Nice layout in the store, but the selection was extremely limited. Apparently, COVID caused supply-chain delays, and customers keep buying the bikes and related gear before they arrive. I came for the Can-Am Spyder expo, so I was delighted to check out this dealership.

This places offers very low prices and reasonable processing fees on new motorcycles. They tout that they are a high volume dealer which is true. If they have the bike you want, in stock, you will probably be fine because that is what they focus on. If you want anything else you will be disappointed. They are polite on the phone, but you will never receive a callback. If another one of their locations has a bike, you will never hear back. If they need to check stock, you will never hear back. I cant imagine needing anything that does not involve an immediate sale. I was personally blown off by Trey and three other sales guys. They also like to refer you each other if they know an immediate sale is not at hand. I eventually drove an extra 1.5 hours to New Bern and worked with a great guy named Darrin that set me up with a new Yamaha. He tried to get the bike transferred to Rocky Mount but no one would lift a finger to help if it was not their sale. Extra 3 hours on the road for me. Cant believe these places are under the same ownership

Brought my Honda ATV in for routine service. Zach, the service manager, got me in, reviewed the service needed and also informed me that a warning light on the ATV probably meant I needed a new oxygen sensor. Service was done in about three hours. Zach went the extra step and contacted Honda about the oxygen sensor. Honda informed him that my ATV was still under warranty for the sensor and labor so there was no added charge to the service.Great dealership, both for sales and service. Zach is a good example of their quality.

I like to support small businesses, however if your customer service stinks then I will go somewhere else. I went in for a second time for a different product I was looking for. I was seen by two or three employees who never said a word to me, after waiting for several minutes I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. When I was helped it appeared I was annoying them by asking for something. This is the second and last bad experience I will have at this place.

Was going to buy a 60k camper from this place but their finance people were super shady. No one could give me any solid numbers all they want it to run your credit. I was told 2 different terms as well. Beware ...

I purchased a brand new Yamaha Wolverine 1000 X4 outright (no financing) from this dealer two weeks ago. The sales person John was helpful but the rest of the service team and parts department could care less about customer service. To be fair, I drove over 80 miles on a Friday to purchase a new Honda Talon 4 seater side by side and arrived at approximately 5:15pm. After sitting in the back seat of the SXS, I realized I wanted to purchase the Yamaha because it was better pick for my needs. By 5:30 pm, the entire service team, service manager and anyone else who could have accommodated a cash buyer like me pretty much refused to go the extra mile to prep The Yamaha so that I can take it home that same night. They said it would take 45 or more minutes to go through the machine before releasing it to me as part of Yamahas procedure. I pretty much pleaded with the sales person, the service manager to please have someone work an extra 1/2 hour so that I didnt have to make an additional trip the next day. The service manager told me directly that he had no one to do the work, however the service techs all passed directly in front of me as they began to walk out the door 15 minutes prior to 6pm. I sucked it up, thought long and hard to whether or not to purchase from a dealer that wouldnt accommodate someone like me that drove 80 miles to purchase a SXS but regretfully, I still did.I returned the next morning at 8am to purchase the Yamaha and watched the crew roll it out of the showroom, practically looked at it for 5 minutes and approved it for release of sale. They did absolutely nothing to the Yamaha and placed a blue tag on it. I watched the whole time. Fast forward, I said well if anything happens to it, they prepped it so Im covered under warranty.To add insult to injury, Ive been trying to contact the parts department to purchase $1500 worth of accessories that they were already notified about and they dont answer the phone, return phone calls or even seem to exist.I told the sales person John that I would contact him to purchase a second SXS in the early spring if I liked the Yamaha (which I do) but will not buy from Twin County ever again. Ill buy it from Team Powersports, who always answers the phone in a timely manner.

My salesman was John at twin county motorsports i started speaking with him last Thursday about a 4 wheeler everything question i asked he had an answer and everything i asked him to do for me he did without hesitation i would buy from him again hands down over anyone or any other dealer ship that i have spoke with he seemed like he wanted to help and make sure i was happy rather than just sell me something so he could make a dollar i have absolutely no complaints at all from this dealership and everyone there. Bad experience I filled out an application since Thursday 5 days later I still can’t get nobody to call me back I called performance East in Goldsboro n they took my info in less then 10 minutes 1hr later they call me back saying I was approved I don’t know who owns this place or who runs it but they really need to look into this matter changes around that place is a must upper management needs to look into this ASAP or y’all gone keep loosing customers to performance East by the way those guys are amazing n know how to make u feel like u part of the fam

I recently went in with a buddy on 5/2/20 and was treated very horrible by a sales rep.. now almost a year ago I inquired a Yamaha credit card to purchase an Atv no one got in contact with me... I’ve also walked around and was never asked for help. Now the parts department guys are the best in the world I receive the best treatment everytime on the phone or in person. On 5/2/20 this guy with glasses comes up to me and my friend and says can I help you? We said no just looking and his responds was due to covid19 can u guys leave if we not buying anything. Who rushes to buy something without researching.. I have a credit with 15k on it that I was going to use but do to this interaction which left a bad taste in my mouth... I will waste for parts to come from eBay and I will purchase my new bike from cycle max...

I cant say much about sales or service since I havent made any purchases (and wont if they keep up with false listings), but they have products listed on cycletrader and their website marked as in stock that they havent had for weeks, possibly months. Verified by multiple phone calls to different sales people.

I called and spoke to Lance and he spent about 30 minutes discussing the models that he had available and gave me a great price on a new Outlaw. Ive never met him in person or been to their showroom, but I was comfortable enough to place a deposit over the phone sight unseen based on his honesty and helpfulness.One of the most pleasant and efficient buying experiences that Ive ever had. No haggling or undisclosed fees and hes shipping the quad to me in VA. A+ experience all around.

Ordered a new Bass Tracker Classic 2019, After six-week wait we set appointment for delivery. Upon arrival the staff was totally unprepared. We didn’t receive any professional introductory review of the boat during our walk around. This is our third boat purchase. With other dealers we have had much better experiences.Our boat cover didn’t arrive with the boat, we believe someone failed to order in timely fashion. Very disappointed in the quality of customer Service and professionalism of the sales department.We will not be doing further business with this company.

Tracey at Twin County made the (sometimes painfully complicated) process of buying a new bike very easy. I feel like I got a fantastic deal on my 2017 Wee-Strom, and Tracey was able to get me set up with some pretty important accessories as part of the deal. Everything was over the phone as far as finalizing the deal, but when I rolled into the dealership to take delivery it seemed like I had been hanging out at the shop for weeks already: Tracey gave me the grand tour and introduced me to the mechanic who prepped my bike and the guys in service who will be handling things in the future. After dealing with 6 dealerships, I can say that I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Twin County!

Im a new Rider having a hard time finding a bike so I figured Id call and ask about a used fz07 the salesman informed me that they didnt have the particular bike I wanted at the time but he could possibly get me on a new MT07 I thought here we go again somebody whos trying to get me to spend almost 9 Grand on my first bike but Im happy to say that was not the case I sent over my information being that Im an out-of-state buyer he forwarded the buyers notice to my bank and the deal was so was so awesome I thought it was a joke now being that this is a holiday weekend I should have my bike sometime Tuesday all interactions with the salesman were completely professional and honestly I wish more motorcycle dealerships werehalf as good as this one

I bought my Dizzer there and The dizzer will doer toer. Raise hell and praise Dale, get you something to do reckless things on from these people and remember that the go fast button is right next to the kill yourself button on these things so go easy.

One of the worst dealers Ive ever been to. Tried the last 2 days to buy a wave runner from them.The first day couldnt find a salesperson to assist me so after waiting a long time I finally left. Wanting to buy it locally I went back the next day.I did find a salesperson and got the info i wanted. After picking a wave runner I went online and filled out the paperwork and was told when they had the paperwork ready they would call me. I received no call back at all. After waiting several hours I called at closing time and was told they were too busy to even start the paperwork. So wasted 2 days with them and got nothing .So the third day I drove to Performance East in Goldsboro picked a wave runner did the paperwork while the shop prepped the wave runner and was back in Rocky Mount riding it a few hours later.

Clint and the guys in the Service Dept delivered prompt and excellent work on my LTR-450! They gave phone call updates as work progressed and kept me in the loop. Work was complete in less than a week and I expected much longer. Top notch customer service!

Not sure about nowadays but Im pretty sure I have accuired a bike that came from yall many years ago its a 1976 ts185 still runs and drives to this day thought that was pretty cool says it came from twin county Suzuki not sure if this is the same place just renamed

On 25 July, I took my camper to Twin County for service.  Scott called a couple of days later stating the spring broke on brakes causing drag. Hub needed to be replaced. No problem right, covered under warranty,  Order hub from manufactor, couple of weeks at most. Problem, they ran into my 2020 Cougar fifthwheel with the tow motor scratching the front cap.  Took them four weeks after fixing hub to get it to body shop. One week to get it back, Total of seven weeks, missed most of summer camping season waiting on them to repair the damage they caused. The camper finally went to the body shop on Tuesday 27 Aug. I called on 30 Aug at 10 am, and the Service Dept said he would check on the status and call back. He didnt. I called again at 3 pm and was told they were going to get it then. He said he would call me when it got back to them and I could pick it up. They called late that evening saying the paint is not right so its being redone and it would be the next week.This will be seven weeks thanks to their neglect. Finally picked up camper on 05 Sept. Before Dorian hit. They have no compassion or sympathy for customers.

Great experience buying a yamaha wave runner. Their prices are the best. Richard was wonderful. He went out of his way to get the blue VX Cruiser that I wanted from another state. Kenny delivered the jet ski to me. He was professional & patient. He explained everything to me. I love my new wave runner.

I negotiated over the phone for a bike listed on their site since Im a little over an hour away. After arriving to pick up the bike, we discovered a miscommunication on what bike I was picking up and what they had in stock. The sales staff I worked with quickly made it right by getting the correct bike from a distributor and delivering it to my door in less than a week. Definitely appreciate them going above and beyond to make it right.

Great experience purchasing my Kodiak 700 EPS. Tray was very responsive over email and phone and was a pleasure to work with. The price was better than anything local for me so I made the drive down along with both my brothers who purchased a Can-Am Outlander XT 1000 and Kodiak 700 Base model at the same time. No surprise fees- everything was minimal and upfront. Id make the drive again.

This store in Rocky Mount has been around for a long time. I bought my Artic Cat in 2005. Went in Saturday for a new part and was helped right away. Look around shop and they have all sorts of atvs and parts. They also carry boats and supplies.
