Great experience !! Would recommend to anybody looking for a great detail. I took my wife’s car in for a detail last week . We were in the verge of trading the car in for a new one but didn’t really want a car payment . But the the car was a little beat up since I have 4 kids . So I decided to give it a shot and clean it up before we make the final decision to trade it in . Well it was well worth it . Car looks brand new all the stains on carpet and seats gone . Paint shines like a brand new car . My wife is in love with her car again . And I didn’t have to buy a new one . Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed to have done to get best results. I’m planing to take my work truck in next week I’m so happy with results .👍👍👍👍

I purchased a BMW X5 in Sacramento, Ca and decided before i drove it back to Phoenix, AZ that i should get it detailed and waxed. The owner of Luxury detail explained to me that to better protect paint surfaces they use paint sealant instead of wax. He highly recommended this for my vehicle because of the harsh Arizona sun which i already know fades paint and cracks clear coat. I was skeptical because i had never heard of this process before but decided to get the paint sealant applied anyway. Luxury detail did an awesome job with my vehicle. Now i plan to get this service done on my vehicle once a year.

Absolutely lied to me about there promise in my interior detail. Deliberately lied about there cleaning process and when confronted they made no effort in compensating or correcting the issue. Also this owner, left 2hrs into the job and placed his teenage son to complete the job and gave him strict orders not to use required tools to complete the detail. So this teenager pulled me into the office and openly expressed how much he hated working for his dad and how he doesn’t meet promised expectations. Also... I paid for an interior cleaning! Seems they spent more time in my wheels and rims then my inside of the roof! GUYS don’t GO HERE!!!

Been coming here for few years now, and I have always been satisfied. They always do a good job and never mind doing a little extra to make sure your car leaves there looking brand new!

Travis is a liar... for one, its a 3 year old truck (more or less) and lied about the whole story. I have videos to prove it. Nice try tho :)

Took my car to Luxury Detail shop and I was Amazed on the quality of work they did on my car. All the scratches was gone and it shined just like when I got it from dealers showroom 5 years ago.

I had my vehicle detailed at Luxury Detail in August. I chose this business because of the great reviews and also Chris being easy and pleasant to deal with. The reviews on the detail were correct, they did a great job. Unfortunately, the reviews about Chris were wrong.I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up on a Saturday (not sure why they needed the car for three days). After picking the car up, I attempted to open the center console and was cut badly by a razor blade that was left by one of the employees (the blade was standing sharp edge up in a gap between the two console doors). An unfortunate accident I assume, but when I advised Chris of what had happened, he failed to take any responsibility for it. Chris proceeded to tell me that he has cameras all over and watched video footage of our detail. He didn’t see his employees using a razor blade, and if they had it would’ve been on a handle. We had a sticker on one of the passenger windows that had been taken off so that theory won’t work. But what was most stunning was when Chris suggested that the razor blade could have been mine that I left in there! Hmmm…for starters, the website advertises a “Q-tip finish” detail on the vehicle, but now you’re saying that somehow your employees missed it when they were going through every crack and crevice? It doesn’t quite add up.It’s unfortunate that a business would not even consider the possibility that they were at fault; accidents happen. Chris was too busy looking for excuses to avoid any responsibility rather than to just ask me if I was okay or if there was anything he could do. If you want a nice detail you can get that here. Should something unfortunate happen to you or your vehicle during the process and you want the company to take responsibility for their actions instead of making unreasonable excuses, this is not the place.Finally, BEWARE! When I was told the vehicle was finished, they told me their credit card machine was down and I needed to bring cash. I said I would be paying with Visa as agreed, and amazingly, their machine was up and running again when I got there. Shady at best.

This guy damages a piece of trim going around my back driver tire. You can tell it was done there because there is no damage to the paint just a piece of rubber trim on a new truck. I notice first thing on my way to work, so i stop by on my way home. Talked to the owner. He denied it and started to yell at me .So I ask what he is going to do to make it RIGHT? He tells me he dosent need my business as he has all types of big dealer business. As I am driving off he yells I was going to hook you up . As if when giving the app. he turned me down very rudely. Travis.

I just bought a 2001 Ford F150 from some guy who did a lot of hunting and carried deer inside, the truck was so filthy and stained I never thought it can be cleaned to a point that anyone would want to ride in it. I took it to Chris (owner) he said he can get all the dirt, mud, and stains out. I was reluctant but had no choice so I agreed to pay the price and left it with him for the whole day. Oh boy... I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the car detailed (just interior), it was showroom clean, I kid you not!This is the best experience I ever had with car detail shops, in the past I only got ripped off by detail shops (stolen thing from the car, not deep cleaning, over priced...etc.). But now, I am a believer again. Thanks to the guys at the Luxury Detail. I highly recommend them, if you have something you know you cant get it clean take it to these guys you wont be disappointed.

Very rude and not worth anyone time or money to drive down there.
