Dr. Heiman is a fantastic dentist whos very friendly, polite, personable and great at his job. His office is full of great people who are really helpful and always get us taken care of. I recommended him to my boyfriend (who hadnt seen a dentist in a few years) and hes been going regularly ever since. They did his Invisalign and hes had great results. Ive also recommended them to my friends and coworkers and will continue to recommended him to anyone else who asks in the future. If youre looking for a good and reliable dental office, come here!

WAS 2 STARS: The dentist is very good. The hygienist that cleans is pushy about giving fluoride to adults without telling them it is an extra charge. She is rough with the scaler. She is pushy about us getting braces and talks to my whole family like she is the dentist. The dentist already gives us expert advice and communicates well. We may need to change dentists.UPDATE:Have seen the dentist since and he has been as professional and efficient as always. 4 stars to him. Office manager reached out and now a different hygienist has been assigned. One can also request only hand scaling.

Dr. Heiman is the best. Been to a lot of dentists in my 68 years. None compare. The staff is also first class. My whole family goes to him and loves him. HONEST. The first time i went to him; he saved me thousands of $ over a “misdiagnosis “. You literally can not feel it when he gives you a shot.

Ive been going to Greenlawn Dental for many years and always have the best experience. Whether its going in for a routine cleaning or getting some work done, Im always made to feel like every visit is just as important as the next. I am ninety years old and my teeth are not in very good shape. The hygienist wad respectful and very gentle with me while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Heiman was very personal and honest about the condition of my teeth.

Their recommendations are not based on profit but long-term oral care of the patient.Before coming here I was going to Aspen Dental next door, and they had recommended a root canal on a front tooth that has never given me any problems. Suspicious, I went to Greenlawn to get a second opinion, and it turns out I did not need any work done on that tooth!

No insurance!! yet, I had unbearable pain from a broken tooth that i knew had to be removed. I was able to get an appt the same day at 3pm. Check in was fast. Once in the back they focused on what i actually came in for. No extra poking and prodding.X-rays were simple and easy.Dr. Heiman & assistants were very polite and straight to the point in a good way!! Offered to answer any questions / concerns.Got my tooth extracted, Rx slips Filled and was checking out by 3:45! Awesome Team

I went for a consultation and hopefully for a new dentist. Dr. Heiman and his staff seemed very nice, but my overall experience left me feeling disappointed, especially after reading so many five star reviews.My dental needs are somewhat complicated as I have an irradiated lower jaw to contend with following a stage four neck cancer. That being the case, Dr. Heiman agreed to do some additional research about extractions before deciding on a treatment plan. He said he would call me the following day with a treatment plan. Unfortunately though, he did not. I was later told that a message was left by his assistant. A message that I never received.It seems that in addition to Greenlawn Dental, Dr. Heiman and his staff alternate working at different locations on different days. Something I was unaware of at the time. I had left several messages, as I was concerned that an abscessed tooth I had earlier was going to get reinfected, but I didnt receive a call back for three days. When I asked them why it took so long to respond, I was told that they dont check their voice mail until they resume working at the Greenlawn office. A practice I found less than reassuring that I had chosen a dentist who had his patients best interests in mind.The fact that there was no information about their alternate office days on their answering system message, and that they didnt check their voice mail when they were working somewhere else threw up large a red flag for me. Perhaps Im asking for too much or am too particular, but Im looking for a dentist who inspires the confidence that I will be given the concern and care that I need in a timely manner.

The staffs are friendly and the service is good in general. Dr. Heiman is good in explaining things. I do invisalign and teeth cleaning here. I am at the 5th months of the invisalign. I thought the result turns out right as Dr. Heiman said.They are just not consistent on the appointment follow up. I left a voicemail that I wanted to cancel my appointment. I asked if they could call me back or email me to confirm the appointment is canceled. They did not call me so I called them back to check later before my appointment. They did not check my voicemail and did not cancel it. The other time I had to cancel again. They received my voicemail and canceled my appointment but did not call back to confirm. The email system only lets patients to confirm appointment but it does not let patients to cancel through email. They require 48 hours notice for cancelation, otherwise $50 will be charged. One time I called on Tuesday morning to make an appointment for a Friday morning appointment, and then a staff called me back in the afternoon on the same day to confirm my appointment. Why didn’t she call me on Wednesday or Thursday? Maybe She just forgot what day it was. I think they should have a better system to handle appointment confirmation and cancelation. Appointments mostly are made 6 months in advance, of course you don’t know what you have on that day when it come closer to the time, so there will be cancelation and reschedule.For cleaning, I thought they did not do thorough enough compared to the other places I have gone to. They flossed too quickly that I feel like there is still something in between my teeth. I tried two hygienists at this place but I did not like them much. I am not sure if I will do cleaning here when I am done with my invisalign.

I dont usually write comments, because of the worst service and treatment I got on this clinic I put my comments. Im skeptical any way about others comments. I came here last year for only root canal and cleaning. They wanted to charge me $1500 in addition to my insurance coverage for root canal only. Then, they said were the cheapest dental, we give you $ 100 discount. I asked for a cleaning, they said we cant do clean we have to take out some teeth you dont need on your mouth, they wanted to fool me and convenience me to get rid of more teeth not necessary. I have no issue and not have pain on any of my tooth. I came for my next session of my cleaning, they took extra x ray to my teeth in less than 8 months and they said oh, we found some teeth you need to take out before we do the cleaning. They did not want to do the cleaning and the time is almost gone and they said, Oh we need to schedule you another session. But, I insisted to do the cleaning, they had me paid another $120 just double charge and did only 20 minutes cleaning and they told me you need to schedule for another 4 months to do the next session. I came again after 4 months, they said my insurance was expired then I have to pay $ 600 to do the next session. They already took the whole a mount from my insurance for the cleaning and they wanted to rip me off again, The day before my cleaning, they called me to pay only $ 120, but when I came I had to pay $ 600 plus. my cleaning not complete at all. They did not able to do one cleaning for the whole year, its a shame and ridiculous . My insurance said they had to pay me $ 400 back of my Root Canal and they denied it, I paid $ 350 plus insurance had paid the rest and did not complete cleaning. Its a business office, like car dealer not a heath clinic at all. They dont have a doctor to do simple thing like root canal and crown. As I said on my next session of cleaning they changed the amount and tried to convince me, its a legal. Do what the patient want and thats all. If youre not worry how much money you pay and youre not worry about your teeth, this a place for you to come. If you care about your teeth and care about your money, I do not recommend this place. Its a business office not heath or dental clinic.

I love this place. They have done wonders for my teeth and have really done their best to work with me and made me feel like the dentist wasnt all that scary. Dr. Heiman really made my root canal seem painless. He is super gentle and explained everything to me prior to the procedure.The assistant Lilia made sure I was comfortable the whole time and walked me out when I was done. I am so glad I found Greenlawn Dental of Round Rock!I have to say it was nice to find a dentist that will see adults and a 6 year old. If I could leave no stars I would. I called to get a appointment for my daughter that her retainer had fallen out. Bobby a manager stated he would schedule a emergency appointment. We got there waited a hour to finally see a dentist for less than 30 seconds to tell me they did not have the materials to treat her there. (Apparently they dont carry spacers.) well my question is why make the appointment anyway? Bobbys reply was I made you a emergency appointment as requested. But he did not tell me that they would be unable to do anything and I would just be wasting time. There reply was my insurance required a referral, this is what the dentist told me in the 30 seconds I spoke with him also that they did not have the materials to treat her. I called my insurance and I do not need a referral so clearly some education needs to be taught to the management. I also spoke with Bobby the manager and he told me that since I was in and out in an hour that was exceptional service and that they could not do anything for me. He also stated he would be removing my family from the practice, which trust me I have no problem with. Very unprofessional, no knowledge of insurance, and horrible customer service. I would never refer anyone here.

Dr. Heiman and his assistant (sorry I don’t remember your name) took all 4 of my wisdom teeth out in one day with such care that I didn’t feel nervous or hardly any pain at all. Just recently I went back for a teeth scaling and laser cleaning and Krystal did fantastic! Not only was she very polite, but gave me tons of information about my teeth while doing the cleaning. She also constantly checked on me how I was doing comfort wise! This will definitely be my go to dentist office! I highly recommend this place all the staff are fantastic!Edit: went back on a recent visit and the service is still fabulous. I arrived 10 mins late to my appointment due to traffic, but my dentist Kayce was very understanding, kind and patient. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and professional with no pain at all. If you have Kayce as your dentist, rest assured you are in good hands.

I had 3 front teeth as a child. By the time I was 12, I had spent more time in the chair than most people will their entire lives. Im basically immune to Novocaine. Ive had just about every procedure you could have done on my teeth---Fillings, Bonding, Root Canals, Both Cosmetic and Non-Cosmetic crowns, whitening...Im sure Ill need gum surgery at some point. My point is -- Ive seen a lot of dentists. And I can say with utmost confidence that Dr. Heiman is the only dentist I would trust working on my teeth going forward. He is always professional and thorough, yet kind and patient. He is the expert -- And of course its his job to tell you what you need to have done, but he is never pushy or rude about it. Lets be honest, dentists can be a$$holes, but Dr. Heiman is definitely not! Plus, hes pretty dreamy, which is an added bonus. :)

Dr. Heiman and staff once again exceeded my expectations! The welcoming reception by Sara I always look forward to. She continues to possess that chi (energy) that relaxes you for your dental visit and the ambiance of the office is always clean and comfortable. This visit had me a little nervous because of an additional tooth that needed to be attended to that I thought was going to cause me some agony. Of course the man of the hour, Dr. Heiman performed his craft beyond my expectations and did so in minimal time with no pain and I expected some degree of pain for my procedure and he has perfected injections. I was impressed and Im not one who is easily impressed. Additionally, I have to give KUDOS to Sammie, his dental assistant in this procedure. Sammie was such a comfort but the compliment for Sammie is the exceptional ability that she has developed in handling the dental tools that squirts and sucks the water WITHOUT a drip of water reaching the patient. In my 60+ years, I have NEVER experienced a dental assistant NOT getting water on me until my visit this week with Sammie assisting Dr. Heiman. I will reiterate again what I have said in previous reviews, a dentist support staff speaks volumes about the dentist. Dr. Heiman has done an exceptional job in selecting his support staff. They are very complimentary to him, a dance well executed. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND SERVICE YOU PROVIDE!
