I took my son to get a haircut. He had long hair and was ready to shorten it. Alexis was his hairstylist. He explained to her exactly how he wanted it, and she was able to do it exactly how he wanted it. He LOVED IT!!! He said “Some of the other place do a good job, but she did an AWESOME job on my hair. We need to come back to her from now on.” Looks like we found his place....

Got a haircut. Not worth it the money. No better than great clips. The young lady that cut my hair wasn’t unfriendly, but definitely wasn’t friendly. The haircut wasn’t bad, but I’ve had much better cuts. Basic haircut with tip was $24. Again not overpriced but I’d rather pay less money for the same cut/experience.

I’ve been to a number of Sport Clips locations in San Antonio and this one is the best of them all because of Portia. I’m happy with the way my haircut turns out each time I come in and I appreciate that she takes her time and doesn’t rush through the cut to get to the next person. I always enjoy our chats too. I highly recommend checking in online before you head over to shorten your wait time.

Ive been going here for over a year. At first when there was a mistake on my hair cut I would just deal with it and trim it up at home. One of the staff here told me I should have to do that since Im a paying customer. After that Ive mentioned when my hair cut was uneven or if something was off, like when my hair did not have gel and it what long on one side and short on the other. I have a simple hair cut, just shorter than it is now, but today the elder blonde woman gave me attitude because I had her manager correct her mistake while she saw last time. They refused to cut my hair because the manager was busy. Service is getting really bad here. I just want a decent hair cut, not lopsided near my house. Why is this so difficult?

5 stars goes to Alicia. Genuinely nice, sociable person. Took her time. Paid attention to detail. Checked back for feedback on multiple occasions. Didnt cut any corners during the rinse, hot towel, and massage portion. Showed me the finish product and made sure I was happy with it.It would behoove other stylists to ensure they do all of these things because its not always the same experience. Will definitely request Alicia again.

Portia is amazing. But, this time she had a 2 1/2 hour wait. Being in a hurry I asked for Kat but she was not at this location anymore. And the young lady that was next available did a great cut. I am just sorry I dont remember her name. Vanessa? Maybe.

Friendly staff. Fair prices. Not that long of wait. But I dont like the idea of people who sign in on line and just walk in a get service immediately. Should be first come first serve. Thats the reason for 2 stars...

Not greeted or acknowledged when I arrived. After checking in on the app my wait went from 3 to 22 minutes after I arrived. My name was displayed as “on deck” as “Approx Wait Time” before changing to 22 minutes. What’s the point of checking in if a stylist (a manager in this case) takes walk-ins ahead of me?I later discovered at another Sports Clips that I was supposed to check in again upon my arrival. I found this out b/c I was greeted by the staff of the newer Sports Clips on Bulverde Rd who then asked if I’d checked in online and then informed me that I also needed to enter my phone number in the kiosk in the store. It’s unfortunate that a manager was responsible for such an oversight at this location om Thousand Oaks.

Fast and efficient. Great conversation and one of the best haircuts I have had. The stylist from Colorado was awesome. She gave the best fade that I have found outside a military barber shop.

Brought my son in. Only two stylists available. They both finished at the same time and proceeded to take 15 minutes to take the next person to the back. Both stylists did disappear behind the wall to have a personal convo. As a woman it takes me less time to get a cut then what we experienced today.

Every other stylist here is good except for Portia. I went there and I told Portia that I wanted a 3 on the back and sides and just even out the top. Portia proceeded to give me a Flat top with a zero on the sides, I told her to stop and she seemed confused that I didnt want a flat top.Everyone else makes up for Portia. Which is why its 4 stars.

Ive had haircuts at the small pricey type places and they dont compare to the experience and quality of service I received at this Sport Clips location. Look no further and get your haircut here from Concha who has been in the business for a while and knows how to treat her customers.

I have gotten a decent cut at other sport clips in the past so i thought i would give this one a try. This ended up being the second worse haircut i have ever received in my life from Leah. She was nice enough, but the haircut was horrible.It was an early sat morning and nobody was waiting.My cut is a cimple num 3 on the sides and blend it. She boxed in the back which i did not ask for, she left hair all over me and my neck. I had to ask her for a towel to brush the hair from my face. This was a very unprofessional experience.

A little pricey for what you get, but the stylists are nice and the wait has never been bad for me.

I go to Danielle every other week for a cut and she does a phenomenal job.

Do not get a haircut from carmine ..... all I asked for was a lineup with a taper and a 4 and didn’t even give me a lineup she cut me, and made us pay full price wasn’t worth the 16 dollars
