Had a great experience here, they were so accommodating and helpful. Since I have six kids that is not easy, but they were super friendly and did a great job working to make sure we got in and out without it being too crazy (despite being during a pandemic). Its a bit of an older building, but the staff is really sweet and friendly.

My family and I come here now because the pricing is right and they actually take their time with you! When you leave here you dont feel like you just roll through McDonalds drive-thru service LOL I find that a lot of doctors and dentist these days dont really care and youre in and out they dont pay attention. This location is a bit different. The office is not the newest office on Earth but the equipment that uses all the newest equipment and they take their time and do a good job. I highly recommend this location and this dentist as well as her staff my last cleaning was excellent.

I have been a patient of Sam Bass Dentist since Dr. G. took over the business. Dr. G and her staff are always very nice.When I walk in the atmosphere is more family friendly, opposed to patient - doctor. What I love most about the office is the lack of wait time. Most doctors have a minimal of a 15 minute wait (my experiences). My average wait time is less than 5 minutes and I LOVE IT!!!! I hate making an appointment, arriving before time and still having a 15- 20 minute waiting period. I also like the fact that the office files all of my insurance claims. If a procedure is scheduled for my next visit I know the insurance end has been handled before my arrival. That takes a load off my shoulders. We all know how time consuming it is when dealing with insurance companies.In short, I love the small office atmosphere and service I receive at Sam Bass Dentist. Thank you Dr. G. and staff!!!

Dr. G is a great dentist. I appreciate her willingness to be conservative with interventions, especially on my sons baby teeth. Other dentists wanted to drill and cap some of his molars, which I was not excited about. Shes been willing to watch spots and intervene only when necessary, since his adult teeth are about to come in.My main critique is the office will contact me no less than 3 times to confirm our appointment, via text, calls, and email. Maybe others need this many reminders, but I dont and it gets annoying. Also our last appointment was scheduled and rescheduled (by them) three times. Not sure what was going on, but it was a bit frustrating. Still worth it though.

Literally just called to get the balance of my sons last visit so that I could pay his mom my half. I am the one who originally scheduled his first appointment at this dentistry. It is my email address thats on the account but they wouldnt inform me of the balance because his mom was the one who took him to his first visit and signed the paperwork/HIPPA. Thats frustrating. Send a balance to the email address or something. Gave me nothing.

My first time visiting this practice. I’m very pleased with the care I received. It was easy to schedule the appointment. Dr G. Is very professional and knowledgeable.

I gave them 2 stars because the staff and the dentist was friendly. If that was all that mattered I would have given them five stars. I went to this place to get my teeth cleaned and have a cavity filled. 2 years later I am paying another dentist to redo the work. After going to this practice I thought fillings were supposed to feel rough like concrete that didnt quite dry up correctly. When she (cant remember her name and it doesnt matter to me) put the fillings in, she gave me some shots to numb everything. But it didnt work. And when I told her I could still feel it she informed me that she has had children come in and not be as squeamish as I was. So I walked around for a few days with it feeling like there was an overhang of filling concrete on my teeth. I went back in after cutting my tounge on the overhang and she said she would file it down. I have a big fear of going to the dentist office and this place increased that 10 folds. While trying to file the overhang down she told me I needed to relax. I kept telling her it was hurting and she said it should be okay after she filed it down. Turns out that she didnt fill either of the teeth like she was supposed to. I went to Dr. Tejas Patel and received the news that both of my fillings had little pockets of space that was under the filling. Thats what was causing me the pain. Long story Long...save yourself the trouble. Go find a practice that gets it right the first time.

Called 10am for same day appointment and got in by 2 pm for recapping the crown. Done in 30 minutes. As always no up selling of unnecessary procedures at this place. And that is want I like about it. Dr.G explains every step thoroughly.

Dr.G is amazing! She has seen my kids since they were infants and I finally switched after going to a corporate dental group. She was so honest with what needed to be done and talks you through everything! She was efficient and very fair with pricing! I am going back to finish getting my dental work done and I cant be more thrilled! I have hated going to the dentist and still dont like it, but, Dr.G makes it barable!

Dr. G is awesome! I hadn’t seen a dentist in 18 months - got a full set of X-rays, exam, and cleaning in an hour. She was informative, compassionate, thorough and gentle. I was with my previous dentist for many years, and only had to find a new one since I relocated. Dr. Govindarajan was excellent in different aspects. First, she was able to explain the whole step-by-step procedure of what I have to go through for improving my oral hygiene and health in the first consultation. Wherein I had to go through several stages of appointments with Dr. G, an orthodontist, and Oral Surgeon. Second, she is skillful, she exhibited a very light touch, she maneuvered her way through the jungle of my teeth and find what was needed to be worked on within a few minutes and was able to provide the sufficient solutions to the encountered problems, I also had my teeth cleaned and it was not painful as I thought it would be. Lastly, she is accommodating and approachable, she always welcomes questions and responds with an efficient answer. The other staff was also as friendly and accommodating as her. I would definitely come back for my future procedures.

Ive been seeing Dr. G. since she opened her office in Round Rock. The dental care has been excellent. She developed a treatment plan to manage my condition. She did what was necessary, and only whats necessary. Always concerned with patient comfort.

Worst dentist ever. I had a full panic attack and felt insulted that I was crying from pain. She also talks down to her employees in your presence. I will never ever go there again nor will my family. She made me feel like I was overreacting. My blood pressure after a cavity filling was 177/112. She is heartless and I had to pay her when I left. I had to sit in my truck and cry for 30 min before I could drive from the anxiety I felt! Pls dont ise Sam bass family dentistry unless you enjoy being belittled!

My son and I have been going here since she took over and we love Dr. G. I brought my 5 year old grandson yesterday and he is definitely a more difficult child when it comes to cooperating. Dr. G and her staff were able to do his cleaning and get the x-rays they needed while being very sweet and patient with him.

I went there before it was sold. I called to have a tooth re-bonded that had come off. I asked repeatedly if they could do this that day. They said yes every time. I went in and waited and again asked if they would be able to do it. They said no...they would only check it. I was furious and asked why they lied to me? The dentist raised her head from the desk and asked what I needed. I told her and she had me taken to exam room. At that point she started with the do I have insurance, how will I pay and all that. I showed my insurance and they ran it. My portion would be $80 and she asked could I pay it? I said of course. They came in 2 more times demanding payment before they could start. I pulled out my wallet and gave them my credit card. They started and replaced it. I looked at it and told them it was way off in color. They said that is the closest they could get. They polished it and left the room. I told the guy tech the bonding still very rough and could he smooth it out some more. he said no...that was all he could do. I complained to deaf ears. They kept sending me reminders for cleaning , etc. I always told them how dissatisfied I was. never a peep. Yes, they did sell out, but I assume the same lame people still work there.
