Marge was very helpful in a tiring time, she brought such a positive light and energy.Saturday- two employees , Janet and Janice were amazing. During these times to have such great support with services, positive attitudes with humor is rare and Janet and Janice went above and beyond.

Although I was dissatisfied with how my things turned out on my move-out date and the fact that no one notified of a flood happening, Janet was a bight spot of the facility. Always helpful and a real star on the team.

I am so grateful for this location and all the help the office staff have provided for me since coming on board to Public Storage. The building inside is older and there are not as clean as I like this but is a storage facility and not a home. I just wish people will throw their stuff away when they dont want it instead of leaving it inside or on the property. But other than that all is well so far

If you want to know the total price you will be paying, dont go to this place. They told me they are giving me a promotion and paying a administration fee. I asked if insurance was also required. They told me that they cant tell me the prices and said I would need to come to the facility to find that out? Interesting business concept.

JaCara has excellent customer service and is friendly. I did an eRental and found the unit was too small. She took time to tell us the options we had and found another one. Great job!

Ive been here with public storage for about 8 years and words cannot explain how I feel about Ashley at this location. Shes brilliant, professional, nice and patient. She has to be something if I travel from another location just to talk to her. If you need a storage this is the place to. Need many more People in the world like her.

Out family has been customers (renting different units from time to time) here for a long time now and honestly I must say these people work hard to keep this facility running smoothly. I have watched and seen with my eyes the hard work Jacara, Janet, Josh, and (might be another J lettered name with all these first names lol) the newer younger gentlemen that works there from time to time as well (not sure his name but he is very nice and professional as well) I never realized how much work it takes to operate and maintain a facility such as this one. They have great deals and check online also because sometimes it makes it easier on choosing a unit and reserving one if you decide on one. It will sometimes also help your wallet because they have online only specials usually. Either way I would give a 6 but 5 is the limit. I know they have their hands full at this time dealing with all the events going on around us and people getting ill. So please stay safe to all the Public Storage employees and keep on trucking. -ABH

1st time public storage unit owner. I did the google maps search. Spoke with the call center. Pulled up on site on the date i was told to review property for my expectations. THEN... I was actually happily corrected with clarity of the general info I did receive from call center! The customer service was the real deal. A lady named Ashley was at this store location so nope I cant speak for any other employee... She broke down the general info with specifics and didnt try to sugar coat any deal...thats when I knew I could TRUST who Im doing business wit. Saw the unit. Clean. Picked the indoor 10x10. Even the property outside clean. I usually shop around no matter what, but rather there were a better deal - the knowledgable feedback from that property employee and service let me know in my head, Im in good hands. Thats all I needed to know. At the end of the day, Id logically walk off if it were ANY red flags...but I didnt. Period.

Hello Public Storage Corporation,I would like thank you for having two amazing employees at your Holcomb Bridge location. I visited this location this morning to enquire about your online deals and In house specials. When I say I got the best greeting from Ms. Ashley and Mrs. Janet, It just made my day. Driving around trying to decide which storage company Im going to use... Is a major headache. And thats exactly what I had before coming in your store. Ms. Ashley and Mrs. Janet seem as though they love there job and look like they work very good together. The store was clean and organized. Thanks Ms. Ashley and Mrs. Janet I have made my decision.

Just moved out of the unit after having been in there for a couple of years, and wanted to provide a little bit of an update on the way out. Im not sure if theres been a change in management at the facility, as its been a while since Ive had much interaction with the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating in the interactions that I did have with them, especially in the beginning.A little worried about the physical security of the facility lately. The front gate has been stuck open for over a week (if not more), allowing free access to the property. We had an interior storage unit, and the locks have been physically removed from the buildings doors. Anyone can walk right in.Also, learn from my mistake. They do not pro-rate when you leave. Im stuck paying an entire months rent for six days. I suppose it was my own fault for not catching that in the fine print, but it was an unwelcome surprise.

When I opened my unit I asked a lot of questions because I find people change things. The manager told me one thing only for me to be charged more money plus late fees a few weeks later. I asked to speak to their supervisor Donna, she never called back. After a month Im hit with late fees and eviction notice and when I called customer service I was told one thing and then when I got to the site they told me something different and then on top of it all was called a liar. I finally got a hold of Donna and she was bo help I told her I left so many messages she claimed to not have gotten 1. She then refused to help and then tried to scold me. I closed my acct and called their Corporate office and I dont need to tell u how that went, because they were no help. These people have no form of customer service and once they get u in that is it, all the customers appreciation goes out the door. Never will I ever use Public Storage again.

Im in the midst of planning to move back home (out of state) the early part of next year to be near my elderly parents, and wanted to store some of my belongings here in Atlanta instead of dragging everything with me. Since I had used Public Storage in the past and had a good experience, I decided to check out the Public Storage facility near where I live. I could not be more happy and satisfied with the help and assistance I received from Andreas at the Holcomb Bridge location. Andreas not only showed me the units I was interested in using., but he was very professional and patient in answering all of my questions, and providing me with great feedback. After the great experience with Andreas at this facility, I wont hesitate to use them this winter for my moving needs. Theyre great!!

He explained all the paperwork that I had to sign and even showed the unit to me again to make sure that it was the correct one. I will recommend these facility.

Andreas was great! awesome customer service & very accurate with answering all my questions. its great to have some one with so much knowledge for their job assist me.

I rented a unit here for a year, Feb 2018 to Feb 2019. Three months in, they raised the rent by 30%. I called Donna, the manager, left messages to discuss, she never returned my calls. She finally answered the call and said there was nothing she could do. I took the pics throughout the year showing renters leaving their belongings spilling out of the units with no renter in sight. Each time I called Donna to discuss, she NEVER returned my calls. Litter was a constant problem. For the amount they charge, they should have a clean environment and renters should keep their stuff IN the units. Clearly it is poorly managed. Only way it got 1 star is because that is the only way they will post a review, deserves no stars.

Just the SAME OLE PLACE THE lady who works there is very nice bless her heart. But the new district or whatever manager he rides around on the golf cart like hes the police BUT THATS HIS JOB IMI GUESS Pretty COOL considering there security is absolute garbage. The INDOOR units inside is so so so hot and maybe about 10 degrees cooler AND ITS COOLER HOT COOLER inside then outside when its 90. About 82 inside. And upstairs inside is hotter since the heat goes up. Also the insurance at these places should cover nails in your tires because the guy doing the gutters for them was just tossibg gutter lag bolts on the driveway and acted llike who me. Just a bit pricey for all the wrecked up gutters and lack of cameras and alarms and broken gate. Oh and dont use the plugs they now will tell at you without warning. Atleast thats the wizzard. All and all rent raising bandits get you in. Suck your blood empty wallets on rent then sell your stuff in an auction and just waiting for storage wars east vs west coast. Hahahahs love you P.S. you are alright just wish you all would do like they did in back to the future and put a freaking light bulb back in the lighthouse above the office. What an eyesore it is to not be on after the original one blew about 13 years or more ago. It was the coolest thing. Probably a simple floodlight and could bring you guys back on the map. I hear ladies at kroger talking like man I wish they would save East Roswell Light house and have a shopping center even a eadt Roswell and bigger even City Of Roswell Save the lighthouse campaign. Maybe you could then buy that bulb and a can of WD-40 for that rusty walk thru gate that is left open at night after you close and anyone can come on in. And those monitors in the office can come back on with the security cameras like they used to since noone there after 630. Overall employee of the year goes to.. LETS SAVE THE EAST ROSWELL LIGHTHOUSE. THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO TELL ANYONE WHO ASKS THERE IS NO WAY UP THERE. HUHHH WONDER WHAT THE HATCH DOOR ABOVE THERE HEADS IN THE MANAGER OFFICE GOES.
