This location is closer to home so this was my first time going to this James Avery. I wasn’t greeted, upon arriving to pick up my bracelet from service. A worker “Anissa” approached me very rudely to tell me the line was on the other side. I then moved to the “correct pick up line” where the same girl assists me at the window. I then give her my ID and receipt to pick up my item and she then brings it to me. Says nothing to me throughout this whole process and as I put my bracelet on she gives me my receipt and I say thank you. She says nothing again and walks away. Very poor customer service. Very sad, I’ve been a loyal customer throughout the years and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service. Being kind doesn’t cost anything.

I loves James Avery, the only problem I had at this location was the customer service. A girl named Alexis who was our cashier just had the most unwelcoming service ever. It was my parents anniversary and my father went here to buy a gift. When my father was telling the young woman about his anniversary and what he was looking around for, just making casual conversation, all she had to say was “oh.” If someone is telling you that they’re celebrating their 27th anniversary & they’re so excited and your only response is “oh”?! That’s just rude. My dad also had plenty of questions to ask about the chain of the necklaces that he was looking into and how it clasps, the length, etc, and the young lady was the least helpful. She had no enthusiasm whatsoever. When my dad is coming into a store where he thinks the jewelry would make a great gift for a special occasion and he receives this type of service from a place he’s buying from is just beyond me. It’s not difficult to put a smile on and engage in conversation, don’t have any attitude and try not to look so annoyed if he asks a few questions because he genuinely doesn’t know his way around jewelry. Again, we love James Avery but the customer service was just disappointing.

I LOVE James Avery.They have cute, pretty, and neat charms to wear on a bracelet, or necklace....i have several.They also have some rings and earrings, but i prefer wearing the charms, just a personal thing.

This location is much bigger than some of the other ones in SA and they are faster at repairing clasps and adding charms than the other james avery further up on 1604.

I hate to say it but I HAD I had a bad experience a woman named Rachel yelled at me that I could only buy a few items out of time, IT WAS RUDE OF HER AND I FELT UNWELCOME 😔

When I first started going buying 4 or 5 charms at once they all were nice and willing to go beyond for me now I brought a bunch of charms I had put up to get them on my bracelet now and there trying to charge me for everything even a new loop when they all have there loop on smh now made me change my opinion on how they really are I get it business is slow but don’t over change people to make a quick dollar 💵

Beautiful jewelry! Quite high-priced for silver. These items are very popular at times, then the pawn shops are flooded with Avery items at a much more reasonable price.

Fair warning, if you go to pick up an item- don’t stand in the “Pick up” line- instead go stand in the 8 line deep line with only two associates working so you can patiently wait to pick your quality, $$$, item.Associates do their best and the store is well laid out, but the poor communication is definitely frustrating.
