Called Five Brothers last minute to bring my car in for a broken wheel bearing, after bringing my car to Mavis for the 1st bearing I quickly realized they failed to tell me I needed the other done as well.. I called five brothers and they were more than willing to have me in right away. The lady working the front desk was very pleasant and nice and made me feel very comforted that my car was in good hands. The man that worked on my car did an exceptional job and fixed my issue all within 3hrs of bringing my car into the shop! Even filled up my tires with air without asking! (Something mavis definitely didn’t do) - it’s the little things, I will definitely be using their services again!!!

Unprofessional not trusted not polite people and have no respect at all so mean and rudeI took my car to the car wash and the second day I went to pick it up and I noticed a big damage on the hood and some glue after 10 minutes of driving it out so I called and the lady told me to bring it back and when I arrived the front desk guy Omer said do you think the car wash guy has a hummer to do that and I asked for someone to talk to and no one care and Sulaimam said go and do whatever you want to do we don’t care and for some reason they were yelling me and tried to scare me so please guys do not go there and be careful of those people and the didn’t even cleaned it good

I had a car with bad camber adj. They found out my bushings were shot and needed attention. I was unaware of this and they explained how could it cause my wheel to be out of alignment and could become dangerous if it persisted. Uzi the service rep, worked with my budget and fixed the issues with the car before he was able to get it properly aligned. He even went the extra mile and offered to repair my lug nut studs due to being over torqued by those torque guns. Sometimes when you fastened on nuts for the wheels they may become stripped. He fixed that at a discounted rate. I am very satisfied with their service and honesty. These prices are fair for what other service shops charge. I just purchased a 2015 BMW. When I came in they were ready to assist me. There sales representative Maksud was very helpful and gave me all the details I needed to know about the car. The vehicle was a rebuilt title. They explained to me all the damages that it had and even showed me damages and were not hiding anything.Best place to go I would 10/10 recommend going there even if you guys aren’t searching for a car they do a-little bit of everything starting from mechanic shop all the way to emission and car wash.Thank you guys so much I will definitely be coming in for my first oil change.

I go to this place every year for my annual emissions testing. I am in and out fast and they have the lowest price for an emission that I’ve seen in the Roswell, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta area. This place has a courteous and professional staff that will get your testing done in no time.

I bought a car from them back in January. I drove from out of state so I was pretty committed to the purchase. When I arrived, It took forever for anyone to pay any attention to me. The salesman I worked with was so sketchy. He wouldn’t give me straight answers and was very unclear about the vehicle’s history even though they had owner the vehicle for almost 10,000 miles. The vehicle had to be jumpedWhen I arrived. They assured me the battery was fine and brakes were good. Within a month of bringing it home I had to spend $800 on a new battery and new front brakes. Now only a few thousand miles later $1500+ on replacing an injector.Terrible place to purchase a vehicle... sketchy sales experience, vehicle not as presented... buyers beware!

The people & service at Five Brothers are the best! They can literally handle anything from mechanical to paint. We have taken our cars there for a few years now.

Mostly good experiences. Prices for large auto repair services and body work are very competitive. Some of their mechanics are skilled enough to repair parts sometimes instead of replacing them. They were able to do things most other shops wouldnt do. They also seem to do honest work too - I took my car for a transmission fluid change once, already a big discount compared to the dealer and I had no idea if my trans fluid was ever changed. Instead of doing the service the mechanic called me and said that the fluid looks good and doesnt need to be changed. I didnt even ask him to check. He easily could have just done it and charged me and I would have not given it another thought. THAT is honestly and integrity and THAT is priceless when it comes to repairs on your car. You must be able to trust your mechanic. Had some negative experiences at Five Brothers before but overall a nice business with good staff.

I was referred to Five Brothers by a coworker and I was a little skeptical trying a new mechanic. It was close to where my car was and that was all that mattered; considering my car wouldnt start. I had called ahead of time and was given a quote for the possible issue. The lady was so pleasant! I arrived and everyone was so amazing! It was a friendly atmosphere and the guy that worked on my car was so kind. He explained what he was looking for and didnt try to convince to fix other things. He stayed focused on the issue, which has been rare for me to find in a mechanic. They also didnt try to upcharge or overcharge me. Saw a nice looking 4Runner online at this dealership for a very fair price, drove 2 hours to come take a look at the vehicle and it was very dirty, greasy, scuffed up, several stains throughout and a few small pieces of trash were inside; wasn’t detailed by any means. I mentioned this to one of the owners who claimed that he had been driving the car for personal use the past 3 days and that was why it was so dingy. He didn’t seem to be too concerned nor professional about the situation.I also read many reviews stating that the place was sketchy and it most definitely was. Be wise when visiting.

This car had been in an accident, and sold at auction to Five Brothers who then fixed it up and resold it at a discount. I hired a mechanic to check it out and he said it was like new which is a credit to the quality of work this shop can do. Once I decided to do the transaction, it went very quickly and easily. I bought a rebuilt truck from 5 Brothers and I had a great experience doing so. They even took care of registering the truck for me. I would recommend stopping by and taking a look at the cars on their lot if you have the chance.

This place is sketchy. Not the work they do, thats fine. Everyone just had this guilty, guarded look on their face like they were dealing with the police (which Im not). Basically, I didnt feel very welcome at all.

Don’t ever take your car to this automotive body shop , horrible work and experience. For starters , they couldn’t paint match the parts to the paint job I originally had, not only that but the actual paint job was horrible, left drip stains around ,I received the car after the car was ready and I wasn’t satisfied with the paint job so they took it back for a whole other week and gave it back like this (basically the same way they gave it back the first time ) next , they couldn’t install a headlight the correct way ; ( left it sticking out a couple inches , it was sturdy , and it wasn’t tight .) next , they left the car absolutely a mess in the interior, stains And dirt all over & somehow they managed to ruin my window tint on the driver side back window . Overall horrible work and do not recommend anyone to take there car to this body shop .

Best place to buy a nice car. I got a 2011 BMW 3 series and it runs great, has low mileage. Very clean. They are honest about everything they say. They treat everyone like family and they have the best prices for getting your car fixed.

The guys are the nicest fellows you would ever meet, so helpful they even taughyy son how to drive a stick. There is no haggling and the best prices around. A week after I got the car I ran over metal spike and not only did they fix it they did for free and gave me a loner car. We had a great experience with Rammi, very friendly and helpful. Was easy to work with and made sure the van we left with was very clean inside and out. We did have a problem with the vehicle a few miles down the road but they fixed it when we brought it back in. if paying by credit card be prepared to pay an extra fee for that. They were only able to find one key for the vehicle and did not offer to help getting another so that is an extra $220 expense for us. Overall nice people and seem to have nice vehicles.

Wow my review got removed. Few year ago, I came here to check the car only found out it a salvage car with a clean title. People who buy car herr. Be aware most of their car are salvage with clean title. They wont notify you that so do your research with the VIN.

Rammi, at Five Brothers Auto, was phenomenal. Worked with me on my trade and I purchased an excellent, low mileage, Chevy Avalanche. Allowed me to take the vehicle for a day to have inspected by my mechanic. Provided pics and vehicle history from its previous collision. Explained how and why the rebuild title was issued, and why this particular vehicle was ideal to be rebuilt based on the impact area. He also explained how their process affords them the ability to sell low mileage vehicles at nearly 75% of book value. VERY happy with my purchase. Love the truck!

What I liked about this place I could get anything done at this place towing, oil change, car wash, alignment, body work and etc. Ive brought my and my wife car here six times and they did a good job. Its also seem like they were family owned so it was a lot easier to talk to them not like corporate mechanic shops.
