Im super happy with my recent experience with Mike Truitt at ProSource of Richmond. Mike spent a lot of time giving me a carpeting tutorial on a recent Saturday morning, then waited patiently for a couple of weeks while I pondered samples Id taken home and made arrangements with my installer. I just placed my order today, and Im very happy with both the service and the price. Mike was helpful and honest, and I appreciated that as well.

Extremely disappointed. We havent had our carpet a year, and already looking to replace it. It shows everything, not even talking about major dirt stains, every little thing. Considering what we paid, would expect better quality. Overall just doesnt appear to be a good quality. Will definitely shop elsewhere next time, which will be sooner than we planned.

Pro Source flooring has been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. I ordered some hardwood floor from them, had some issues with the order but Adam made it all perfect. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure at the end of the day I was fully satisfied and have since recommended this company to a couple of my family members as I know they will take care of them like they did to me. Great experience with a seasoned professional. I needed to select tile for my kitchen backsplash. Found exactly why I was looking for at a better price than another distributor. Mr. Bill Brown was super helpful. Thank your a good experience. The backsplash gets installed tomorrow!

They work with the contractor and the customer. The only complaint I have is I ordered flooring and never got a call when it arrived. It was there in time for me to pick it up before the job, but a call to let me know it was there would have been nice.

We have used ProSource for years, and I refer my clients too! They have great products.

I went to the showroom and asked for help picking out a carpet for my steps. After looking at many options and asking for opinions of the sales people I decided on a natural fiber sisel that was beautiful. I had my install company order it. On install day the installers stated that they could not put this carpet on stairs as it could not be stretched. After lots of research it was determined that the carpet could be glued to a padding that was stretched onto the stairs however the carpet pile not be warrantied.) none of this explained on purchase) At this point I called two other carpet dealers to get their opinion. Both stated that sisel does not do well on stairs and will fray and not hold up. I asked to return the carpet st that point. I was told no. I even asked another sales person his opinion at prosource about sisel after being told it would not be warrantied and should not go on stairs, and he stated “ I never recommend sisel to anyone for anything. “ I will be throwing the carpet in the trash and using another company to help better quite me to replace it. Huge money loss. Shame on me I guess for trusting their “experts.”Update... I have not heard from anyone from prosource. Still stuck with a useless carpet and still have my old carpet on my stairs.
