I love coming to NuYu, the hygienists are super personable and the dentists are very knowledgeable. One of the dentists identified an issue I’ve had for my entire life that was chain reaction causing a lot of other issues and put me on a treatment plan when no other dentist had ever bothered.

NuYu dental is the best! The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and happy to help. My husband and I have been coming here since 2019 and each time theyre always so pleasant and thorough. Theyll answer any questions you might have or recommendations on products to use. Hope did our most recent cleanings and she made the experience so great! If youre looking for a new dentist I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been going to this office for a few years now. The facility is so clean and a wonderful atmosphere. The entire staff is superb all the times we’ve gone. Today we had Valerie, and she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and cleaned our teeth so well. She really took the time to educate me on all my teeth questions, and was so enthusiastic and energetic. We love going to NuYu Dental!

I must say, I was nervous to get my cleaning and filling, but everybody at NuYu Dental is so nice. Valerie is the best! She made getting my teeth clean quick & painless. She’s also super nice and cool. Bivi made getting my filling a piece pf cake. If I knew it would be that simple, I wouldn’t have stayed up all last night nervous about today! Hailey makes me not feel sad when I have to pay the bill. She’s very chill and answered all of my Insurance questions. Dr. Anthony Michail is new to NuYu but I really liked him. I’m glad that he’s my new dentist.

I had called this place a few days before going. Couldnt believe I would even get an appointment so soon it seemed if every dentist on the planet was backed up. So August 11, 3021 I went and I have never had a good experience at a dentist but, these guys were awesome each one of the staff I come in contact with was very nice. The hygienist was so sweet Im sorry I dont remember her name but she helped keep my anxiety down it was a pleasant calming feeling and all she did was talk to me. Dr. C. Was also very pleasant and very gentle she explained everything and why we couldnt save my tooth. Im very pleased with the service I received. I will recommend this office to anyone. Thank you to all that was involved in my care.

This is by far the best dental group I have been to! The staff is wonderful and caring. Hailey is excellent with helping any insurance needs you may have and Susan is always so warm and friendly! High quality work. I don’t plan on going anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and check them out!!

Holly was my hygienist for my cleaning! She was quick and thorough! They are busy and the Dr. was taking his time (in a good way) on his post cleaning follow up exams. That speaks volumes in my book!! Everyone there is pleasant.

So I moved here from the DFW area and needed a new dental office. I was referred to this office and let me just say WOW. the office was up to date with equipment my old one didnt and the staff was top notch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of like a family member not a stranger. I was introduced to to all the staff that worked on me not just taken and worked on. The amazing dental hygienist that did my cleaning was Valerie Martinez. She talked to me let me know the whole way through what she saw and why she was doing what she was doing. What was a normal cleaning turned into a deep clean as it was worse than what my other office had even disclosed to me. They didnt worry about the money only taking care of me. I would have to say she is the BEST hygienist I have ever seen and I go every 6 months. I will never leave this place or the new Hygienist that took care of me.

I used NuYu services for about 2 years, and satisfied with their services until the lastest time. They gave my son the exprired toothpaste as a give after the careless cleaning appointment as well as recommended unnecessary crowds for my 5 year - old son who will have permanent tooth coming in about 1 year. I missed the hygienist who did a very good job for my son but now she doesnt work there anymore.

I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist due to a horrible experience when I was 18. Needless to say, I had to come for a gum cleaning and they were excellent! Valerie was my hygienist and she made me feel at ease with my anxiety issues.

Had a great time at the dentist. Val, tells really good jokes. I had a hard time keeping my mouth open from all the laughing. Please, come see Val, so you can laugh with clean teeth!

I and my husband had treated our teeth there for 1 year and everything was great. When one day I had a hard time with my insurance a lady at front desk told me that I can cancel my dental insurance and they will give me and my husband the same prices as with insurance. I had a list of procedures and prices at my hands and I asked her one more time to make sure if the prices will be exactly the same and she assured me. So I didnt buy a dental insurance for 2021... And today when I came to do a crown there was another lady at front desk and she refused me to make such a discount, her price was 200$ more. I am VERY disappointed.

Had a bridge done. Dentist drilled the two teeth that hug the bridge too far down that 2 years later (today) I still cannot chew on that side. I had NO issues with those teeth until he drilled then down to the nerve. Have not been back. Do not plan on ever going back.

I always go this place for my regular check up and cleaning, and Im satisficed with my experience.

Best dentists I’ve taken my family to. They are very skilled and go the extra mile for every single patient. They definitely know how to make it an easy experience on the kids too. Each kid says, “I had a good time,” at the dentist... Very comforting to have considering some of the horror stories we have experienced with other local dentists.

This is the best dentist and office that I have been to in my lifetime and as a more mature person I have a few years plus tax! The Quality of Service is second to none and because they make me feel comfortable and my blood pressure stays down even going to a dentist! I have been going to NuYu Dental for several years now, and the quality of care has managed to only increase as the years pass. The only thing better than the warm and inviting environment is the warm and inviting personnel. They take an interest in me personally, and it makes me feel like I am appreciated as a patient, so much so that I look forward to my routine cleanings, which I am able to do at times that are convenient for my busy schedule. The staff are also very professional and knowledgable, which is very comforting, as I feel that I am always being well taken care of. The health of my teeth is something that is very important to me, and at NuYu, they make it easy for me to always show off my best smile.

I hadnt been to the dentist for over 8 years before deciding to face my fears yet again. In the past I always felt I was being oversold on services. It felt like a bad mechanic shop. Going into NuYu with fear, despair and some embarrassment , Susan was able to get me on a clear plan of action and ENSURED me there would be no pain! I knew exactly how much I would be spending over the course of the agreed 12 month plan and had the dates already scheduled. The dentist was amazing and actually LISTENED. I felt I had a voice. The hygienist Elizabeth actually has changed the way I see my teeth. I feel hope again and and the best part was no discussion of gum graph! My teeth and gums are happy again thanks to a few visits!

When I started coming here I needed a lot done. What I love the most is how well everything is explained and broken down. We made a plan based on what was most important and I really appreciate that they take the time to do that. I was nervous going to the dentist but actually had a great experience there. The hygienist Kathy was so sweet and totally made me feel at ease and so was the doctor. I am not more comfortable to go back and do not need to be so nervous anymore because I feel like I’m in good hands the staff is friendly and warm.

These guys are ah-mazing. I had the same dentist since I was a toddler; his retirement and my relocating for work meant finding a new dental crew, which is always an intimidating process. My first appointment here was incredibly pleasant, and Dr. Georgiefski is such a sweet and calming person to communicate with. Every appointment so far has been fast, direct, and super informative/educational. You can tell the staff loves what they do and how they care for their patients. Im pretty excited for future visits here!

I was a patient for over 3 years and always liked Dr Kim.For about a year I also saw Dr C and she made me a front tooth veneer which turned out great! But the office staff was not very helpful with our insurance/Flex spending account situation.My husband had to call numerous times because they didnt understand what we needed!And then in March Dr C made me a filling in a molar which resulted in severe sensitivity issues.The problems started a few months after the filling.She thought it is just sensitivity and prescribed a special toothpaste.That didnt help!So I saw Dr Kim and he saw on my x-ray that the nerve in this tooth reaches very high up almost touching the filling.He took the filling out and placed a liner between the nerve and the filling.That only helped for a few days and the pain was back.I wonder if it would have helped if Dr C had put a liner in the tooth from the start (after seeing the high nerve endings)...Anyway...Dr Kim then suggested a root canal.And when I asked the office lady (Cissy) about pricing she told me she couldnt tell me/run it through my insurance because it is not in my treatment plan yet even though Dr Kim clearly talked with me about it!She said they would run it the same day of my root canal appointment.I asked her if I would get a price BEFORE the procedure and for some reason she totally didnt understand what I meant!I tried to explain to her that I only had a few hours for getting the root canal amount AND the procedure done before I needed to pick up my son.She was clearly lost and got annoyed with me on the phone!I then decided to get a second opinion since nothing was/is wrong with my tooth and the nerve besides the sensitivity.The lady (Cissy again) at the office was not happy with that.She was very snippy and asked right away if I want to cancel my follow up with Dr Kim and I told her no...not until I have heard a second opinion.She also told me that no one could send the x-ray to the other doctor for a week because the person who does that is not in the office!I thought that is very strange!So the other dr had to take another x-ray...the third one in 10 days!I then went to Round Rock Root Canal Specialist and they were wonderful!They told me I should definitely wait on getting a root canal since the nerve looks fine and there is a good chance it will get better in the future by itself.I still have some sensitivity but it got better and not worse so I am still waiting to see if it all goes back to normal.And today I got a call from the NuYu dental office again about an upcoming cleaning appointment.I told Cissy on the phone very nicely that I will need to reschedule and I will call her back.She was very snippy and short on the phone again and this was the moment I decided to switch doctors!The office staff is not very helpful with insurance claims and especially this one lady becomes rude if you dont tell her what she wants to hear!

Dr. Kim is always in such a great mood! His staff up front is also very friendly and welcoming. I came here to get 6 month braces and Im now considering changing our dentist to come see him. My teeth are starting to look so straight now and I just love how good I feel leaving here. They also have a little kids area with toys, TVs to watch while you get seen and beverages. Highly recommend this office! They are exceeding in customer service.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kim for several years. I have relocated and live 1.5 hours away but continue to make the drive to see Hi. He offers conservative and thorough treatment option. His team is fantastic! They are incredibly accommodating. Customer service and quality is why I continue to choose NuYu Dental.

I have have plenty of procedures performed at NuYu Dental (6 month braces,teeth cleaning,and fillings). Every time I have visited I have had a great experience. Dr.Kevin and his staff are always warm and welcoming. He is very attentive and always checks to see if you are doing fine/pain free during any given procedure (unlike some rough or aggressive dentists).The waiting area feels like a spa,which helps take off the edge from visiting a dentist. Dr.Kevin makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable!

Back in December I went to this dentist to get my teeth cleaned. Unlike any cleaning ive had in the 6 years I have lived in texas, this dentist told me I had many cavities. although I found this odd I trusted the Dr. and proceeded to get the cavities filled. Throughout the months after the fillings I wondered why my teeth were so sensitive. Not thinking anything was wrong. Fast forward to today where my filling fell out. I was flossing and all the sudden I had a very painful mouth. Do not recommend this place to anyone. My family and I have since never scheduled another appointment. I also have a very large teeth bill that couldve been saved if I had gone to a better dentist.

I have been coming to Dr. Kim for years and I have received nothing but perfection . He is kind and gentle. His staff is so pleasant and helpful. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist but this office makes it so easy and fun!!! Haley at the front is very helpful and Susan the office manager goes out of her way !!!

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever gone to. The staff, the dental hygienists and Dr. Kim are AWESOME, KIND, FUN, and they make me actually not dread going to the dentist. Ive been going there for 5 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I even moved, and I still make the trip to see them twice a year. Its like a reunion! If you are nervous about going to the dentist, then this is where you should go! They are the best!

I recently moved to the area and the location is very convenient. I read the reviews and I was not disappointed on the ratings!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the start I had the friendliest front desk lady help me out. She gave me my paper work and offered me to make myself at home. The assistant that took me back to the room was really nice and friendly, she made me feel comfortable, once Dr. Kim came in he took a look and gave me different options. Of course the way that I am I had a bunch of different questions. He clearly explained each and one of them! This staff is so nice and make me feel welcomed, I will definitely be coming back to do my treatment! Thank you Nuyu Dental staff!!!

The waiting room was very nice and comfortable with lots of recent reading material and the staff genial. I have never been terrified of a dentist and have always kept the same dentist for years unless I moved or they relocated. One of the first favorable facts I noticed was I did not have to wait long enough to even drink a cup of coffee (which was available) though I have always arrived early. The best most favorable fact, without a doubt, was that Dr. Kevin was thorough and I felt he cared very much about doing the best job possible for whatever he had to work with.. I was confidant in his abilities.I could see he was busy yet he always had a second to say hello and chat before starting I liked his boyish polite, respectful manner. These favorable combination of facts made it an enjoyable experience each time I went...Faie..

My son was a first time patient at NuYu today. After a very long and exhausting search, we have finally found our dentist!! The office is beautiful and clean, the staff is extremely professional and kind. Dr. Kevin was amazing. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, committed to their practice, and you can tell they love what they do. I will be going for my appointment this month, I am looking forward to it. I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin and NuYu to anyone. I can not say enough about our experience today.

The team at NuYu is absolutely amazing. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience, but Dr. Kim is so kind and skilled that I don’t dread the dentist the way I used to. I’ve always had bad teeth and in the past have been made to feel guilty or ashamed of that by dentists, but that is not the case at NuYu; the whole team is caring and just wants to help you in whatever way you can. I’ve been going here for about the last 6 years and even though I’ve moved into Austin I still make the 20 min drive to their office since finding another dentist of this caliber is next to impossible.

Im not normally one to write a review, but the folks over at NuYu deserve praise. Im also one of those people who would rather suffer a tax audit than visit a dentist. I went somewhere else first and I felt like I was getting hustled. I ended up visiting NuYu for a second opinion and Im so glad I did! If youre looking for a highly skilled practice that doesnt behave like the service department at a car dealership; NuYu is for you. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin and his staff. They act with integrity and compassion; I was at ease the entire time I was there.

Ive been coming to NuYu dental for about 5-6 years. I love Dr. Kim, and I think he is a great dentist. I have nothing but kind things to say about my experiences with him. In the past year or two I have been scheduled with different dentists a few times without being informed that I was not being scheduled with Dr. Kim. My experiences with other providers at the office have not been as pleasant. I came for a routine cleaning this week, saw a female dentist who did not introduce herself, checked my teeth for about 60 seconds, and then ends with as crazy as they look, theyre okay. I assume she was referring to my large fillings I have from childhood. I was embarrassed to say the least, and really made me question returning to the office. Dental health is something many people are self-conscious about, and I do not think its appropriate to call attention to an insecurity.

I found NuYu Dental just searching for dental offices in round rock, and i am so glad that i came across this practice. My appointment was offered within a few days of me calling, and they have great prices for those who do not have dental insurance, and we all know dental work is a bit pricy! The experience is great as soon as you walk in the door. The customer service is amazing, and i would definitely recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a dentist. The dentist himself is very knowledgeable, as well as the entire staff. 5 STARS!

I am terrified of dentists, and I needed a lot of work done very quickly. Dr Kim was outstanding. Very gentle to the point where I fell asleep during my root canal. I was there for almost four hours, but it was not nearly as bad as I thought it was. Recommend this place 100%.

I went to NuYu for an exam and a cleaning today and had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgable and super nice. There is an ambiance that no other dentist office has, it is very luxurious and comfy. Most people dread going to the dentist, at NuYu you will want to go more often! I will definitely going back soon for Dr. Kevin to work on my teeth and make them beautiful!
