My previous STI agent seemed lost the last three times I spoke to him . His office has been closed for several weeks, no one has called me back, after several messages. They drop my policy they sent me a notice in the mail told me to find another insurance company by January 2 2021 and there explanation was that they didnt have much information about me like what i went to state farm agency fill out everything there explanation didnt make sense to me and they wont even answer there phone when i call.

Had bad experience with this agency I would not recommend this certain insurance company state farm or office to no one they where unprofessional, lack of poor communication ...(all this trouble because they where missIng a piece of paper that i was never told of )i brought a whole life insurance back August for my mother,due to the time of my moms passing they would not help me like they did even care or give A dam they told me that the policy that i actually paid for was no good at all, that it was not active at all when they took the first payment when I brought this in there office and after that 2 months prior they took money of my mom bank for draft payments already ...it just did not make sence why big company like that say the policy was no good when they where taking payments..at the day of my poor mom passing they did not want to here me or help me those agents from that office really are horrible they seem like they are friendly and nice but there are not they really ingnored me as well the people above them too ,time of my need i struggle to pay for my moms funeral .. there sorry people state farm and the agents there God help them there is no one greater than him what they did ...
