They do a great job on the vehicles that go through there they are kind and very helpfull and i actually cant wait untill my auto get dirty becouse im going to take it right to them ..love there work..

I was quickly greeted by a smiling Curtis, who was very polite. He assessed my 2015 Honda, which was covered in a years worth of water spots. He grabbed Daniel, who was able to give me nothing short of amazing results within my desired budget. My car looked BETTER than when I initially purchased it. I would definitely recommend this business. Im so grateful for the recommendation from my trustworthy mechanic Tan at Go Tires on Stockton Blvd. He has never steered me wrong!

I wouldnt go to this place if I were you. I paid $100 on Groupon for an interior detail for them to tell me you may incur an extra $30 fee if the car is extra dirty. The guy called me and told me he was going to charge me an additional $100 even though I vacuum my car and even Armor All. There was just one little spot of chocolate milk in the backseat. He said it was going to take him three hours just to clean that spot. Im not retarded. I know how long it takes to clean up a spot in a car. I will never go here again

I got a great Groupon. The folks here were great from start to finish. I showed up a day early, and they still took my car. And I am telling you, it was dirty awful. I was so depressed driving it. And they spiffed it right up. Super happy. Thanks guys!!

Purchased a Groupon for Interior detail for my 2004 Jeep Liberty. Called to schedule an appointment and the guy said it would be another $30.00 for a SUV. I told him it is a compact SUV and he said that they require more work for them. I told him I will have to look at groupon again because I dont remember it saying anything about that. When I looked back at the term of the Groupon it says $30.00 additional charge for Large 3rd row seat SUVs. Called back and told them this and he said that they would charge me still because it is for all SUVs because they are so much work to clean.I ended up getting a refund through Groupon when I explained why I wanted a refund.Just watch how high your bill will get with all their requirements and add ons.

This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had coming to a car detailer. its a shame too because I used to work across the street and people would swear by this detailing shop yeah theyre the best you should definitely take your car there you can leave it there for the whole day. The only thing true about that statement was the fact that you can leave it there the whole day. I paid for the full interior package. I found this deal on Groupon and honestly all I want is my money back. The reason why I needed my car detailed was the fact that I had spilled coffee all over the floor so I figured why not treat the car like its a special as me, get it a spa day. So the full interior package comes with: shampooing the car seats and the carpet, washing the windows inside and out, cleaning the tires and the wheels (wheels Im assuming they mean rims), vacuuming and the leather and vinyl would be cleaned and dressed.First off the number that Groupon gives you is the guys personal cell phone, he sent me to voicemail every time I tried to contact him, you can only reach him by text message. The hours say open from 9 to 8 p.m. but I called at 9 and he wasnt available to even be talk to until 10.....okay thats fine sounds like this guy owns his own business so his hours are variable just like my tattoo guy.... Well let that fly.okay so now its 11:00 am and I get to the detailing shop. nowhere on the building does it say HF waterless car wash it actually says sac car wash.....Okay thats fine kind of hard to find your business I get it.... first thing the guy asks when we get there he sees the car he says do you want us to do the wheels? (me buying a detailing package on Groupon, not even really going over whats included because Im so excited that I found a deal I didnt realize that the tires and the wheels were included so I deny having that done because its going to be an extra charge) . So I have to drop my car off and leave it overnight because I work beyond the hours of operation for this business. I parked my car, and Im anticipating that my car will be in pristine condition the following day.LET ..ME..TELL..YOU!Okay so now its 11am the following day and guess what theyre still cleaning it. I go inside and they told me its going to be $30 on top of what I paid because they found mold in my car. I asked where the mold is and the front office lady distinctly points out that it was ONLY in the back passenger side of the carpet. I say okay pay the $30 and get to my car. I get to my car there was a guy still vacuuming the car in the back in the trunk and he says hey is this your subwoofer? Yeah I fixed it up so now your beats should be slappin. I looked at him and im amazed like I guess thank you for taking the liberty to fix my speaker? Id like to point out that he had the vacuum in his hand while he was in the trunk fixing the carpet he says. But the carpet in his hand is not even f****** vacuumed. inside of the car has leaves like they stepped outside and walk back in after theyve cleaned the carpet. The drop-top was put down and so hes cleaning out water from that area. Why he needs to drop the top I dont understand. now the leather and vinyl was all polished and new looked great but then you lift the seat covers which is the leather and the seats werent even vacuumed or not shampooed like advertised. The floor still has stains (Im sorry but I thought it was a detailing shop). the windows had not been wiped down actually I had a window in the back that was falling it never really completely closed so the guy that took the liberty to fix my subwoofer took the liberty to fix the window.....do you want to know how? He shoved f****** pliers in the window to hold the window up PLIERS.... IS IT ME OR IS THAT VEHICULAR VANDALISM? I go to the exterior of the car the front end where the hood is and the lights have white film all over them and the light bulb is completely out of its light bulb socket. I have no more room. But Im getting my money back. 🤬🖕

Top notch service, Im new to Sacramento and was looking for a car wash and these guys popped up. What led me to chose them was that they are waterless and there service is whats gonna keep me coming back. Let them know if your military and they will hook you up.

I dropped off my car at 11am, Was told to come back pick it up at 4pm, even tho they only had two cars at the time I was there. they called me at 2:45 to tell me they couldnt work on my car today so I asked when could they do it, the guy said he didnt know when. The waisted my whole day, I couldnt run errands I had planned to run that day and in top of that they didnt even work on my car. Very bad service, didnt even get an apology for the inconvenience... I will never recommend them to anyone.

Awful customer service. Very unprofessional conduct. Ive been here before when I took my friends car to get full interior detail. Took them an 1 1/2 hour to do that. Finally decided to take my car to do full interior said it should be about 3-4 hours that they would call me. Im thinking plenty of time before I have to commute to work. Stop by 3 1/2 hours later thinking id get dropped off by my friend before she goes to run errands. Said it would be an hour more. That Id get a call when done. Im upset because i see them working on 3 other cars, but not mine. Ok. 2 hours later I call to check in instead of making the same mistake and going all the way there. Said the were working on the last seat should be ready in 20-30 mins. Shell call me when ready. 1 hour 20 mins later it 7 and thats the tIm the close. So I get a ride back to make sure they dont close on me. Finally done. Im upset, had to cancel work becuase ofthe comute and the time i got my car back. Ended up paying more than quoted, got attitude from the guy, saying he should charge me more, whats he gonna do, go out of business to do just my one car, Im over him, Im trying to check out, I said fine charge me that as long as I get out Im done arguing. Im ready to just leave. Im in My car ready to leave, about to shut my door. He says hope you crash. Never again. I might have had an attitude because Im pissed my car took forever with out being communicated as they realized they were doing it it would take longer than the original time they quoted me in the 1st place. Especially when my friends, who had to have vomit cleaned out was only 1 1/2 hours. Very unprofessional. Acted as if he was the owner, said he has to pay his guys this, has to pay his guys that. -if he is the owner, if he is just an employee. I dont care. Thats not how you do business sir. Wishing ill will to a customer. I wish I read reviews before hand because I looked them up again and Im not the only one. A few of their Groupon customers have had similar experiences.
