Good car was within an hour if you just need your car cleaned. Not a hand wash quality you get from at home

They did a terrible job. I felt like I throw my $270 in the trash. The doors, dash boards, consoles were still covered with dust. Dont even think about shampoing the carpet. The manager dont even know what a detail wash mean. When you comment about the wash, they give you an attitude.

The detailers work extra hard on customer cars. Weve been at least 3 times and never disappointed.

I used to love this place. Very disappointed. The inside of my car was still dusty. I could see where they wiped. They missed one window inside.

I went on Thursday at 1:30pm. It was really busy. It took about 1.5 hours. They did a decent job. I wish they cleaned the inside of my windshield better. I guess windshield is hard to reach.

Its a hit or miss at this place. I opened my trunk for them to vacuum and they left it as dirty as I brought it in. The insides of my car was still dirty. They missed the entire backseat of my car. Other times its wonderful. I feel good leaving with a clean car but I sure didnt today.

It took hours even after closing I was there waiting. Basically I was the very last one to get my car back and it wasnt completely done. Very disappointing but I wasnt the only one, but getting my car last and unfinished was the worst.

It seems they are so busy because they do such a great detail cleaning your vehicle.

Ive purchased the low end wash and the high end and they still come out the same. It doesnt matter...they still give you the basics and dont think theyre going to break their neck doing it. I still had to go through and fine detail my console in between the seats every time.

Im not sure who is doing the vacuuming, but it was not clean. I had them run it through again. I paid extra $14 for a truck and it should be cleaned right.

Worst $50 I have ever spent.Didn’t even clean my trunk right and didn’t clean the back of my car. I went back to have them clean what they missed,but the lady kept making excuses and didn’t want to clean it.Never coming back.

I used to come here all the time. When I lived on that side of town. It sometimes took a while, but worth the wait. I went today and they are not as detailed as they used to be. My passenger front seat was still dirty, look like it hadnt been vacuumed. The back door hadnt been wiped down good either. It was like they forgot I had a passenger side. It wasnt caked on, just dusty from camping. I wiped it right off with a wet wipe. I hope that this was just a onetime thing.

Took my in law’s truck to get it clean inside and out. On the outside, it looked okay. On the inside, they missed several locations. Trash was still visually present on the floor, cup holders were still sticky, rearview mirror wasn’t wiped, and fingerprints still exist on the inside front windshield. This place is more about volume then quality. Paid for the 29.99 wash but because it was a bigger car, I got charged an extra $4. On top of that, I tipped $10 before taking a look at the finished job. I was in a rush after already waiting for more than an hour, so I didn’t get these issues fixed. I do not have any photos to prove, but go to this place at your own will.

So I saw them Im busy and I came by on my lunch hour with my family vehicle I used to come on a regular with my suburban and my Jeep I want to say its been 5 months since Ive came because last time I came I brought my husbands pickup and they were horrible so today being that its my birthday and I wanted my car clean to go out later I pull up the young lady who greeted me for the service was polite also the cashier which I spoke to the cashier about last service I received I went inside the store to pay for my service today and again the cashier was very polite and nice I went out to my vehicle when it open the door the floor mats were horrible Im literally pulled the floor mat out and shake off large amount of dirt leaves and other garbage I told the lady outside a Hispanic lady which I do speak Spanish thank you and she told me thats not included in the service so youre going to tell me I paid $36 and you couldnt even vacuumed out my vehicle correctly couldnt wipe in between my seats where its all dirty very disappointed I was hoping to put a good review and maybe last time was a one 1 and 100 kind of thing but no horrible so my advice run dont even look at that car wash they are horrible you could have the best people to meet and greet and the cash out but if the service received is that bad no now I understand why you guys are so slow

I grew up coming to the place, service was always great and detailed....but today i took my car and it appeared that they only vacuumed the floor and forgot about my seats! My console and door jams still dusty and overall my car was not cleaned they way it should have been. I was soo disappointed and hope this is a one time thing.

Always cleaned as it should be, never had a complaint at all. If I did I would use somewhere else but I keep going back because the service is good.

Oh I go there a lot when I go to get my car cleaned in Outside Inside they do a great job the girls there that work there too with the Mandate are good there theyre excellent they really clean I appreciate that my go there is at least sometimes twice a month on my car needs to be cleaned cuz they do an excellent job I would prefer anybody to go there theyre good

Magic Car Wash is a hidden gem in Sacramento. Recent changes have modernized them and increased efficiency. They used to tale an hour or more to complete a car, but now are turning them in a little over thirty minutes. I have tried many car washes that provide similar service all over Sacramento, but keep returning here due to their excellent service. For the price, your car will be spotless inside and out. My car looks showroom new each time I use this place.

I have been here a couple of times and every time i leave unsatisfied they just dont leave my car clean its not worth coming here! they ask me if i want the car freshener and my car never Smell good.

Clean car but costs more than most others for the same service. Told me my headlight lenses were cloudy after already paying for their best wash. Would have been nice to know prior to selecting wash options. I would have selected a basic wash and spent money to have the headlights done had I know they performed this service. Rained that afternoon ! No mention of a rainy day return policy.

They are usually great. Not very detail orientated for the regular cleaning. But their is this black guy who is lazy and doesnt want to work. Ask me to clean my own car. Im like what am I paying you for then? Then continue to argue with me and be disrespectful. Then had to pay since another coworker actually appreciated his job and started working on my car. So disrespectful that clients get yelled when we are paying for services. They need to know how to be customer friendly. If it wasnt for the groupon I wouldnt pay regular prices due to their lack of customer services.

Car wash is always great but that’s facility Is not. There is not air conditioning in the summer inside. I’ve always found the staff to be very nice.

Ive been a customer for years. Its the only place I get my car washer and detailed. Bought a Groupon. They did a excellent job inside and out. Go early in the morning when they are less bust. Always crowed on the weekends

5-Star service every time! Unfortunately, my tires were too big for the car wash but the staff didnt skip a beat, instead they hand washed the car & didnt charge me the difference. Be sure to leave a nice tip - the staff works hard & certainly deserves it!

Prices here are very cheap for the service. They clean parts of your car they never thought were dirty. Kudos to the staff here. Make sure you tip them!

They were good before now they suck. Theyre not wiping everything down as they should and also they are not throwing away all the garbage on the ​floor I have to throw it away before they start otherwise they will leave it in there. Customer service is rude and the service is super slow. There would be hardly​ anyone there and they would still take an hour to clean your car and it would still suck. I certainly wont be going back.
