Service was thorough as usual. Early morning appointments seem to go by quicker and thats what I usually try to schedule. If definitely return for service and for my next vehicle purchase. Mid day waits can be quite lengthy. So book early!

Always a great service experience here. So easy to book appointments! They have a super clean waiting room with plenty of snacks, drinks, and high speed internet. They also send you text messages to let you know if they find further issues with your vehicle that need to be addressed. Will continue to support this business.

Good set of guys and gals to deal with all around (techs, service advisors), and I say that with having great and not so great experiences at different Nissan service places in different states. My old Xterra was brought in for some work and they nailed most of its issues in one inspection, and got it fixed up so good that I got scared for a few days because the thing wasnt as loud and shaking/creaking anymore when I got it back from them.

I couldnt get my Maxima properly fixed anywhere else.Regals engineers diagnosed bent rims, and did a pretty good job with alignment and balancing in spite of that!

Good staff, easy parking and entrance, service is efficient. Obviously a dealer so a little more expensive than off site repairs. A little better communication would help with what actual needs attention rather than an overwhelming giant list of items texted or emailed that may not be higher priority. Overall a good experience.

Marshall Hadley has been my service advisor at Regal for over 6 years. Each time I visit he always takes the time to explain the repairs needed, advise me on what is urgent and what can wait. I drive from south Atlanta to Regal which is almost an hour drive specifically to see Marshall. Ask for Marshall Hadley hell take care of you!
