Let me first start off by saying.. This company has A1 customer service, I would recommend them to everyone. And the mechanics they do awesome work. Better then major dealerships. I first came to Obriens to see why my horn wasnt working...he simply just popped the hood and plugged something back in and since then I have been bringing my F250 here for minor repairs here and there.The ladies are so friendly and the mechanics are quick on repairs. I’m truly happy with my experience at O’Brien’s automotive repair. In this day and age it’s hard to trust a good mechanic but O’Brien gave me fair prices and even came up with solutions to help meet my budget during this epidemic. I can honestly say they have my business from here on out.

Very disappointed with the answer I got after I told them my reservoir for the antifreeze was missing. The mechanic tried to tell me that its tucked away outta sight. WRONG ANSWER BUCKWHEAT...I had a AES certified mechanic look and his words were...yep its not there...Brians Automotive will never get my business again.

Ive only been there once and I was very satisfied with the job that they did. They offer 24 months and 24 thousand miles warranty on the job they did for me and there was a sign on the wall that stated this so Im sure that its for all of their work. They offered me free inspection to determine what the problem was. Other places said they would charge me $100 just to look at the car. So Im satisfied.

This place is such a rip off. They wanted to charge me $1,500 to change my valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and ignition coils. When I said that was too much, they called me back and said Oh, weve made a mistake on your ticket. So they added a battery change to my ticket and somehow the price went down (down?!) to $989. I called somewhere else, and got all of the work done (including ordering the parts) for $400. When I went to pick up my car and pay for the diagnostics, they added a $20 charge to my ticket for Shop supplies. When I asked what it was for, instead of answering me, he just removed the charge. I didnt notice that I still got charged an extra $5 for Shop supplies, when all they did was diagnose the problem. Im so upset I wasted my time here. A whole day to pay hidden fees and left completely unsatisfied.

They really dropped the ball with keeping me updated on the repair of my vehicle... they didn’t call me to tell me that my battery would need to be replaced, they didn’t call me with updates, if I hadn’t called them I wouldn’t have known what was going on with my car. Was without my car for a week, only got called once, not even when it was done.They did repair my car and were amicable people, and when I was there to pick it up they explained everything that had been going on with my car, and seemed surprised that I hadn’t been properly informed on things.

My battery died at the inspection station across the street. The owner at OBriens Automotive was kind enough to walk over and give my car a jump and replace my battery for a great price with a solid warranty. The mechanic cleaned the battery acid off the battery terminals and sealed the connections to help prevent future acid buildup, which was legit. I will definitely check them out when I need my next oil change!

Went to get an inspection here, in my classic car. Was told that the inspector had to drive the vehicle. The guy was covered in dirt and grease and has tools in his pants pockets (that I didnt notice until he was getting out), he plops into my car, and sliiiides across my leather seat. Complete disregard for my interior. I feel lucky that I dont have any permanent stains or rips in my seats. Also, as I was walking out, I asked if the price had gone up as they had charged me $7.50, nope, they charge an extra .50 fee for using a cc. Never mentioned that I could save money by paying cash. Guess thats on me for not knowing it still $7. I have no idea as to the quality of the work done at this shop, but due to the inspectors complete lack of care for my vehicle, I can only expect their work to have the same shortcoming. I will NEVER go back to this shop, and I would not recommend it to anyone else for any reason, not even for something as simple as an inspection.

I love this place, They always let me know costs upfront before i authorize the repair so i can know if its worth fixing. theyre also more than willing to explain what parts are, and why the car would need the repair whether its critical-functionality, non-critical functionality(like a dome light), or cosmetic issues.

Asked ahead of time if they had time to recharge my AC system and was told yes. I came in with knowledge of what I wanted done. System was not charged and was still made to pay for services not rendered. Asked for a refund and was told to deal with my credit card company. Will never recommend and return here, horrible service. If I could give zero stars I would.

These dirty mfers charged me $1200 for brakes then tried to lie to my wife when she went into pay to try and scam her for $1600. Dont go here. Dont care where else you go but unless you want to get ripped off, youre best going elsewhere.

I had a really good experience. I worked with Deven and he was really polite and it was a fun experience.My only problems were resolved fairly quickly but I had to push pretty hard.I would for sure recommend them just make sure you stand firm on all your prices and/or concerns.

I took my car here so they can tell me why my service engine light is on. Mind you my car was running fine. So when I talked to someone and they told me what it needs I said ok. Well Im on my way to get it. This happened Thursday on Friday my car is riding HORRIBLE and now its beeping. Tried to call manager today on Monday since theyre closed on weekend and she wont be back until Tuesday. So lets see how you reply to this cause I dont know how that can happen. I mean I do , but before I assume Ill give you a chance to right your wrong. Bad part is that I was going to take it to them to get the work done.

This is a 2 star rating because the gentleman at the store decided he wanted to charge me Incorrectly and lied about But put the correct information on the paperwork...

AC failed, paid 50 bucks for diagnosis, and they said it was the compressor and quoted over $1000 to fix. Ridiculous! I went to another mechanics and found it was only schrader valve problem, get it fixed at $200.

Staff was quick and friendly to fix the complaints i had about the job that they did. Very polite and professional.

I have been using this auto shop for over two years and nothing but positive experiences.

Do NOT trust! I went in for a simple quote on changing out a broken seatbelt. They were very nice in this interaction, and cryptically mentioned checking my battery. I thought nothing of it.A day later the alternator of my car broke down.When my husband (who knows more about cars than I do) checked it, he told me several bolts and the tensioner were simply missing!!!I am horrified that these people would risk their customers safety to make a quick buck. STAY AWAY!Very dishonest.

I came to them for a seatbelt replacement and somehow my alternator had several bolts removed nearly causing me to die in an accident. I had a good, trustworthy mechanic that looked at my alternator before I moved here a few months ago. Then I take it to OBriens and suddenly two mount bolts from my alternator were removed and the belt tension setting bolt assembly was also removed, causing my alternator to fall off and nearly killed me when my power steering went out mid-drive home from work. Then my battery died, stranding me. The bolts are difficult to access and require tools to remove. One bolt is a freak accident, three bolts missing is sabotage.
