They’re great until they send you (during a pandemic) to a call center WITH MULTIPLE active cases of COVID-19 in the building and say you don’t qualify for any leave or type of hazard pay. And then don’t make the “policy” of making yourself available clear when your trying to get assigned to another client.Have had way better staffing agencies, Burnett is a complete joke.

Burnett Specialists has such a friendly, positive and professional staff! Their ability to be flexible with your schedule is outstanding and I definitely plan to work for them again each and every chance I get. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I had a wonderful work experience with them!

These people fail time and time again with keeping communication. When you apply, your application gets lost in the system. After reapplying, you finally get an interview. Then, you never get any sort of call back to keep you updated. When emailing to politely ask for an update, you are ignored. Dont waste your time. These people seem to lack common courtesy or any sort of sense.

Love the girls, very professional & friendly. Explain what you need and they work hard to fit you into what your looking for.

Lack of loyalty to its contractors. No benefits. Low pay.

I dont get it. I sent my direct deposit information and thats the last I heard from them. Tried contacting them numerous times. No replies or responses.

I would not bother going here. They told me to call or email them each week for any updates but even after I attempt to they never got back to me.
