Gary and Jacob are the best! I took my antique platinum 3 diamond dome ring in to have repairs done, but wanted a quote first. I was able to see a magnified view of my ring on a flat screen as Gary explained and showed me in detail the damaged and weak areas. After a thorough consultation, I decided to have my ring redone. Very professional. No high pressure sales. Honest and trustworthy.
