First and foremost, this has been a great experience! I went in to look at used cars, however came out with a brand new 2021 Ford. Gabriel Hernandez and Tito were outstanding in their customer service, very patient with me, since I was very undecided . They both were knowledgeable in there vehicles. Found a beautiful carbon gray Mustang GT, worked with Amado C and Jose O and the whole process was very simple and straight forward. Performed most of the paperwork online and when we arrived at the dealership Jose had the car prepped and ready for a test drive! Less than an hour later we drove away with a new car!

Always a pleasure working with the people of Mac Haiks Ford. Very friendly service orientated staff. Stopped by for some quick service, no appointment. The staff was helping me with the tasks I needed including the 10,000 mile check. They called that evening( after only after a few hours) was told didnt need anything special, just an oil change. Came by in the morning, vehicle was really and service guy, was just as helpful and friendly. Would recomment

Service center needs improvement big time!Before coming in, we called to see if we could make an appointment. They said its on a walk in basis. No appointments for alignment.Came in today for the alignment at 8:30amI was told it would take 2.5-3hours at most.Its 12:10pm, no updates, no communication with me at all. I go up to ask how much longer I have to wait.Their response is, we only have one guy that does alignments and he is backed up, your car has not been serviced yet.I ask again how much more I have to wait, they say two hours.I just wish they would be transparent and keep the customer updated!!!I called Ford and let them know about my experience.I probably wont be back.

Carlos, the service writer in the Quick Lane, was a true gentleman and professional. Very courteous on the phone and equally pleasant in person. Luis, the diesel mechanic that worked on my F250, was also everything you want in a mechanic: fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. When my truck was done, Luis explained in detail everything that he did and all the possibilities of what might be causing my symptoms. I hope both of these fine gentlemen live long and prosperous lives. It isn’t often that you find a dealership that gives great service for a great price. I will certainly be back and hope that you go out of your way to see these guys. I did and it was worth it.

If you like waiting three hours for an oil change with reservations! Than this is the place for you. Every time I’ve come, reservations including has taken 2+ Hour, today 3. Awful, just awful. Was planning on buying another vehicle but not from this dealership. Their nice at first but once you buy one from them, they treat you bad after that.

Nice place, everyone was friendly and professional. I liked how the tables were spaced as to following Covid precautions. They have the barriers at each table for protection. and everyone was wearing masks. The process of buying a car has always made me nervous but this time it was great. did not take long at all. We went out looking for a truck and wasn’t sure on what we really wanted we found a beautiful 2016 Chevy Silverado and took it for a ride but when we were ready to purchase something happen to the vehicle. The salesperson was very nice, friendly and caring took his time to help us look for something similar to what we had chosen he apologized for what had happened but it was not his fault cars are cars and things happen for a reason. He helped us look at other trucks always with a positive and good attitude and we found a Toyota Tundra that was beautiful and we fell in love with and we don’t regret it at all. I hate that every time you go in for a simple oil change it’s a 3 hour wait with no compassion of trying to accommodate or make other suggestions. This location is so much more convenient however Red McCombs is worth the drive. Biggest mistake was giving Southway another chance.

Mac Haiks Southway Ford and James Chapman are absolutely THE BEST!We were in the market for a Bronco Sport with the Badlands trim and could not find one anywhere in San Antonio to test drive. Though Mac Haik did not have one to look at or to test drive, James Chapman visited with us about special ordering one. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with our questions and easy to trust. He placed a special order for us in early April and communicated with us many times throughout the entire process (and waiting period). Our Bronco Sport Badlands arrived on Labor Day and James was kind enough to deliver the Bronco to Boerne the next day.If I could give James and Mac Haik ten stars I would. The level of customer service we received is hard to find now days. I will be a Ford customer for many years to come and plan to drive from Boerne to Southway Ford for all my service. Thank you for a wonderful experience and beautiful Bronco Sport!!

I went to Ford Quick Lane today to get Nitrogen in my Fords tires. Brian got me in and out in under 30 minutes, didnt even have time to finish the delicious cup of coffee I got complimentary out of their machine. It was wonderful not having to sit in the waiting area a long time on my day off! He answered all the questions I had about some recent service I want to get. Ill be back soon!

Had a 1:00 appointment to get new tires for my 2016 F350. When my wife pulled up to the Quick Lane a few minutes before 1:00, Carlos Roca met her at the door and the tech drove it into the bay and immediately went to work. She was in and out in about an hours time. When she went to the pay window, the price that Carlos quoted me was to the penny on the bill. Carlos Roca is the man to see at Mac Haick’s Southway Ford Quick Lane hands down.

Second time the service dept here was terrible.first time gave me a bid to fix brakes then tried to bump mehundreds of dollars. not sure why I went back but this am hadan appt. they were overbooked and extremely busy per 2 of the reps.didnt want to help was not accomidating.terrible customer service and bad mannersI bought a truck from them, told the service manager it would be thelast and his comments were coolstay away from these folks.

So my truck, which has 15000 miles and is 8 months old, is making a noise under the rear-end. I called a few weeks ago to get it looked at and was told by service to bring it up on a weekday to fix the noise because it was a common issue with leaf springs causing the noise. Now Im here and they are telling me I should have scheduled an appointment, it cant be fixed because they dont know what is causing the noise, parts arent in to fix it even if they knew what it was, and even after scheduling it would take at least 3-5 days. None of this was told to me when I called last time and now I have wasted a day I could be working. Absolutely the worst. Now it is going to take them 3 5 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires.

I want to give a THANK YOU shout-out to Ricky in service dept!! I called with an issue we are having with our F150. After describing the issue, he recommended that we take the truck to a body shop, and not a Ford Dealership because our issue is NOT covered under the warranty. Warranty / customer service nightmare. They kept my truck for a month and 3 days only to fix my power steering and replace a sensor for my rear door. Did not get a loaner vehicle like I was told I could get whenever I had my vehicle in for service. On top of that I paid my $100 deductible but somehow they still charge me for a diagnosing fee of another $100. They offered a rental car reimbursement of only $35 which is a joke when a car rental for the day is about $80. So I figure out how I was going to get around without my vehicle for a whole month.

We were nervous however Ben Rodriguez helped so much and made the experience smoothed and didn’t pressure us at all. I had purchased my car from an internet dealership (Ill leave them unnamed until all my service is completed and probably write a review for them!)Its a 2016 Ford Fiesta ST and I have wanted one for quite a while now. Within a couple of days of my purchase, I had a few issues come up. Southway was the 2nd dealership I took it to for diagnostic/service (the other dealership wanted a touch more for diagnostic and the wait time was INSANE before it could even get looked at) On my way home from the other spot I decided to check if Southway could diagnose it that day (and schedule a time to come back to have the issues repaired)The issue I took it in for was a ticking coming from the dash when I started up the car and a windshield washer malfunction. The service adviser that took care of me (Geoffrey Kirk) had my car in for diagnostic the day of. It was exactly what I had figured it was (blend door actuator malfunction) and was fixed THAT DAY! I was beyond happy to have that issues taken care of and that fast! Also I cannot reccomend a better Service Adviser than Geoffrey! He made sure the work was done fast and made sure that it was covered by my warranty before moving forward (sadly windshield Washer Pump and Jets were not covered by warranty) Overall my experience with Southway has been a good one!I will certainly be continuing my vehicle care at Southway Ford

HORRIBLE SERVICE and LOWEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE . Id give them a zero if possible. My transmission clutch are good for now but when I went in to dealership for fuel tank recall the service representative offered to fix it before it became a problem. That since it was under warranty ( less than 60,000 miles ) it was free. He said since it was a known issue theyd do it He scheduled an appointment and just as I was heading over that day he cancelled. Some BS that his tech called in. Anyways he never answered my calls/ TEXTS after that.

I dropped my 2019 Ford Explorer off at Mac Haik dealership on Monday, April 6 at 8:00 am by appointment for one recall regarding the security safety of the seats and another issue (hard to explain - possible module on fuel economy) It took “3” days for me to get my Explorer back with “me” calling to inquire of the status every day. The recall was tended to which I’m guessing didn’t take long to check. The other issue I was told the mechanic checked it and said “it does that,” left me frustrated and it is still doing the same thing. I am not convinced that it is suppose to be doing what is is doing. But after “3” days, I needed my vehicle.

I called Rich Trevino from the side of the Road. The wrecking service (progressive roadside insurance)wanted me to take it to Northside Ford since it was closer. They wanted to charge me $30 more to take it to Mack Haik on southside of SA. i said ok and called Northside. the nice lady who answered the phone on 5/10 at 9:30 am said this wait what are going to do?... why are you towing it here?.... i explained car died and im having a wrecker tow it there . what are we going to do with it?... i hung up and told progressive here is my CC .# charge me $30 .. take it to mack haik. . He did and i was grateful. i got a call to my cell phone 1 hr later stating they put it my truck Ford F 250 2013 in back and its safe. he would get a tech on it after lunch to start looking. by that night at 8 pm he said 2 things caused this and together put your truck into the mode it was in. almost 3 k later i have my truck back with 8 hrs of labor and new fuel pump and DEF sending unit. but within 1.5 days had it back .

Purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 platinum 4x4 with 58k miles on it that the sales man assured me the truck had been gone through and was good to go because it had a green tag in it. They hooked me up with new tires which was great but besides the dealership changing the engine oil, air filter nothing, and topping off the radiator fluid nothing had been checked. Here are pictures of transmission fluid, transfer case oil, front diff oil, rear diff oil , spark plugs, and throttle body. Make sure you get the next major mileage service negotiated into you deal. The sales man Rocky was real legit though.

If you can get a-hold of someone you might be able to do some business there, I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to simple buy a part(Trailer Braking Assistance Module) and schedule the installation. After talk with the parts/accessories guy (very friendly) and find the part and price he forwarded me to someone called Brian for an estimate of the Service/Labor part, after speak with Brian and learn the price of installation/labor I agreed and asked to schedule the service, after that I must have spoken with at least 7 or more people or the same person trying to schedule a day to take my F150 in, I was transferred so many times from an extension to another that I lost count, Oh this should be quick lane, No, this is the wrong department, No no, I am transferring you to the right person in Service, after bounce around a lot I was finally greeted by the one the never misses your call, the Voice Mailbox. I was already taking my business away from Red McCombs where the car was originally sold because of their terrible customer service, but it seems I underestimated the competition.Even knowing exactly what I needed and after agreed to pay the price I couldnt get it done, it amazes me that during times like these where personal contact should be avoided at all costs a company this big cannot handle a simple phone call.

I strongly suggest that if you were thinking of buying a car here and having service done. You should be very careful with the mechanics and warranty people because they dont care about your car if anything happens to it they dont care because its not their fault. Me and my fiancé left our vehicle there for a week to get some service done. When we got our vehicle back in the inside of the door there was a scratch marks that were never there and they were obvious that you can tell right away. on the outside of the vehicle there was red scratch marks on both sides of the vehicle that were never there. Right away when we noticed after we left and went to the gas station we let them know and they said that they were going to look into it and I got the runaround day after day. I will call every day and they said that they were still waiting on the manager was still looking into it. Every day that I called to speak to the manager they were in a meeting or he wasnt there it was always something. But the saddest part of everything is that the employee told me that the managers told them to stay away from me and my fiancé and to tell us anything basically to ignore us. Unfortunately I will never buy a car from them again I will no longer trust them with my vehicle and I will stop recommending this place to my family and friends. Sergio was a great sales person for me and my fiancé but unfortunately the company its self with its managers and their service / warranty department is the reason why we will no longer return. Till this day they have done nothing to help our situation at all other then to say my car was dirty. If you know your car you know exactly what it has and where. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Took my truck in for a recall on a Friday morning at 7 am. Called service advisor at 1130 to check on truck. He stated truck should be ready by 530. Called at 6 and no answer. Called numerous times after no answer. Left truck overnight. Called Saturday got no answer again. Text number on his card and service advisor finally called me back said truck was in shop being worked. Got a text message at 2 oclock Saturday afternoon. He couldnt even call to tell me it was ready. Here I am the following week Tuesday driving on highway and truck slips into 1st gear going 60 miles an hr on highway. Waste of time taking my truck to this service department. They wont even sell me the part needed to fix because it is being used for the same recall I just turned my truck in for. NEVER AGAIN!!

Went to dealership. Told them what I wanted in a vehicle as well as the color. Two vehicles were found. I picked one and went into dealership. Spoke to manager informed my perameters as to what I was willing to pay. I told him I did not want to be negotiating back and forth. He said he understood. He was gone for a few minutes and agreed to my deal. The closeing was straight forward and unstressful. I would buy from this dealership again.

Had my vechile for year about 3 months after buying it noticed running little rough! Mind you I bought warranty! Put scanner had code for o2 sensor! Code came back replaced all 4 sensors and yes right ones spent 600$ on sensors! And later replaced maf sensor 400$ No engine light ever! Now a year took it doesn’t have all catalyst converters! Mechanic said I need them and replace bad ones from same code! 2900$ and the warranty company won’t pay for it out of pocket! It’s partially my fault for not getting a mechanic to check it before I bought it! BUT WHEN YOU BUY FROM BIG DEALERSHIP YOU KIND OF HOPING THEY ARE REPUTABLE! THIS VECHILE SHOULD OF NEVER PASSED INSPECTION WITHOUT CATS! ON EMMISIONS! I WOULD NOT EVEN BUT NEW CAR FROM THERE! AND IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD!

Very friendly, no pressure, I walked in knowing what I wanted and what was looking for ( my husband was at work and couldnt be there with me)my sales guy came through, I didnt feel the pressure of being a woman that my sales guy ( not sure if Im allowed to name him) would try to take advantage of the fact I camealone. Andy was great, . Ladies this is that place, question answered, only word of caution is that during in signing your financial papers make sure you understand all the add on ONS, non of those things are really needed EXCEPT your gap insurance and I personally like the tires and wheels covered buy that service...other than that I highly recommend Mak Hiak

Do not go here if you value your time and money. I was looking at a 2021 Ford F-150 XLT with sport package. Well while discuss pricing with the internet person, I told them that I don’t live close to the dealership so I would like to talk pricing over texts. Upon talking to this person, we have agreed on a out-the-door price but when we get to the dealership and trying to finalize the deal, they all of the sudden said that they couldn’t honor it.

Worst sales experience I have ever encountered. Wanted to play games with the price the whole time starting with oh its MSRP unless you want to make us an offer. Its not my job to make an offer. This isnt Craigslist. I just wanted to know their out the door price. Then once leaving a manager magically appeared to tell us about the rebates. Not playing the used car salesman game when looking at a 70000 dollar new truck.
