They like to offer $100 gift cards in exchange for 5 star reviews. Had I known this, I would have been more skeptical when reading reviews before approaching them for work. After a few conversations over some months regarding applying for positions on their website, I have come to realize that those jobs do not exist or have already been filled. They had me come in to interview for admin/clerical/office positions and drug test only to be offered exclusively usher jobs. Every now and then, they text me about ticket taker positions and I respond with what about something professional and they refer me to the website as if theyve forgotten who they were texting because its all one bulk message. I feel ashamed for giving them my social security number at this point.

The staff in the office may be incredibly polite and amazing to work with but as soon as you leave the office, thats it. I havent been contacted by them at all - despite calling back multiple times - since I became a member. No updates about whether they have jobs for me, no follow-up questions about my quals, absolutely nothing. Dont go here unless you want to just waste your time and practice your initial interview skills.

I was a little skeptical about trying a staffing agency, but I have to say I had an A+ experience. I immediately felt at ease after talking to Jonquil. Her no BS, super friendly & sincere personality made me feel comfortable and glad I went to the interview. The office environment was professional but not up tight another A+. Remind me not to use staffing agencies any more. This was the second one - Aerotek, the other. Maybe if youre a babysitter or lawn mowing specialist, good luck. Trying to update credentials and qualifications with them is impossible. If I wanted government style customer service, Ill call the IRS. Its my fault, truth be told. I thought these agencies worked for us, not the other way around. Dont want to wait for them to wish me better luck next time. I can do that all by myself.
