Went there for a hair cut because a lot of the barbers I heard good things about it. I come in expecting a good haircut and I barely even get to say what I want before the lady starts shaving the entire back of my head when I just wanted the sides done. I would not spend my money on that again and I am appalled I still had to leave a tip after. Only reason I ain’t left a 0 stars is because my entire head wasn’t buzzed

Irma has been cutting my hair for several years now and I couldn’t be happier. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is always attentive to others. I would highly recommend Irma and Veronica as well as any of the hair stylists here to provide for your hair needs.

I have been coming with Irma for 7 years she’s the only one I trust to cut my hair I would recommend her. Veronica is also a great stylist I would definitely recommend this Supercuts!

Checked in online only to show up to a full waiting area. The desk lady says they dont use their online check in. I had highly anticipated getting a haircut only to be let down by a rude attitude. I am sorry I as a paying customer to have been a bother inquiring about my check in. Wont be back here.

My experiences vary here every time. I always book ahead through the app, so waiting too long isnt usually an issue, but my actual haircuts (I have a shorter, mens-style haircut) can be kinda wonky at times. The stylists seem pretty knowledgeable about the craft, but it feels as though the haircut doesnt really account for how it will look after it has grown after a couple of weeks, but more about how good it looks while youre sitting in that salon chair. I dont want to have to look elsewhere, but Im always nervous to get my hair cut here.

Made my appointment on- line. They greet you when you walk in. Very professional staff. Like the haircut.

Moved into the area in 2014 and these girls have always done things right... Its nice to go to a place where the staff does a solid job with your hair and also are always so friendly..

If you are a woman and need a haircut, DO NOT GO HERE!! These people do not know how to cut hair. Honestly, it was cheap, but I should’ve just spent a little more and gone somewhere that actually knows how to cut hair. I asked for a certain hairstyle and the lady Stephanie said she could do it, however, when my hair was finished, it was completely UNEVEN!! I am so mad! It’s not that hard to cut hair. Also if you ask them to not take any length, they don’t care, they will cut away. My hair feels so thin now, it use to be so thick. It’s taken me so long to grow my hair out and now it’s all gone!!She didn’t use ANY product in my hair before styling and when I left my hair was FRIZZY.Do not go here if you are wanting a decent hair style. I wish I could post a photo and show y’all how ugly my hair looks now.

The girls who work here are incredibly kind and always remember the name of my kids somehow. They are incredibly patient and willing to talk to the kids while they cut their hair and Im always able to get in pretty quickly here. Very clean salon!

Four words: Irma is the best. But honestly, Ive been coming here for probably 3 years because I get a great haircut every time. I check in with the app, show up at my time (or a little before) and have almost no wait. Mary and Irma are definitely worth seeing if youre looking for a new place to get a trim, AND USE THE APP!

Great place to get a haircut, I bring my boy here all the time and both of us are in and out within an hour. Savanah is my “go-to” but I’ve used multiple stylists with no issues. ONLY problem I’ve had before was when I called ahead on a Saturday and said I was on my way, the girl who answered sighed like she didn’t want the business but when I mentioned I wanted a specific stylist she cheered up (guess she didn’t wanna work, I think her name started with a T but not 100% sure) we all have our days but you gotta separate feelings from business. I will continue giving them my business. 👍🏻

Mary and Stephanie are amazing. Stephanie cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. Its perfect. Shes so sweet and wow fast too. Ill continue going here as long as they stay.

Wow some people like to complain. Do you want quick service or quality cut? If SuperCuts is not your thing then go to Great Clips...Rios (If they are still around)...or cut your own hair at home. Good luck. Mary and her staff are great. Mary is my #1 go-to stylist but Valerie is also really great. I get my haircut with her plenty of times as well. They always have a smile and make you feel welcomed as a consumer. The place is always clean and well kept. Sure I have to wait sometimes but it doesnt bother me one bit. Just life. Things happen and the person in the chair deserves every bit of time that you would want if you are sitting having your hair cut. Thank you to everyone that works there. Keep up the great work!

First time visit was great. Called before hand and spoke with Mary, took me in with 15 min notice. Friendly and competent. Took in a photo and was more than pleased with Mary. Great stylist! She knows what shes doing and modified the hairstyle slightly to fit my face. I highly recommend her and this place for the price and good service! Thumbs up.

Dont come here and expect to be served in order. I understand how the online check-in works, and thats okay. Whats not okay is that they have nothing in place for walk-ins to sign in and be taken in order. They randomly choose who they want to take next. My daughter didnt even get her hair cut here. We walked out after she was passed over the second time!

I only waited 5 minutes before I was seen. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. I asked the stylist to just do whatever she thought would look good with my face shape. I absolutely love what she did (she cut about 13 inches which I asked for). This was the best experience I have ever had!

I was very impressed with my stylist, Mary. She skillfully used toner to blend in my blond highlights perfectly. I have long hair and when removing my tangles, she was gentle. She trimmed my dead ends and created layers that gave me lift. I looked great! I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Highly recommend Mary. Great attention to detail which results in a great quality haircut. I have been back to her twice and will continue to return as long as she’s there. The place is clean and well kept. My mother in law who is a master stylist (40+ years), also commented on the quality of the cut. Keep up the great work.

It kinda depends who you get. The first person I got was a 5-star gal. Second time I would have given one or two stars. Third time, I knew better so I didnt get her, and then I was happy again. Not as good as the first time, but definitely worth the price and in a great location.

We went to another Supercuts before this one and they werent able to help us out. This one in particular accommodated our haircut and style. We had a wedding to go within two hours and this person went far and beyond!

I drive 15 min to Lackland for a buzz cut (vs. the 2 min it takes me to get here) just to avoid their wait times(its also cheaper). I always checked in using the app and still waited at least 30 minutes before being seen. Hair stylists are great and friendly, but just not worth the long wait times for the same quality haircut.

Just came back from getting a haircut here and I must say it has been one of the most enjoyable experiences Ive had in a salon. Mary, the manager at this location and had given me my haircut, was very attentive, skilled, and professional. Definitely coming back again!

Im super upset. I dont even want to go out in public over my hair cut. I cant remember her name but got the manager and she cut my bangs. I asked her to do a more rounded straight bang and even gave her a reference photo of someone whos hair was maybe half an once above their eyebrows. My hair is 3 inches above my eyebrows and i look absolutely ridiculous. I cried in the car immediately. I tried doing my makeup and curling my hair and theres no fixing it. She didnt even start from the bottom. She just cut right in the middle of my forehead. Ive never had a haircut this bad.

I have found the place and the person to take my son to get his hair cut from now on. I went in as a walk in, waited for about 30 mins, which I didnt mind, as a customer I can appreciate the time and dedication they took with their other clients, I would not like anybody rushing with me. My son and I were helped by Mary, she was great and I have never before been happy with my sons hair cut the way I was when I saw her work, hair was cut to perfection. Exceeded my expectations. I will continue to go back every time my little boy needs a hair cut.

Called in to reserve a time for my son and I to recieve a cut from Mary. I waited 30 min after I arrived and she still had another customer in front of us. We decided to leave. She had one of her friends kid on the chair. All she did was gossip about old friends and never cared about our time. My time is too important. I will NEVER go back. Never received an apology. Terrible customer service.

My barber was Anthony, and I am absolutely happy about the haircut I received from him. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me some feedback to ensure he knew what I wanted. Next time I am in town and in need of a haircut, I hope he is still there. The facility was very good as well, clean and well kept. The rest of the staff was friendly.

I went there to get my hair washed and cut. My hair is horrific after going here. Some pieces of my hair arent even cut and uneven as the rest. She didnt even cut off 4 inches that I asked to be cut off. Will not ever be returning.

I had hair down to my butt. I asked Savanna to cut it past my shoulders. I showed her exactly where. Like the end of a tshirt sleeve. I made absolute sure that she understood. She started in the back and I guess she started off too short there because she cut it to just barely over my shoulders! About 4 inches shorter than I wanted it!! When I expressed my shock and disappointment, she only made excuses. She wouldnt even admit fault although it was clearly NOT where I said to cut it! I have been crying all night over it. I am soo upset!

This place is the worst. Customer Service is bad due to the fact that people that check in online are dealt with first even though you walk in an hour before everyone. I would not recommend this place, one of the worst Supercuts Ive been in. Some people dont have access to the internet and for online check ins to he prioritize is just wrong. Change the system.

Waited an entire hr for my 1 year old to get his haircut here because it was highly rated only to be skipped over and have everyone working there just staring at you wondering why we are upset and walking off. Poor management and customer service. Saw/heard multiple people complaining of their cut and one woman with the job they did on her dye job. AVOID!

Haircut are good service is something of a hit and miss. Sometimes its slow and iffy other times its on point. Pray your not behind someone who talks to much.

Whats the point for the online fast check in when you get to the salon you still wait and get called in order. Very few stylists on duty for prime time and they are extremely slow!
