They did not have good stuff. Very disappointed

I went in to sell an old camcorder and was greeted as soon as I walked in. After I sold the camcorder I browsed around for a little bit and found a pistol that I liked. I went home did some research and went back a few hours later to purchase the pistol and was greeted again by the same lady who had helped me earlier. Overall both of my experiences were pleasant.

I have been shopping here since they first opened years ago. I consistently receive quality customer service that exceeds my expectations 100% of the time. Darlene greets me by name and she always asks about my family and is genuine in her inquiries. I’d highly recommend visiting the team to have them serve your high quality pre- owned needs

Where do I start, from walking in the door I was not greeted instead looked at as some kind of thief, no welcome not even hello. As I’m looking aroundThe store is empty and no oneIs up in front to ask for help. When the manager comes out (big guy) he dosent even acknowledge me so I didint even feel like spending my money even though I was interested in the item. If you’re looking for customer service you’re better off at McDonald’s.

I had the pleasure to come by this store on Potranco and was extremely happy with the professionalism and treatment I was given by the staff and Manager John Lopez. Mr. Lopez explained to me the pros and cons of purchasing a used lawnmower. He sold me a great mower at a great price.I will make sure this is my store for future purchases.

I usually never go into pawn shops, but I was recommended to Money Mart by my best friend as I was lookin for a certain video game that I had not been able to find online, or anywhere for that matter. As soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately acknowledged by a young man named Josh, who I later found out was the Assistant Manager. Josh & his entire staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, & were able to help me luckily find the exact game I felt I had already unsuccessfully searched the ends of the earth for. The establishment is well-stocked, organized, & the staff all work well together in what seems like a pleasant environment. I will definitely recommend Money Mart to others.

Is this place open or closed? Do you not want my money? I walked in today to buy something and look around because the sign said OPEN. So I do not understand why you let me walk in with the door open and a big sign that says OPEN. It says OPEN ON GOOGLE. I wish i could give 0/5 for the rude guy in the front, horrible. Will never return, please beware if you ever want to stop buy, not sure if its open, closed or going down.

Always come to this location, and everytime I walk in I am always greeted by staff. Customer service is top notch!!! I have bought several items here ranging from guns, to watches, bluetooth speakers, tools, and even a laptop. The quality of items that come in here never disappoint. Did not like the customer service, the woman cut me short and did not let me explain on the purchase, item does not work, told woman that the gentleman that sold her the product told her if it didnt work she can bring it back for an exchange and instead being hassled. .. been waiting 45 minutes and of course no name tags to say who that person was...but finally another gentleman came and helped me and gave the full credit on the purchase. ...Thank Goodness. ..but i was pleased with some of this staff customer service...lacking

The girl who helped me didnt get off her phone the entire time I was in the store. Throughout our entire encounter her face glued to her phone and thumb scrolling. Pretty interesting how she can have a conversation without even looking at someones face and not care how rude shes being!! Another girl walked out from the back with her face in her phone too. The store was dead so I understand being bored and using your phone to pass the time but the second someone walks through the door have a little respect!!

I originally gave a good review, but everytime i go back, its a 50 50 chance you might get someone that treats you like a customer. Poor customer service, Very rude a few times i went in, Good place if you wanna buy something, Very bad if you are looking for a loan, if you do go in, speak with the female associates, i have had better service with the females, the dudes that work there, just seem like they dont like their job.

Never again. They act like the funds are coming out there pockets. This happened twice, I take something in for a loan and I get quoted way under then what should be loaned out. I took Ina 140 gr. Necklace and they were at $800. Other pawn shop did $1350 with no problems. The manager is a thief.

This a very good place to sell gold. Just compare; on loop 410, $100. Millitary, $140. Marbach, they said it was not gold. But in this place i got $210. In case that you are interested.

I walked in with my fiance to look for an xbox 1 and we were greeted by friendly employees. Everyone was excellent, they answered all our questions and helped us in a timley manner. We will definitly be going back.

I would recommend staying as far away from this store as possible. I pawned a PS4 for some emergency cash on the 22nd of May. The very next day, all the money from the pawn had been spent on add-ons for Call of Duty through the playstation store by an employee/family member/who knows associated with this store. Luckily, I have a good bank which immediately removed the charges, but seriously... real classy Money Mart. I guess it goes to show that any piece of **** can get a job at Money Mart on Portranco Road.
