We bought several crosses and chains that we were told were white gold and then we find out that they are nothing but metal So everything in the store is fake

So much for being a valued customer. Over the past 15 years Ive shopped at this store spending quite a bit of money including an upgrade on my wifes wedding ring. Today after picking up my repair wedding which was purchased at this store I asked for a small favor. I created a fiesta medal for my daughter and thought it would be nice to ask if they could place it in their case for a minute so I could get a great pic using their showcase lighting. The manager said it was not an option. Really?Just using the lighting is all I asked.

Very disappointed with this jewelry store. I have been buying their jewelry for years and when I bought a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas that were defective, they refused to refund my money or replace them. All they could do is repair them. I had them repair them and the job was not done correctly, still broken. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will never buy their jewelry again and recommend other people not to buy from them.

Bought a ring for $1699 and 31 days later it goes on sale for $999. I couldnt return it because it went on sale 1 day after the 30 day return policy. 700 dollars down the drain. Thanks.

We bought a matching stainless steel necklace and bracelet setNecklace 59.99Bracelet 49.99Lifetime warranty in 2012The necklace broke we took it in for repair. They said it can’t be fixed.Options: keep The broken necklace or pick a new one that doesn’t match the bracelet.Enough said

Had a wonderful experience with Leo and Stephanie. They we both able to help me with my late mother’s jewelry and let me know all the info that I needed. I would recommend this location and either one of these associates. Leo actually took the time to see what pieces I have found and what pieces to continue to look for. They are both amazing and I see why my mother was always shopping there. Thanks Leo and Stephanie, you’ll were amazing and such a great help. Catherine is also a great help and made my experience even more special because she sold my mom her last piece of jewelry. I highly recommend Leo and his team. They are all wonderful and knowledgeable.

Bought a necklace from here that broke several times. I’ve paid almost as much to fix it as the price of the necklace. Staff then told me if it broke again it’d be replaced for free. It broke again and none of that was honored. This store not only sells overpriced jewelry that doesn’t last. It’s completely dishonest. I will never purchase anything from here again.

Don’t waste your money on the insurance. They allegedly don’t store your inspections in any type of computer database. If you lose the piece of paper they give you for inspections, they will no longer honor the insurance. Just go to Kay’s or Zales , who can look you up by name to confirm the insurance. Ridiculous company practice.

Horrible customer service Samantha/Stephenie is horrible at her job. All I went in was for a cleaning and inspection on my ring and she could even do that bad attitude just wiped my ring with a rag. Wont be going to this store agian will stick to the store in Austin Texas

I highly recommend this store. I purchased an engagement ring, and band from here. I appreciate the companies policies Overall. However, i would like to focus on one employee. I didn’t catch her name, but she is an older blonde woman. Her demeanor is always negative and not very helpful at all. And I don’t look forward to calling in or visiting this location because of her. When I sent my fiancé here to get her ring back from getting resized, I was embarrassed about the lack of attention she received knowing the amount of money I spent. This makes the company look bad unfortunately.Best wishes,

Sales person seemed to not know what she was doing.check out took way too long as well as pick up of the item after it was sized.i had to call multiple times to ask if my item was ready for pick up because 1.) I did not get notified and 2.) Nobody would pick up the phone.much better experience at the north star mall location.

Recently bought a ring for my girlfriend for Christmas here at Helzberg Diamonds inside Ingram park mall. My gf loved it , I personally hand picked it myself and as a guy thats stressful enough. But the friendly staff , pointed me into the right direction . Great store , great prices & awesome warranty deals. I would recommend shopping here to get the right piece of jewelry for your beloved ones.

Its very expensive here and the salespeople are very pushy, the lady that showed me the engagement rings was like i bet no one has showed you the diamond from the microscope and she kept bringing it up lol like omg my fiance is not gonna be carrying around a microscope to show the ring to everybody lol. Anyway i got my ring in another place, the same exact one with 1000 times better customer service and non pushy salesman, and the ring was more than half the price, my fiance loved it and everyone that sees it too!!👍

Purchased earrings and had my pendent fixed. Came back a week later to pick up my pendent and encountered a sales person not welcoming and no smile on her face, very rude won’t be taking my business there again.

Clark had no knowledge asked for help and experienced salesman offered a $75 discount on a overpriced $2700 ring 3% discount???

Bought my fiancé her ring here and the girls made me feel welcome and didnt just try to sell me an expensive ring, they asked me about my fiancé and what her likes and dislikes were. We Are now regular customers here :)
