Everything you could hope for, and more @Becker Furniture. I had broken a couple of mechanical recliners - one stopped reclining, one opened but would not stay up. As both were one of a set of pieces in different rooms replacing only the broken ones would have led to a mismatch; or replacing the sets were out of budget right now. When we took the first chair in we were charged $71 check up fee, reasonable these days. A few days later they called to say the repair would take an additional $150. As that amount plus the check up fee was less than half a new chair we said yes. We now have the chair back in the home, working as if brand new, and our 2nd chair in the check up phase. Thumbs up for Becker.

My leather sofa had turned into my grand dogs favorite resting place. It was jumped on, torn in places and looked well worn. It looks wonderful again. Price was great and work completed in reasonable time frame. Highly recommend this locally owned company. Jennifer you guys were awesome.

They did a wonderful job repairing our two recliners. Was only 2 week process from drop off for inspection to picking up two repaired and cleaned recliners. Jennifer was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Becker Furniture Repair replaced the motor in our electric reclining couch. It was easy to make an appointment even during the pandemic and right before the snowpocalypse in February. They kept me posted on when it would be finished and the costs associated. Our couch is perfect! So thankful to find Becker Furniture Repair and plan to keep them as our go-to for any furniture repairs.

UPDATED with photo of hutch when taken to Becker. It was not held together by shrink wrap. It was sitting in my mothers house full of dishes before I brought it to Becker. I brought my grandmothers antique hutch to them for repair. They charged me $1000 and did not do a god job at all. They did do some extra work to remove a part that was added to the bottom of the piece but we paid extra for that. One of the sections they were supposed to strengthen literally fell off while I was rolling the hutch to move it a few inches. They had not reinforced the wood at all. They just glued the old broken piece back on and tried to secure it with a nail. When I called to tell themabout that, we were initially told that it was our fault. Our position is that if it were reinforced like we paid for them to do, it would not have broken like that. They finally agreed to glue it back on but that was not going to fix the problem. Plus, we would have had to rent a truck to drop it back off and get someone to help us load it. Then we woukd have had to rent a truck to pick it back up again and hire someone to unload it. Although the office lady was nice, their work is sub-par. Maybe because to them our job was too small.In response to owner, my review stands despite your comments here and calling me directly to ask me to take down the review. We are dissatisfied with the quality of work done for the $1000 we were charged. We did not pay that much money for you to use the same old chips of wood and glue them back together as your repair work. There were only a few pieces to be repaired and they werent even glued correctly as you can see from the pics posted here. You glued the broken leg to fix it. Again, that is not what we expected you to do at all for $1000. And you charged us extra to remove a piece that had been added to the middle section. We contacted you as soon as we got back in town and the piece was sitting in our garage because it was not even stable enough to be refinished.

Had 3 sofa cushions that needed work and Jennifer was very helpful and recommended much better and firmer replacements foam inserts. We also needed to replace our sofa legs for taller ones to increase overall height of the sofa and make it easier to get up, I have knee issues. Unable to secure proper replacements from any of her commercial provider the folks at Becker modified my sofa’s legs to the needed height. The workmanship was superb both on the cushions and the sofa legs. We couldn’t be any happier with the work done. Highly recommend Becker Furniture Repair, looking forward to using them soon.

They did amazing work! I dropped off a very old jewelry box that was a family heirloom. It was in parts. After a few months it looked absolutely beautiful. They had kept all the original parts but had re-stained them and had re-built it. They even kept the same felt lining which looked great after they cleaned it. I wouldnt hesitate to bring them my important furniture items to have them fix or make like new.

This is our second time using Becker Furniture Repair! They refinished an Antique desk for us a few months ago. Recently they repaired and refinished a cedar chest that we got when we were married 25yrs ago. I think it looks better now than it did back than. The extended warranty I had brought from Ashley’s furniture did not cover the frame of my couch. I took a chance and contacted Becker Furniture Repair.Becker Furniture Repair provides excellent customer service and attentiveness in repairing the frame of my couch. They were affordable, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable technicians. I would use them in the future and recommend others to use them for repair service

Fixed my loveseat with less than a 24 hour turnaround. Part of the wooden frame was broken so the seat had fallen in. Fixed it stronger than new and my recliner works without binding anymore. Also repaired some of the leather/vinal that was torn by the recliner mechanism without adding additional charge. Im sure it took 5-6 hours of labor and was only charged $200. If your furniture would be a few grand to replace like mine would be, its an easy decision.

Had a great experience with Becker Furniture Repair. Had 3 chairs total, 2 I needed to change fabric/color scheme & one needed longer legs & more cushion in seat & Becker delivered amazingly and in a shorter period of time than they expected. Extremely disappointed with this company. Person on the telephone was very misleading with information and pricing. I called to describe my issue with my sofa and even offered to send photos so that we could both evaluate the problem. I specifically wanted to find out before I did anything, a general ballpark estimate, so I could determine whether it would be cheaper to just buy a new sofa. Since I had never had this type of repair done before, I figured they would be better at evaluating what might be involved. Person on phone said they did not need photos and that repairs of the type I described would be at most $300 or so. Told me that it would be $125.00 for them to come out and that would be taken into consideration when the work was done. Also said most repairs could be done on-site at my home. Of course, when the repair person arrives it is a totally different story. Cant fix it here, must take it into the shop, my $125.00 now turns into their charge for transporting the sofa for repairs and finally, the repairs are estimated to be between $500 & $600 (who knows what they will ultimately say the cost is). Also, it took them over a week to even return my call in the first place. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but maybe someone else can save themselves the time and money that I have wasted on this business.

Very pleasant experience with Becker Furniture Repair who was recommended to me by another local company. They repaired a 15 year old recliner back to its original working condition. The work was completed in less than 24 hours. I will certainly recommend Becker to anyone needing furniture repair.

A month ago, a wooden shelf we have had in our kitchen for over 20 years fell off the wall (the hook fell out). Part of the shelf had broken off and we thought we would have to do a search for a new shelf. We did a google search to look for a furniture repair company and after going over sone of the different companies, we thought we would try Becker Furniture Repair, since they were close to us.We met with Jennifer and said if they could make the shelf look half way decent, we would use them. She assured us they could. Well, yesterday I picked up the shelf and boy, was I surprised!!!!! I could not even tell which part of the shelf had been repaired. Jennifer had to point it out to us.All I can say is, awesome job Becker and we would be more than happy to refer them to anyone needing any kind of furniture repair work. In fact, we have a couple of other jobs we would like to run past them.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for a quote for a while. have emailed, no response. have called a couple of times but no return calls. finally talked to someone, emailed photos and crickets. I guess they have plenty of work.i was not sure how to reply to the owners response. but i am not making false accusations just stating facts. my comment had nothing to do with the work, since i could never become a client. either the information on your website is wrong or you need to look into testing to make sure all communications work.I will try to call again.UPDATE (8/5/2019): i called and they returned my call. They were very defensive about my post. i could not get a word in and they were hesitant to take me on as a customer. that is fine. i understand. it seems my email with photos was in the spam folder, but somehow that was my fault, at least the woman seemed to think so and that is why she did not get my email. i told her i would think they would try to make things right by just moving forward but they could not get past this whole social media thing which i would have gladly taken down. Once again this post is not in regards to their work just the customer service experience that i received.

This team is professional and courteous. My calls were returned promptly and they finished my chair far ahead of the timeline provided. If you need furniture repaired look here first. They are big enough for the job but small enough to care.

Becker Furniture Repair did an amazing job fixing my bed! I have a nice white bed frame and when the wood split I thought even with it being fixed youd always be able to see the crack from where the wood broke. Thankfully I was wrong! You cant see it at all, it was a perfect repair!

I need the coushions on my sofas to be replaced but I only had a small windows to get it done. Jennifer was really sweet she waited for me to get there even though I told her I might not make it by 5pm she waited and when I got there she was very accommodating and got me the information I needed promptly not to mention the price was reasonable I recommend this place to anyone and I have a lot of old furniture that I will be taking to them in the future by the way Jennifer my coushions look and feel great thank you.

Our Ashley counches are not old, but the seam in the cushion had come un-sewn where the stuffing had begun to come out; Becker Furniture Repair came to our home to sew the area back together and you cannot even tell it was ever apart. Also, the decorative stitching on the bottom part where your leg would go also started to come unraveled, but they fixed that as well. Their work is precise and impeccable.
