This was my first time experiencing their service. I was impressed by their staff’s professionalism. Garrett was my technician and he was great! Their service team members were outside expecting to serve their customers without wasting time. They even offered a complimentary car wash which you rarely see in other dealerships. I love to get my car serviced here and recommend it for others, too.

It was a great customer service from John. And the mechanic Michael was also helpful. He was in the office after my car was done and explained exactly what was wrong with my car. He did an amazing job. My car feels like a brand new car. I am so happy with the service. Thank you so much!

I can always count on the guys at Round Rock Nissan when repairs or maintenance are needed. They seem to care and try to help solve any concerns I have. I have a Pathfinder with over 215000 miles on it and it runs great thanks to these guys.I bought a set of tires from them for the first time last year. The tires cost a little more there, but the quality was better and they automatically include lifetime road hazard insurance on their tires. They also *always* answer my questions. And I usually have many.Thank goodness for the tire insurance! With all the roofers in the area after all the storm damage in the spring, I ended up with multiple nails in my tires and a shredded tire!It was a huge pain to deal with, but Round Rock Nissan made it easy on their part. A new tire was completely covered by the insurance and the replacement also came with the same guarantee and insurance. (Ive purchased road hazard insurance on tires at other places that limited coverage to the first set of tires.)My bill was $0 and the job was done quickly. And they still washed my car!Thanks again guys for keeping my car going.

Ive been a customer here for many years but today was probably the worst experience Ive had yet. Two weeks ago I made an appointment for today for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I knew it would take awhile, since it is Saturday, so I dropped my Rogue off in time for my 10am appointment. I then went out for brunch with my family, went to Costco, and ran a couple more errands. Three hours later, I returned, and they had yet to even start on my car. It was parked exactly where I left it. Of course, they supposedly got to it shortly after I got back. Two hours later. I finally got to leave. Five hours total for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Pitiful at best.

Henry was great he had knowledge about the car I was looking at. Was very courteous, and Patient with me . It was a great experience for me. I would recommend Round Rock Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle. The finance department was also great explaining everything so I understood exactly what all the warranties included and payment options.

Amazing service. Lynne is who I usually work with (because shes awesome) but she was unavailable. Brett was super friendly and helpful and, despite how busy they were when I got there, they had my car in almost immediately and the wait was negligible.10 out of 10 - would definitely recommend

Everyone there was very professional, they were able to quickly process my purchase and trade in, overall left happy with my purchase.Update: Less than 2 weeks after getting car, got check engine light. RR Nissan told me to take it to dealer (Hyundai) as it was still under warranty. Hyundai said it is probably spark plugs, not covered under warranty, they cannot service it for 2 more months and to go back to where I bought it from and see if they can. RR Nissan said they cannot do anything. So, downgrading 5 stars to 3, average expectations. Hope this car doesnt leave me stranded before I even get plates for it or change my plugs.Update 2: Another 2 weeks later, check engine light still on. Was finally able to reach someone again at service department at Hyundai. Working with them to resolve. Since RR Nissan has no responsibility here on their used car under warranty, raising overall review to 4/5. Still have a car with check engine light to deal with , so not used to driving around with this issue.

I decided to reserve a spot for an oil change at this location. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. When I checked in their was a small misunderstanding with the coupon that was emailed to me. But it was quickly resolved. I was in and out in 30 to 40 min. Love using this spot! Very convenient🤗

My vehicle was having an issue with the AC and I took it in to get checked out. I was told that because it appeared to be mechanical issue, that it would be covered under the warranty. Though, there was a $147.05 fee for the diagnostic test unless it was considered a warranty item. The repair was a warranty item, but they said there was some minor cleaning out of the air intake for the AC and this was not covered by the warranty and therefore, I was now on the hook to pay the $147.05 diagnostic fee. It was quite obvious that they were looking for something minor so that they could collect the diagnostics fee even though it should have all be covered under the warranty. I do not recommend Round Rock Nissan and if I have another warranty item, I will be going to a different Nissan Service Center.

Bret was fantastic! He made the best recommendation based on what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on the things I didn’t. He was knowledgeable, personable and got me in and out very quickly. It’s no wonder why he has all those awards on his desk :)

Eric (service advisor) communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me informed of everything going on with my vehicle. The repair cost was reasonable and much quicker than I anticipated. There were no bait/switch games, no added services and no games trying to add unnecessary repairs. Im highly impressed and I recommend Round Rock Nissan for any repair needs.

Customer service recently we went to want to buy a car but the service we received from the person who attended us was lousy. We went to another dealership of the same brand and they took care of us. much better its called town north nissan and we bought our other car.

I recommend working with Christian. I did not end up buying my car here because they didn’t have the one I wanted available but Christian was so transparent, very relaxed, and informative. I never felt pressured and if he didn’t know the answer, he was quickly able to find it out. He was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. If you do go here, ask for him!

Michael the service advisor was awesome. The service department closes at 6:00 pm and my Lyft wasn’t going to get there till 5:58 pm. Michael said he’ll wait to hand me my keys and I thought that was really nice of him to do that. Little things like that earns a customer for life.

The service at Round Rock Nissan I would have to say is excellent. I deal with two service technicians over there by the name of Bretts and Wayne. Both of them a great service advisors. They keep you updated on your vehicle and always help you with any questions you may have. Theyre always polite very friendly and a great personality and they know exactly what theyre doing.

Matt is hands down the best associate Ive ever done business with. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was in the car I wanted. Ive now been to have my Nissan serviced there 3 times. I only have 1 complaint and that is their online booking site.After you log in, you identify the model and year of the vehicle and the mileage. You choose either an oil change or a service. You choose the level of service you want and it gives a price. When you arrive they again ask what you want done and tell you because of your model vehicle , the cost of oil is an extra cost. Whats the point in filling in model year and work required when you book online. The real price doesnt match the online price.? Its only a small thing but I find it annoying.Once there the serviceIs fantastic.

They were so helpful and even though we put a deposit down on one car we were able to switch it to another car when we came back to finalize. They gave us a good deal and got us in and out quickly. I was able to get my car in on time to have the front brakes worked on. Unfortunately, the front brake rotors were not in stock at the dealership, and had to be delivered from another dealer. Repair was made. To compensate me for my inconvenience, the technician gave an additional discount on my coupon. I was happy to have paid less.

Sean was extremely helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped facilitate the use of a coupon that saved us a little money in the process. I will definitely bring my son’s car to this dealership in the future.

I ended up a Round Rock Nissian because the Service at the North Town Nissan is hot garbage on a Tin Roof. For some reason North Town thinks it’s acceptable for a routine state inspection to take two and a half hours. Long story short I rescheduled my inspection at Round Rock the next Day. My technician’s name was Eric. Thanks to him I was in and out in about 20 minutes. He even put my car through the wash. I was very pleased with my experience. 10/10 would go again

Happy! The dealership was the best! Lynette had my estimates ready when I arrived so I could make a decision. She asked if I needed a ride home and I did. I arrived at 7:00 am and had my ride by 7:25 am. Ronnie, my driver was charming and professional. The mechanics did the work on my car and washed it. I had a shield zip tied and they fixed that no charge without being asked. I haven’t gone to dealerships because I thought they were high priced but they surpassed a quote from a tire shop! They will be my service go to now!😃

I love using Round Rock Nissan for maintenance of my vehicle. They usually have a coupon that discounts the service I am needing. I was due for my 15k maintenance work and was able to apply the current coupon for oil change and tire rotation to my bill. So appreciated and really helped me out! Thanks Eric!

When I arrived, my Service Advisor (Jim) was immediately available and confirmed why I was there. I bought a used 370Z from a third party that only came with one key. I felt that I needed a duplicate in case I lost one. Jim quickly arranged for a technician to program the module and cut the new key for me. I waited in a comfortable customer lounge area. The key/module was ready in a very short time and works perfectly. In less than an hour, I was good to go,.

My sales person was very friendly and very knowledgeable about features of each model. He made me feel at ease immediately.Talking with the business manager was like talking to an old friend. My experience was positive even in the rain!

Mixed feelings. I took 2 cars for maintenance and the first one with an oil change and regular service was promt and efficient. But the second one, it has many issues and they told me they will check the car and notify me of cost of repairs before hand. By my surprise, when I went to pickup the car because they couldnt finish checking it, I was told that I had to pay almost $150.00 because some updates to the transmission and some diagnostic procedures. Eventually the manager voided the charges but let me a bitter taste of the transparency and level of service of that place. Not sure if I want to go back next week to find out was wrong with the car. I dont like surprises.

The service department is on point. We always get GREAT customer service. They work in timely manners, and make the process of getting maintenance done very easy. Lynn Thurmond is our go-to girl. There aren’t words to put on paper to express my gratitude for her, and her service that she provides.

I have used the service department many times for oil changes and routine wear and tear on my car. They have always treated me professionally and have never tried to sell me a service my car did not need. I always feel like my car is in good hands and I trust their recommendations.

We are new to the area, have a newer Nissan and was looking to just get a simple oil change, and find a local Dealership to service our car. Walked in last weekend and was told they were slammed and to make an appointment, which is fair.Today was our appointment, wife took off of work today to get the service done… then things went sideways, was then told that they are slammed again and that they can’t get to it today and to leave it there, they would get to it in the morning ORR reschedule again. Again, my wife took off work for this appointment, what’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t honor it, this dealership has just been a waste of time.…. Hopefully others in the area are better managed.

Got an appointment for Friday morning, met with Lynne, who got our vehicle in quickly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We approved the work to be done online beforehand, which turned out to be a major exhaust system issue. They had it fixed and ready for us by the end of the day. Would recommend.

I was satisfied with the car buying experience at Round Rock Nissan however when i purchased my car(used) the motor in the driver seat was out. i was promised it would be fixed in 3-5 days and i could leave that day with the vehicle. it has been 2 weeks and i still have not even gotten an estimate on how long it will take.

Just had my oil changed at Round Rock Nissan and I must say what a positive experience it was. All the service agents were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Chris and Sean. Sean wasn’t even my agent but graciously came out with me to my car and fixed a small issue with one of my mud flaps, no charge. Great communicators and a please to do business with.

Scheduling was great! Damian was very helpful. After that, I expected a positive experience. That’s not what I got. I was initially told that the work would take half a day, but it actually the whole day: 9 a.m. to 5:11 p.m. I managed to get a shuttle from the service center in the morning, even though the service guy said he wasn’t aware I needed one (I had mentioned it to Damian when I scheduled the service, and he said he documented that). When I called for questions or updates, I heard a tone that made me think Eric didn’t think my call was very important. That feeling was reinforced when they forgot about my shuttle needs when my vehicle was ready. By that time, they didn’t have shuttles available any more. My whole day was shot already since the service took all day instead of half a day. They offered a Lyft, but that would take even longer to wait for. I managed to get a ride to the center on my own, but it just added to the stress of the day. I don’t care to return to a service center where I’m not a valued customer.

Loved the experience at Round Rock Nissan! Joe, my salesman was wonderful, he answered all of my questions and gave me important accident info about the vehicle I was looking at that made me pick a different one. Lee, my finance guy was also wonderful. Between the two of them, I had my deal wrapped up and drove off the lot with my new to me vehicle in a couple of hours, not an entire day or going back another day to pick it up with a freshly detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. It was a great experience and I will be going back soon to purchase another vehicle from them for hubby!

Had the best car buying experience ever with round rock Nissan. They went above and beyond and even hooked me up with a better vehicle when the one I was looking at sold right before I was able to get there. The staff was amazing and made me feel like home!!! My first one I refused to write a review because I was so upset with the service agent and knew if I wrote something it would not be good at all. She may have been having a horrible day but I had nothing to do with it. So I’m really glad I had John as my service agent this morning. He was pleasant and kept me informed. I was purchasing a used 2018 Nissan Rogue from a seller and what to get it inspected by their “certified” staff. Took into Round Rock Nissan service dept to run a “used car inspection” to check fluids, filters, electronic diagnosis, etc. Paid over $182. They gave it a clean bill of health &I purchased the vehicle. Son (who was going to use car to commute to college) was showing it to a friend. They noted that radiator coolant was totally dry, battery corrosion and several other things. What if the engine had died in the middle of the highway? This service dept takes your money and not perform the work. Called back service advisor – Christopher Wun- and instead of apologizing, his only solution was to bring it back. Why bring it back, if not inspected probably. Left message for Jason Meise-Service Director, wait a week and he never called me back. I have two Nissan vehicles, yes serviced here in the past, but no longer trust the service here.

I went in for a recall on my car, I’m not sure if it was a set up because I ended up paying $60 for five dollar part that I didn’t even know what it look like until I went to pick my car up.At that point I did not want want to purchase the part. I was told it was too late.I do blame myself for part of the problem for not realizing what it was exactly they were trying to install on my car.And a good service person would have told me that I could get the part elsewhere for five bucks

Well, it was my first experience. Actually, my mothers 2019 Nissan Pathfinder was towed in for a starting issue. I am unfamiliar with Push Start vehicles as her vehicle is. The vehicle would not start. The staff at Round Rock Nissan quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, which was still covered by the vehicles warranty. Pretty painless experience.

I have always had great Service from this dealership. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right and on time. Its a very good feeling being able to trust and have confidence in the service being done to a very important and sizable investment, that my entire family depends on....Kudos!
