I went in to buy an engagement ring and Karina helped me design the perfect ring! Lee Michael’s at La Cantera has many beautifully cut diamonds to choose from and Karina’s service was absolutely wonderful. With such a great first experience with them I knew we had to go back for wedding bands. We found one to match the engagement ring flawlessly as well as an amazing classic silver band for myself. These purchases are not decisions to be taken lightly, and Lee Michael’s customer service, specifically Karina’s, made the experience something I will never forget. For anything in the future I know we will be coming back here due to the wonderful staff and great selection.

North Star Mall Buyers beware!I had a750.00 Lee Michaels prepaid card. Purchased a mans ring and had a balance of $283.00. I returned several months later to use the remainder of the card to have my pearls fixed. Long story short, the Manager told me I did not have any credit because there was a 90 day timeline to use the remaining credit. According ti texas Law, a new card should have been issued showing the remaining balance and a customer service phone number. Lee Michael.s, at North Star, is a BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. The get you in with fair priced repairs, on site, and great service with no intention of fulling their promises. Estimates received for simple repairs were more than 5 times higher than any other competitor at North Star. With changes coming this company needs to go!!!

Bought a Rolex 2 tone Submariner 15 minutes before closing and the service was absolutely superb. My salesperson was off , but Kristin B. and Sarah F. took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the watch, adjusted the bracelet for proper fit, and explained how to use the watch. I was offered beverage of my choice as they completed the necessary paper work in buying a Rolex and the removal of all the protective plastics that an AD must adhere to.I would recommend Lee Michaels not just for Rolex but for any jewelry needs based upon the personalized service they provide.

I’ve been a Lee Michaels customer for almost 20yrs and for good reason: they have always had what I was looking for and provided excellent customer service, even after the sale. More recently, I was fortunate enough to come across a very hard to find Rolex watch there. Paula, the GM, was excellent to work with. She genuinely enjoys what she does and is very professional and knowledgeable. It is a first class jewelry store and I highly recommend stopping by when you are looking for that special item!

Tristan went above and beyond to get me my Rolex. With a Rolex shortage around the world, Tristan somehow found me a Rolex watch. I had been looking for a Rolex for over 3 months and Tristan was the only one who came through. Thanks Tristan.

***Update*** I have now lost a diamond in the engagement ring piece. The set is just shy of 3yrs old and has lost a total of 3 diamonds even after keeping up with the inspections. This began happening immediately after the warranty expired. I would not recommend purchasing any jewelry with this company. Also, I never did hear anything from the store manager. The set was purchased under my maiden name, so not sure how they even planned to get a hold of me. Just want to warn anyone would be buyers.I have lost 2 diamonds in wedding band portions my bridal set within the couple months after my warranty expiring. I did go in every 6 months to have the set cleaned and inspected, up until the warranty expired. I called when I lost the first one, just 3 weeks after having it inspected and my warranty expiring. I was told that I could bring it in, but there is now way to estimate how much it would cost to replace the diamond and that it would take at least a couple of weeks from dropping my ring off to get a price. After explaining the process, the women I was speaking with advised that I could take the ring to another jeweler. The purchasing process was pleasant, everyone was very friendly, going in for cleaning and inspection was not always a great experience.

I walked in a few minutes ago to get my wedding band cleaned and a gentlemen who did not provide me his name [6ft+ male + dark skinned] took my ring to the back and pretend to clean my ring and returned it. How do I know it wasnt cleaned? Well last time I had it cleaned the band was blazing hot from getting steamed and sparkled. He returned it like room temp and the band was still dirty and even had lotion in between the diamonds since I had just put some on my hands. Wow. Thanks for the customer service. I suppose I wasnt good enough for his time. Never buying from here again due to terrible experience.

My hand swollen after nail appointment and my ring would not come off. Late on a Sunday afternoon; I had tried everything - baby oil, vaseline, ice, etc. The ladies working figured out how to get ring off without cutting or messing up the large pearl.

Ive purchased from Lmfj numerous times throughout the years. Hands down the best service, most knowledgeable staff and best selection around. Theyve always gone above and beyond for anything I may need and while Im not the biggest customer of theirs youd never know it from how they treat everyone.

I have shopped at Lee Michaels North Star Mall location on numerous occassions, an the sales persons were helpful and kind so I was absolutely stunned when the two sales ladies at the rear of the store were as rude as I have ever experienced! I asked if they had a gemologist assigned to the store because I wanted to get a few items appraised. The one sales lady went on to tell me they had no gemologist but they do appraisals which they were three weeks behind. She told me that information in a manner that it seems she was asking me to leave the store...she seemed almost threatening!! I am a EEO Specialist and I take cases of unlawful discriminatory practices, so i am far from sensitive. However, i am also trained not to ignore discrimination in any measure. I am really disappointed in those staff members and the aweful attutide payed to me, a dedicated customer!!
