Steve and Kevin are the best of the best! In all of the states I have lived in I have never found better mechanics. They are professional and amazing at what they do! I am so grateful to have found them!

Steve and Kevin are honest and knowledgeable. They have been our families go to mechanic for 20+ years. They will treat you fair and keep your car/truck running and in his shape. Its nice to know some things in Round Rock dont change.

Steve and Kevin did some work on my boat that made the problem better but didnt quite fix it, I reached out and he told me to bring it back in and they would make adjustments and get me good to go.While they were making the adjustments they found that the power steering cable was going bad, and reccomended I replace it. No problem. The issue became that there are no power steering cables for my boat available right now due to Covid and a parts shortage. So when I call to tell them that I will just pick up my boat they tell me that they have already pulled the part (without a part to replace it) and that my boat is currently completely inoperable. Understanding the situation, I say OK. What do you think is fair for your time to pull the part? $50? This seemed fair to me since I had read the schematic and watched a tutorial on how to remove the cable, about a ten minute process for someone that knows what theyre doing.Steve in response to this starts SCREAMING at me on the phone. He says Why are you trying to treat me like a street n**ger? My time isnt worth anything to you? Im just scum?Needless to say I got off the phone immediately and just went and picked up my boat. I paid the $150 they said they were charging me for pulling the cable off, and I took the boat home. Once I finally got a cable for it, and without any mechanical experience at all, I installed it in my driveway in about half an hour. It was literally four bolts and a pin.These guys yelled at me, cursed at me, and WAY overcharged me for work. I wont be back.Disclaimer, Kevin, the mechanic, was very nice throughout the process, and made a point to apologize to me for Steves behavior.

Long story short don’t trust this Family owned business of corrupt mechanics !!!

Very lucky to come across such nice people. Heading to San Antonio while leaking coolant/anti freeze, Kevin a worker here was nice to give us the help we needed with a great deal and sent us on our way within no time. Would definitely visit again.

I cant tell you how fortunate I am to have found this place. Steve is amazing and is truly a master of his craft.I work on my cars most of the time, but when I run into the major issues, I sometimes have to take them to the professionals. Now Master Mechanics is the ONLY place I will be taking mine from now on.Steve has done work for me in the past on my previous truck and did a terrific job ,but this last time I made the mistake of trying a closer, major brand shop to avoid towing my van, and sunk hundreds of dollars in useless repairs. Should have just paid for the tow!I finally took it back to Stave at MM and was kicking myself for not taking it to him from the beginning. Ill never make that mistake again. He will actually diagnose the problem and find the best solution, as opposed to stacking up expensive repairs that MAY help. Hell shoot you straight and do everything he can to get you moving again at a good price...with out the BS.Thank you, Steve!!

Steve and Kevin are great guys along with being great mechanics. I told them I just needed my old 99 explorer to pass inspection and thats what they did. For 40 dollars. Im not a mechanic. They couldve named all kind of things that needed fixing for inspection but gave exactly what I asked for. Its harder and harder to find a car mechanic you can trust and these guys you can. 10/10 will be taking all of my vehicles here as long as um in Williamson county

The mechanic named steve scammed my brother and I into fixing our ac. Making us over pay for service. Then i ask to give me a receipt, he tries to calculate and realizes he over charged me. And tries to add services to make it seem like he did more on my car then he really did. So he wouldnt get caught. He never tells you how much he will charge until he already does the work. Then your forced to pay him. Tries to come off as a nice guy, but in the end is a crook. You should take caution when going to this mechanic. And if you allow this mechanic to work on your car GET A RECEIPT! Because in the end thats all i wanted. Instead i get horrible services, over charged. And top it off my ac still stopped working after a week and half.

Steve ALWAYS treats me right! He is fair and I have never had any issues with him or his work. Im glad he is trustworthy and knows what he is doing!

I had some issues with my 2006 BMW and Mr Steve and Kevin fixed all of my issues on my vehicle. they are excellent and carries a lot of knowledge about every time of vehicle.They are master mechanics!!!!

Pops always does us right when it comes to working on our cars. Great guy and when we were in a bind he helped us out on making payments.

Absolute, HORRIFIC customer service. I came to have a battery replaced for $30. I had some other issues to be fixed, which was fine. Dude started quoting prices for parts, double/triple that of the autozone next door. I have parents that are mechanics so I know some of my stuff. I also called my folks so they knew what was going on. I told him to proceed with the work because I came up with the money. He then said, I dont want to do it anymore. His loss. He was trying to con me and was offended because I wasnt falling for it. Do not go here, it will be a waste.
