I had to get my ring sized the lady there was very nice and took it to the back so it can be sized the pricing was reasonable

This family owned repair shop has been in business for over 30 years. I had my watch repaired yesterday. The owner was very kind and wanted to ensure the repair was successful. Went to have Jewelry repaired waited at counter over 10 minutes although jeweler seen me standing at the counter she blatantly ingnored my presence, when she finally walked up to assist me she w/o even looking at my jewelry or asking what services I needed she immediately tried to send me away , told me she had 2 customers waiting and to come back, I asked her if she could at least look at my jewelry and tell me if it can be repaired, she looked at my jewelry had me take a picture of a flyer of another jewelry shop and sent me away. Very rude and unprofessional.

I took a Seiko 5 SNK809 to be repaired. Picked up two days later. Runs perfectly. Reasonable price. We’ve been taking our watches for battery replacement and resizing for years. First time for repair. Always FANTASTIC.

Was my go to place to have battery changed in my watches but the man who normally fixes watches hasnt been there because of family matters and no word on when he will return and the phone # listed is a bad # would be nice if they put a sign on the door so youre not standing around for nothing. Hope his brother gets better.

This is an amazing place. My watch buckle broke & rather than buying a new band I stopped in to see what my options were. The owner took one glance, told me no problem & stepped into the back. She was back within minutes & a fresh buckle for my watch. I didnt have any cash on me & she doesnt take cards so she told me just to pay her the next day. So nice to know that there are still honest & trusting merchants alive and well. This place is my now default for when I need anything for my watch, she charges $3 for a buckle or $5 for a battery. Considering most merchants wont even touch your watch anymore its good to know theres still places out there providing a much needed service.

All of the reviews about this place are true. Simply the best and most honest jewelry Ive come across. I needed t have a couple of watch batteries replaced and I was shocked at the price (good reason) I was being charged. The Mrs. at the front of the store was very friendly and informative regarding the cost of and why so many other places charge astronomical prices for services as simple as replacing a battery. Nonetheless, I was in and out in about 5-10 mins w/ both batteries replaced and since they do not accept CC/Debit payments, I was told just come back tomorrow with cash. Awesome customer service....I will be using this store from now on for watch battery replacement.

I took my husbands watch to get the clasp fixed because it was broken, and his chain that also had the clasp broken . I thought I was going to have to come back in a few days or two to pick it up. But, in about TEN MINUTES, I was walking out of that place with both things fixed. Now, we go there for our jewelry repairs and even to simply get batteries for our watches when they go out. Very very fast service and very very good service. And the price to get the job done was the best and cheapest price I had been given out of 3 other jewelry repair shops. Highly recommended by us.

The lady that runs the place is awesome. She went out of her way to accomidate me . She fixed my watch and bought some scrap gold and silver from me. Overall it was an awesome visit.

Worst Place EVER!!!they had my jewelry for over a week and never fixed it. Every time I called no answer, and when I drove there, they were closed with no sign that said CLOSED or OPEN. waste of time. I finally took my jewelry back UNFIXED.
