Prairie Star is simply amazing all the way around! Dr. Rawcliffe really cares and is doing everything he can to fix years of decay due to nasty medicines. His staff is compassionate and understanding often staying late to be sure treatmentis done correctly. Their dental work even has other dental professionals envious with their crown work! As a Disabled Veteran he works with TriWest to be sure I am able to receive care, often floating thousands for months and nearly a year while the VA figured out their system. He goes out of his way to make sure our Veterans are taken care of!His treatment rooms are extremely clean and modern. Amazing pictures all over the clinic!! Everyone in the treatment areas were practicing covid hygiene before covid - so I think other offices use Dr. Rawcliffe as the gold standard when it comes to precautions once you OSS through his treatment doors! Maybe one day I will see faces beyond the front desk to know who these amazing dental magicians are that have taken care of my failing enamel! I 100% recommend them and wish I could give 10 stars! Scheduled an emergency dental appointment but when I walked in no one was wearing a mask including the staff and the staff and a customer were discussing their anti covid vaccine stance. I’d rather suffer through the pain than put myself and family in danger because theyre unwilling to take precautions.

The cleaning I had at the clinic was the best cleaning Ive had since I moved to Texas, 5 years ago! The staff is very friendly. I really recommend them!

Im a chicken about Dentists so I havent been to one for 12 years. The Doctor was great but I was scared when he said I needed a Deep Cleaning. All was perfect and I highly recommend him and Laura.I recently had a dental emergency and they made time to get me in that day. Guess Im not afraid of Dentists anymore. Love them

Very good overall experience, and I hate going to the dentist. The Dr. was kind and engaging and very good at walking me through everything that he was doing and seeing. The staff was great too. The office is clean and cute. It was a great experience, looking forward to next cleaning. Also, super close to my neighborhood so I popped in at lunch time.

They are so nice and accommodating! They didn’t judge me for not coming in a while (lol) and helped ease some of my fears. My cleaning was great. Looking forward to my treatment plan!

Prairie Dental is a well run dental office. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist staff has always done a wonderful job when I come in for a dental cleaning. When having to get a new retainer and night guard, Dr. Rawcliffe had great options for me to choose from. I have been very pleased with Prairie Dental!

Prairie Star Dental went way above and beyond my expectations and Im so happy we decided to check them out. My 4 year old son and I went in for appointments at the same time. Everyone was so friendly and so sweet to my son, who had some apprehension about going to the dentist, but that seemed to completely fade away once we got there. Honestly much better than our experience with a pediatric dentist. Everyone was friendly and professional yet really personable as well. All the equipment was high tech and everything was very clean. Plus the decor made it feel relaxing and almost spa like - didnt know a dental office could feel like this! I feel like Dr. Rawcliffe really took his time for the exam and to ensure I understood everything. He was also very conscientious about cost and he didnt push for anything unnecessary or try to upsale anything. After avoiding the dentist for many years I have a good amount of work that needs to be done, but at least I know I have a great place to get it done!

This review mainly surrounds billing. The biller/receptionist lost my payment that I had made over a month ago. She wouldn’t stop insisting that I did not pay for half of my daughters cavity procedure. I had to pull bank statements to prove that she was wrong. Further they deceived me by noting that half was due now and the remainder was due on the actual filling date. Once all was said and done they attempted to charge me for the other half of her cavities, that were not filled. Even though they were right, the misleading conversation was unbecoming of this office.During the course of the argument the dentist comes out to throw gas on the fire. He stated “I spent years in dental school so you tell me what a fair Co-payment should be.” Never been confronted by a dentist before. Good luck with this place. You’re better off going to one of the many other dental offices in the area.

I’ve had the best experience here. I got my two upper wisdom teeth out, and I didn’t feel anything. I also got fillings. The staff is very nice and the Doctor was incredible. Will definitely keep him as my dentist.

This was probaly the best dental experience I have ever had. It was virtually pain free even with two wisdom teeth extractions. They go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable that I could have taken a nap without being gassed.

Everyone was great! Very friendly and did a great job! Love the TV on the ceiling, what a great way to keep a person occupied during longer procedures.

I was finally able to visit Dr. Rawcliffe at his new location. Hes been my dentist since I moved to Texas, and have been very happy with him. He always answers all my many questions about my procedures and is always available to help with follow up if I need it. Hes kind, and patient and is just what I need. I always get a bit nervous with dental work, but his calm demeanor and genuine interest in me as a patient and person helps put me at ease. His new space is beautiful and comfortable... I almost forget I am at a dentist office. All his staff is very welcoming and kind as well. I would give this place 10 stars if Google would let me. :)

From the front desk all the way to the treatment room, I would say that by far, this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dentist office. Jess was amazing at confirming my appointment prior to the appointment date as well as accommodating my brother even though he didn’t have an appointment. Dr. Rawcliffe explained everything in detail and made sure we were aware of everything that he was doing, step by step, throughout the entire process. The office it’s beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to everyone who is looking for a 5 STAR SERVICE!

We were both blown away by the quality of the pictures that he took and the special tool he used to clean our teeth. Our teeth have never been so clean. We highly recommend him!

Great experience here! Dr was very caring, took the time to explain everything, didnt feel rushed or feel like they were trying to up sell me. Not to mention the fact that the space is new and beautiful. Plus the location is super easy. Scheduling was a breeze and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in getting me squared away.

We really like the place, the staff and the service. They did a full check on me, including x ray and cleaning. And to my 2y8m daughter they did a check up and cleaning, they were so great to her.

Absolutely outstanding experience!!! Dr. Rawcliffe was amazing. I took my 3 year old in for a check up and the experience was outstanding. My son actually had a cavity and Dr. Rawcliffe took care of it right there at that appointment. He then called the very next day to see how my son was feeling! I have always had bad experiences at my dentist visits. So I hate to say but I avoided going to the dentist until something was really bad. But then my daughter in law recommended Dr. Rawcliffe... He is amazing!!! He worked on me for 5 hours straight. By that evening i was drinking wine.😁 I live out of town so he addressed all my concerns. NO PAIN, No do overs . He was patient with me, precise and detailed. I have had no problems. Dr.Rawcliffe will be my dentist for life! I have recommend to my mom and other family members. Highly Highly recommend!

Just got back from my sons dentist appointment. He had to get a couple cavities filled, since hes a 13 year old boy who thinks flossing isnt very important.He asked if he had to get any shots, as the dentist was already almost done giving it. 😂He loved getting to pick whatever he wanted on Netflix during the appointment. He picked Star Wars. 😁Cant recommend Dr Rawcliffe at Prairie Star Dental enough. Our family has been going to him since we moved from AZ almost 2 years ago. We had a great family dentist in AZ.....and were very blessed to find a great family dentist here, as well. ❤️

I cannot recommend Dr. Rawcliffe, his front of the house staff Jess, or his assistant Cheyenne enough! As a parent of a 3-year old (with a cavity already :( ), when bringing him into a new dental practice I knew I was going to be anxious (a.k.a helicopter parent). I called to set up the appointment and from the moment Jess answered the phone with a smile in her voice, I immediately became at ease. She was patient with my concerns and, as a mom herself, aided further in relieving my anxiety. On the day of the appointment, Cheyenne and Dr. Rawcliffe also greeted us with smiles. Cheyenne’s soothing demeanor and “Disney-like” voice claimed my son’s attention right away as she guided him through the x-Ray process and his cleaning. Dr. Rawcliffe’s bedside manor was funny and gentle. And, for the cherry on top, Dr. Rawcliffe called to check on my son’s condition that same evening! LOVE this place! I love it so much I went in for a cleaning the next day. (Oh, and they have TVs to watch to keep your mind off of the procedures) Thanks, Prairie Dental of Round Rock!
