AUDREY is the worst manager of all time. She mocked her employees, is NEVER helpful, and fired many employees for “not picking up shifts in the last 30 days” when most did, and those who didn’t, tried to and the facilities would cancel on them and audrey would NOT LET ANY OF HER EMPLOYEES KNOW THE SHIFT WAS CANCELLED UNTIL THEY WERE AT THE FACILITY READY TO WORK. MAny facilities stopped using Abundant due to Audrey never replying to the facilities when they would send her available shifts. Her communication is awful, she is rude, and Ashley Monosmith also does not care about employees, as many have reached out to her to voice their concerns about the agency, or about audrey and she rarely responded to any or followed up. HORRIBLE IMMATURE AGENCY

Currently dealing with HR PAY ISSUES. No one has been attending and fixing what needs to be fixed.I would recommend another staffing agency. Theyre pretty much telling me to go f myself for their own fault. Smh.

I have been with this agency for almost a year. I very like this agency because it pays you weekly, clock in on your phone, First come serve on a shift (no favoritism), and GREAT hourly salaries.

I worked for abundant several years ago and it was an excellent place to work at that time, fast forward two years later and the staffing chat is completely unprofessional, they play favorites with her nurses, when I complained about the unprofessionalism on the staff chat , I was told by the staffing coordinator to mute it if it bothered me that much! They don’t hold nurses accountable and I’ve been on site and had staff at the facility complain how much they didn’t like the nurses from abundant ,maybe it’s because there is no drug screen to work for this company and nurses that arent hired at other places can work freely for abundant, I cut my losses and got out of there I suggest you do the same.

Worse staffing agency I have ever come across. They will request shifts for their nurses and CNAs, confirm them and they never show up. and then well try to tell you that you didnt confirm them dont use this company if you dont have to.
