I’ve had an indoor storage unit at the Roswell, GA location since September, 2019.I’ve never had an issue with security. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is always helpful and courteous.I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a storage unit.

Great! Could be better...Wide driving lanes, and the gate lets you exit without entering a code.Will give them 5 stars when they allow movers to utilize the elevators in freight mode, or provide a reasonable excuse.Edit: I called and they said they will not provide freight mode to improve efficiency.This is ridiculous and causes any customer utilizing movers at this facility to pay more than necessary.

Me and my husband were very very pleased when we got to this Metro self storage in Mansell... It was very very clean I would not mind leaving my things here the location appears to be very secure and me my husband and our granddaughter had fun riding on the cart with Ezell.... He was very polite and he pleasantly took his time to make sure that we understood the paperwork I would recommend this current location because it is clean and the clerk is very kind....Thank youEzell 😊

Great location with a very friendly and courteous staff. The Metro Self Storage staff made my storage experience seamless from the time I moved in till I moved out. The units are in great condition and the storage area is kept very clean and secure. Recommended place for all your storage needs and I will be back with my storage needs in the future.

My experience at the Mansell location was awesome. The manager was very Professional,detailed, attentive and Accommodate my needs for storage units. He escorted us to the units to view the size and even cane back to check and see if we needed further assistance. This was the best experience I had due to a very stressful day. In the beginning I have had a nice treatment from the front desk. But I have experience her telling me about my hair in the 🚻 and my the hall foot prints I leave behind. Other thing is today I ask for they open a restroom and the man told me because of the corona said he would not. Excuse, because I come here day by day to put stuff and take and the restrooms are always open. Other thing is price. Is expensive after 3 month. But I believe the owner of this place would treat his customers nice because he probably is rich and wants to become richest. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

The property manager was VERY helpful in helping me find the right unit I needed, and was very detailed in explaining everything from the finances to how to get to my storage unit and where it was. He was also super friendly and overall amazing. Definitely recommend coming here for storage unit!

After year and half, no complaints other than wish they sent payment reminders. Singe people dont like that hours of access are limited, but I like it for security and personal safety reasons. Also, have corner inside unit with a bit of a water leak under the outside wall in heavy rain, which is not cool at all. But to be fair, havent reported it to mgmt yet, so not sure how they will handle it.

I stored many household items in a 10 x 20 for several months and never had a problem. The folks there at the site and on the phone were very friendly, competent and willing to help in any way. The floors and parking area were always clean, the office the same way, restroom was well kept. There is really nothing not to like about this Metro Self Storage location. Both managers Ben and Mary were professional and made the tenant experience pleasant. Should I have future storage needs, I will not hesitate to patronize this fine business again. Thanks, Metro staff ... well done!

Hey, Ezell was great.

Place is a complete ripoff! They move you in with a low web rate and then raise your rent 2 times within the first year! You quickly wind up paying at least 25% more than the current advertised monthly rates at the end of the year. What a SCAM!!!

Walked in Ezell was friendly provided the information I need and got me right size unit for what I had to store. Everything was clean in the facility and fast customer care.

John, the manager is a gentleman and professional. Very helpful and treats his customers with respect. The property is very clean and has a great location in Roswell. Had visited and talks to other facilities and Metro by far the most hospitable.

I really like using this location for storage. One day, I left my door wide open and the manager took it upon himself to call me and then he locked it up. Wow, that was going the extra mile! Thanks

Metro Self Storage of Roswell recently had a theft where 50 or so units were broken into. Our unit was one. Then, a few weeks later Metro raised the rent for our unit. Their poor security allowed the break-in and now they raise rent! We have only been there for 3.5 months but now will be leaving ASAP! We made a big mistake selecting Metro Self Storage.

This place is great, the staff is very helpful!

After being there 2 weeks, leasing 2 units I arrive to find 20 units broken into. Police all over and this was the third break in . No security for outdoor units other than cameras that thieves just pushed upward. Another patron who lost his business tools was told there was security, but that was only because the gate was broken. Then none.

Uneventful, clean and easy to work with!
