One of the more disappointing experiences I have had with a business. I drove 25 miles to Kraft Professional Cleaners because of how they advertise themselves as being specialists in fine gowns and household items. I asked twice if they could provide service for my custom-made table runners, specifically pointing out the tassels. I was reassured this was work they could do. I am in the Army and was getting my table runners cleaned just prior to moving to Maryland... so when I went and picked them up, I decided to leave them in the plastic wrapping so they would be protected for travel. I got to Maryland and discovered that one of my table runners had been destroyed (see pictures). Nobody mentioned it to me at all when I picked up and paid full price for cleaning services! I called Kraft and spoke to a very nice person named, Rose, who was apologetic and said the owner, Darrell, would be reaching out to me. 2 days later and still no word from him. I called back again today and was told they would leave another message from him. In the end, there is nothing they can do to give me back this item which has great meaning for me, but at the very least I would expect the owner to call me and try to provide some type of service recovery. I would have never left my table runners with them if they had said they couldnt do items with tassels. And for them to let me leave the store without telling me about the damage to my items is really shady. I would definitely avoid this place if you have something which is delicate and you care a lot about. Not only might they destroy it, but they may not even tell you, and then the owner is not responsive if you express concerns. Be warned.Update: Still no word from the owner. When I reached out again I was told that if I wanted to speak to Robert (who did the work on my table runners) I needed to come in and bring the table runners with me. Again, I am in the Army and have moved to Maryland so this is not possible. Nobody in a position of authority will get on the phone with me. What a terrible way to run a business!

Kraft Cleaners did an amazing job restoring my wifes leather jacket!Not the most organized looking place but they get the job done.Make sure you clearly communicate if you need to have your items back faster than their posted turnaround times.

Ive used Kraft for a while now. Their quality is great and I love their pick up and delivery service. Its one less thing I have to worry about getting done each week. Every Monday and Thursday I either leave a bag out or get my clean clothes back. Thanks Kraft!

Awesome to your door service. We have been using this company for years now. My husband likes his jeans to stand to attention and his shirts as well. Rugs, bedspreads, delicate sweaters, mending...always done well and turn around is three days later! Great cleaners!

I like them simply because they get the things done. They use the best products that are available to make their customers clothes look like new. I really think they treat the clothes just like they treat their own ones. Add to this that they have a same day service and you have a perfect dry cleaner.

When I came to San Antonio I needed to find laundering services and a dry cleaner that was willing to pick up and deliver my clothes. A co-worker told me about Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning and I started using their services. I liked that Daryle was doing his best to make his customers happy. Ever since then he has always been on time and the clothes have been perfectly cleaned, steamed and ready to wear.

I took my dry cleaning to the store (though they do pick and deliver). The work was excellent and the customer service wowed me .. very friendly and did a great job answering my questions. And the turn around was quick. I highly recommend for dry cleaning in San Antonio, TX.

My favorite dry cleaning company! Always do a great job and never let me down! Their same day dry cleaning service is exactly what I need. I dont have time for laundering and ironing my clothes and I need someone I can rely on. Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning is the company that I found to be the best among 10 other dry cleaning companies in San Antonio.

Update: I gave them one more try because they are so close to my house. They could not guarantee two shirts could be cleaned and pressed before 4.5 days had passed (Monday 7am drop-off and earliest pickup Friday after 5pm). Downgraded to one star for timeliness.Bad dry cleaning, bad alterations... I left a few items for dry cleaning and alteration here. The alteration they did somewhat well. But the store does not have a fitting room so I had to guess and tell them how much to alter the hem of my pants based on how I remember them fitting before. The dry cleaning of a suit was left out hanging without plastic because they had a question about the removable buttons which I removed before turning it in. The question was serious enough for them to not put my allegedly clean suit in a plastic protection bag but it was not important enough for them to call me for a week. The result was they put my suit in plastic in front of me and it was covered in dirt/lint when I arrived home. So.. 2 stars for not having a fitting room and 2 stars for lint all over my cleaned clothes. Anyone know a better dry cleaning place near this location?

I am confused by the good reviews below, since I had a different experience. This is a completely unprofessional establishment, in my experience. The people working here are rude and unprofessional.I left both dry cleaning and a garment alteration. I called on the day of pick up to confirm that my order was ready, and was informed that they could not get to my alteration and would not do it for another week. They had not even caked me to give me a heads up our the opportunity to get my alteration somewhere else. All the manager did was give me an insincere apology.The dry cleaning job itself was fine, bit if you want a professional establishment, or to have your business treated with any respect, this is not the place

We have used Kraft Cleaners for decades. We drive past many cleaners to go there. Their quality is consistently excellent, they take great care of our clothing, and they know how to remove stubborn stains. We have tried others from time to time because they were closer, but there is just no comparison.

They managed to provide a perfect dry cleaning service last Thursday. I called them, it was an emergency and Daryle came in 20 mins to pick up the dress that had to be cleaned for the evening party. It was around 3 p.m. and he delivered it after only 2 hours. The night was saved thanks to Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning.

Knowledgable drycleaner on staff and they do good work in a timely manner

I tried Kraft Cleaners and found the help to be very rude and disrespectful. Then when I called to complain the person that answered the phone again was rude when I asked to speak with the manager she insisted to know why I wanted to speak whit her before transferring me then after all that she just took my phone number. To the manager credit she did call me right back and apologized for their attitude and assured me the owner would call me concerning this matter, I waited all afternoon and did not receive a call from the owner. I find it very hard to believe Kraft Cleaners can clam there the best in the business!!!!

They always manage to get the most stubborn stains out. I went to a different dry cleaning company closer to home, but they sent me to Kraft for my tough clothes.

You get what you pay for!!! Customer service always with a friendy smile. The staff is #1! Best Cleaners in San Antonio.

$10 per shirt, dry clean, I guess Im not their target demographic.

Everything I bring to Kraft Professional Same Day Dry Cleaning comes out great never had an issue.

Everything always comes out nice and clean.

They aren’t the fastest, and you’d be hard pressed to find a more expensive cleaner, but when I need my vintage Christian Dior tuxedo that has real satin shawl lapels cleaned, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else in town.
