they clean before every rental, which I absolutely love being that Im a germ freak!

We were SO IMPRESSED by how prompt and professional Juan with Rainbow Castle was! We just finished celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the first thing I had to do was get online and give them 5 stars!! They were one of the few rental places who answered their phone, returned calls/emails quickly, and gave the BEST QUOTE! We rented the combo castle and tables/chairs. We found Rainbow Castle and sent a request for a moon bounce. We received a reply almost immediately. Our daughters party was Saturday 03/11/17 from 11-3:30 pm. Once we got notification that delivery would be sometime between 8-12pm that Saturday, I sent a message and was told NO worries we can drop off the moon bounce on Friday and pick-up on Sunday at no extra cost to you! I cant tell you all how awesome that was not having to worry about it! The deal is unbeatable! Moon bounce, 3 tables and chairs for an amazing price! Best customer service ever! We will be renting from here from now on not just for birthdays but for family events too!

I rented the princess castle with a slide inside. I got the package deal that included tables and chairs. The bouncy was SO awesome. The kids played for hours and hours. I was very happy with the quality of the castle and service from these guys. The rental price is unbeatable in SA! Most places wanted Alot more money for equivalent rentals. I will definitely rent from these guys again! And recommend to all my friends! Thanks for a great party. 😃

They were one of the few companies that provided insurance and inspection so that I could get a permit for use at Brackenridge. Having to go through the city required a lot of back and forth communication and they were helpful with it. They were prompt for set up, a little behind for pick up, but that was understandable given their circumstances that day. I had no issues and would use them again.

Great experience, they showed up on time and set everything up real quick. Service on the phone was really great as well. My only issue was that they didnt pick up that evening when they said they would, they picked up the next evening. Not really a problem, I mean we got to have a moonbounce for an extra day. They said the guy who was coming to pick it up couldnt get down the driveway, which is fine. Just maybe give me a call next time, keep me in the loop. With our big yard, we are definitely renting from them again.

We reserved a castle for this weekend, unfortunately its supposed to rain for the next few days. Rainbow Castle called me and asked if we wanted to cancel, reschedule or continue with our plans. We chose to cancel and they gave us a full refund of the deposit.

I called the phone number on Thursday, for a water slide on Sunday, the gentleman told me yes they have one available to book it online, thats the way they prefer you to reserve your water slide, so I do exactly that, receive no response, no Follow up email like it states within 24 hours, so I call him back to confirm, no answer, yet still since Thursday, partys tomorrow?! To top it off, you cant even leave a message!! 👎🏼

I will never use Rainbow Castle Party Rental again. They were very rude and unprofessional. They showed up 3 hours late, were extremely rude on the phone and failed to pick the jumpy castle up for two days. When I called the owner to complain that they hadnt shown up yet (I waited all day for them) he said I said I am sorry. Thats all I can do. He offered no discount and no his apology wasnt even sincere. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with this company.

Juan was very kind to me! I had to cancel my sons birthday party and change it for the following weekend and he was able to accommodate me and reschedule the event!

This was by far the worst service we baggage had. We rented back in March and it was raining they called us the day of the party and said they were not going to deliver the moon bounce. We finally got the owner to bring it then we decided to give it another chance. We had set up a party rental for my daughters party they came and delivered with a table short he only wanted to give a 5.00 discount when we asked for 15.00 he then decided that he was going to take the bounce house back. Not only is this the worst service anyone could have we were left I the situation to look for another bounce house. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SAN ANTONIO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Not only did this happy once it happened twice shame on us for trying to give them another chance. You get what you pay for. CRAPPY SERVICE FOR A CRAPPY PRICE.
