Started off pretty rocky because my pin did not work so I didn’t have the help for moving the next day! However the employee at the front desk helped me move all of my things into storage! He was very polite and didn’t mind lending a hand! Thank you guys so much! Really turned my day around!

I have a large, climate controlled unit. This place gave me bugs. Clothes moths were all over my bed, clothes, and furniture. From the look of things, the entire 2nd floor is covered in them. Office attendant had a careless attitude with 0 urgency. My movers came to load up their truck and said they cant move anything covered in bugs. Now Im out a chunk of cash because of this. I pay over $250 for a bug infested, climate controlled unit.

Raised my rent three times in a year. Gave 30 day notice and had to pay for 45 because “they don’t pro-rate on the way out”. Otherwise a nice, clean location.

New Self storage place that was conveniently close by to East Cobb. Needed a U Haul as we were moving our shop. They had the 20 footer we were looking for so we rented it from this Midgard location in Alpharetta.Very quick and easy process to pick up and return a U Haul. Its been awhile since renting a U Haul. The process use to be atleast 45min and I hated renting a U Haul. I was in and out in 20min or less, very happily surprised.Midgards staff was very quick and friendly. If I am ever of need of a U Haul again, I am going to Midgard. The store looks very modern and clean as well.Give them a shot at your business. Highly recommend!

Used this storage facility for 3 1/2 years. Had a great experience. Mangers Katie & Kevin do a great job. Very professional and helpful. Always felt it was safe & secure. Will highly recommend to anyone needing a storage rental space. They were also very helpful when we moved out to relocate out of state.

The other day my mother and I were researching different storage facilities to use for additional storage options. When I called I spoke with such an incredible woman named Katie. My child had been fussing in the background during the whole call and she was so patient with understanding all my broken questions and took the time to answer specifics about unit size, the climate control of the facility, and access we would have if we needed to get into a unit. She also boasted about how other employees would be helpful on location if needed. I cannot say I had anywhere near as good as an experience with the other companies I called. She made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated all the information and kindness she expressed! I definitely recommend this company for it’s excellent customer service!

Dezzi helped me rent storage for my boss. He was so nice and patient! He was able to offer me a good deal that helped me find just what was needed for cleaning out a house to get it ready to sell. Dezzi is very kind and personable and Midgard is a beautiful clean facility!

Katie is always very helpful with all my needs and answers any questions I have. She always has a smile and positive attitude! All makings for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing people. Came by to pick up a furniture dolly and had a wonderful conversation about how to get things moved that I wasnt expecting. They took care of what I needed, give me some advice on the right equipment and the best way to handle it, and made sure I was able to check it back in the next day with little difficulty at all. Would recommend them for anybody needing to move things around the house or an entire residence. They were very smart and willing to go the extra mile.

The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Units are well kept and well lit. They are actually climate controlled, which is great.

We came to Midgard to rent a U-Haul truck. They provided excellent customer service and great prices as well. The manager is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

Dont use this place, go to public storage or Exxtraspace.1 Management raises rates and lets you know 24 hours before. Raise can be up to 8% at one time!! unprofessional2On at least 2 nights a week, the walk thru gate is open wide, and the car automatic gate will be open past 10:00pm. Not secure but thats what we pay for.3 They randomly offer discount of 1/mo free or 2 months 50% off, but if you are a previous customrr who came in before that promo was made, you dont get the rebate. bad management.

I have had a really great experience with this company. Anytime I needed anything they have responded so fast with a solution! I currently have three storage units with them in Roswell and love the conveniency. They have a great location ! I mostly dealt with Chris at the front office. Customer service with a smile! Great guy. He helped me with my unit and even set up a rack for me! They have UHAUL trucks to rent up front . This was perfect for my situation when I moved. I didn’t want to have to drive to a uhaul and then back. I will continue to use Midguard storage and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Clean well-run storage facility in heart of Roswell. Different size units that are bare. Recommended.

Needs signs as it can be very confusing to find entrance or unit. The loading/unloading area is not well lit at all so bring a flashlight if the sun isnt shining. The interior automatic lights dont always turn on either; thank goodness for cell phone flashlights.

Poor customer service and front office staff is rude and incompetent. Can’t wait to vacate. Site is very clean but that doesn’t overcome the service and billing issues. Then they allow two large tree service trucks and trailers to block a loading door. Save your time, money and frustration and go across the street to Public Storage.

I rented a 10 x 10 storage locker just before the new owners took over. Evelyn was so helpful it was a great experience. I was concerned she might lose her job in the transition, but the new owners did the right thing and kept her on. I have had nothing but a good experience and would recommend Midgard to anyone. Excellent customer service. I wanted to get a larger unit than I had originally reserved, Joshua recommended that I wait until the movers saw the unit and let them make the decision then. Love it, no high pressure selling...Edward did my paperwork and kept me in stitches the whole time - great personality and customer service skills!Construction is almost done and their new space looks great and I really like the visibility of the units in the new building.

I had an issue when I was renting a unit. I left the facility a little unsure. Within 4 hours I was contacted by upper level management and my concern and problem was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Great facility and location. We currently have two units and will be renting more ! Really a breath of fresh air knowing this business is represented by a great management team. They really care.

DONT TRUST MIDGARDS GOOGLE RATING - 100% of the positive reviews are for the company they just took over. When we signed up with Space Shop (the previous owner), this place was amazing. Super friendly staff, easy to work with, flexible cancellation policy. These slime balls at Midgard decided after purchasing the facility that they would change everything that was good. TERRIBLE rates, TERRIBLE customer service (the worst Ive ever experienced at any storage facility) and the worst cancellation polity Ive ever heard of. I dont leave a lot of reviews but people really need to know what theyre getting into with these con artists.

U-Haul rental service: Helpful and convenient. They took the trouble to help me get a truck when moving trucks were in high demand. I recommend trying them first.

I went to Space Shop Self Storage to look at storage units. I told the reps what I wanted to store and they gave me a bunch of options. They took me to see the unit, explained the lease process and were upfront about pricing. They helped me find something to fit my needs and budget. I did not rent a unit, but had a great experience. The facility was clean and the reps working were very friendly and professional. I most definitely will be renting in the near future!

This place helped so much! We needed a good affordable place last minute and they exceeded our expectations!

I was put in a very hostile meeting with Management team today. New GM, Tony, was unprofessional and terminated our lease agreement. I complained about toilets not being cleaned for over a month and our code access denied. Rates go up all the time with out our knowledge.
