They forgot to give me a call to let me know when vehicle was ready minor issue as to I had whole day planned out for it. My apt. Was @ 9am and didnt get call till after 4pm. They addressed that over the phone and apologized again not a big deal

Brought my BMW in to get a glass Pack put on, I clarified with Corey that it was going to be loud( 2twice I asked him) he answered yes. I pick my car up , guess who car isn’t loud. I asked him about it and his response is “I can remove the glass pack , put a straight pipe and charge you for it. What was the point of the glass pack if it’s quite as a mouse?

Was told my cars exhaust would DEFINITELY be louder, was disappointed. The car sounded the exact same. $175 went to waste. I’m only 16.

Everyone told me to be afraid of muffler places, infested with cheapos and sharks. They told me to expect high prices and long waits for trivial fixes. I was no doubt completely surprised and elated when these people did the job in A SIXTH OF THE QUOTED TIME for A FIFTH OF WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY! They were all helpful fast and friendly and let me tell you, I was shook. Will not go anywhere else again.

My sons were traveling out west. They had a couple issues. First day the price seemed fair for a catalytic converter. The second day they needed an alternator. $600 for an alternator and some belts seems opportunistic. However, they were able to move on to Colorado.

Had to get the clutch replaced on my wifes car a second time. The first time we had Tate Branch of Artesia replace it. They did a HORRIBLE job for VERY EXPENSIVE. We brought it to Golden Rule and were treated like family. The quote was 1/2 of what Tate Branch charged us. When we picked it up the total cost was actually CHEAPER than we were quoted! Clutch works awesome. Wife is happy. Life is good. Golden Rule truly goes by the Golden Rule and treats others like family. A+ 5⭐ rating from us!

My Experience with this business started off from a recommendation from another Business there in Roswell. Started off pleasant and kind till I pointed out they botched the job. Things went pretty well south from there. Ive been in business for myself for over 30 years in various business ventures. If one single employee ever treated a customer the way I was treated, I would make sure they would be looking for a new job by the end of the day.
