Keil replaced my main water line without ripping up my front yard, and was much cheaper than the more destructive option. They were fast, courteous, professional and dealt with all the variables that come with these types of projects very efficiently.

I needed 2 hose bibbs (spigots) replaced as well as 2 shut-off valves installed for them and called Keil on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a very accurate quote for the work and came out the next day to replace them. They worked around my schedule and were prompt on the arrival time. The technician was very professional and discussed some different options regarding the repairs. He then gave me the final cost for the work and did a really great job installing new piping, the shut-off valves and new bibbs. A+ experience overall!

Came to fix a clogged toilet, fixed the clog in the toilet for $175, but broke the shower as they washed their tools in the tub after.We discovered not long after they left that the valve was broken. I called the company, described what happened, and had them return to take a look at the issue, but they stated they would charge us to fix what they broke after inspecting it. I decided to pay another plumbing company to do the work to fix what they broke and not give another dollar to them.I did not have a problem with the toilet fee, and they were able to get there the same day for the fix, but cannot stand being ripped off by having them break something and try to get me to pay to have it repaired.

Fixed both of my drain issues in my showers quickly. They were both leaking due to poor installation. Thanks!

I have been a customer of Keil Plumbing and Heating on and off for a number of years. I own Two houses and have always had good service and no complaints. I have recommended you to neighbors and friends. Recently i called Keil and asked for someone to come install a new toilet for me. Your office sent Matt and Steve, They have been out to my house a couple times before for other plumbing issues and are always very courteous and helpful. Today when they showed up i cut right to the chase informing them of all the issues they will just recommend me to get a new toilet. After removing the toilet they came across a toilet brush shoved so far down it was unseen and broken off. They advised me if they removed the brush, it would save me time and save me money. I was blown away! I was so amazed and grateful for their honesty. They are hard working and pleasant but they go the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of correctly.

I am so amazed at their work. They are so detailed and thorough, The bathtub wast cast iron, they said it weighed about 700 pounds causing them to have to hammer it into pieces to get it out. Under the tub they found an electrical wire improperly placed. All these years any of us could have been fried like bacon and Keil fixed it. Cant thank them enough!

He was able to get me back up and running and explained to me exactly what happened and what he was doing to fix it. He checked they remaining components of the system to make sure that everything else was in good working order. I would definitely recommend Keil to others.

Something told me Keil plumbing was the place to call. I had a very friendly and informative conversation with the person on the phone. They were able to come out on the specific day I asked, and fixed a very unusual problem with my toilet in my old house for a fair price. They will get all my plumbing business from now on! We have used keil for a number of projects. Including several bathroom and kitchen remodels. This project was some light carpentry and painting that turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. All of the work we have had Keil do, they have been nothing but great. They always show up on time, keep us informed every step of the way and do top notch work. Last month i had a plumbing leak turned into a bathroom remodel, so glad i called Keil plumbing to come out. they came out right away. and finished in a timely manner.

The plumbers always come in, take a look and then basically tell you to go get the parts and fix it yourself or call them call them back and waste more money... have had the same experience multiple times and its very frustrating... would not recommend for plumbing

I needed to change a water heater in my attic and hired Keil to do the job. Big mistake. I purchased the water heater myself, and they supposed to do the installation. Asked how much it is going to cost, he estimated 3 hours at $110/hr however he said it might be around $400. Told him it is fine.Scheduled an appointment next day and they told me they will call to make sure I have the heater before they come. They called me next day and told me if he can send his guy. Told him I am expecting deliver at 10:00. He said OK, he will send them around this time. They came in at 9:30 am.They get the heater down from the attic and asked him to use the same fitting I have on my old one since they are identical heaters.While waiting for the heater to get delivered, (came around 10:30am) they started fabricating new fittings. I was not aware what they were doing.After they were done with the installation, water was coming very slow to the heater and he wanted to wait to get the heater filled. He was not sure why the water flow was low. It was related to the automatic shot off that I figured out later.Told him to leave and I will fire up the unit once it is filled. I am a bit handy doing these things.Gave me a bill for approximately $700. He charged me over $250 for parts that I dont need. Told him that I can buy all the parts he installed for $25 and he agreed. However he said these are their prices. They charged me 4.5 hours while they were at my house for 3 hours. He said driving time. Bull.The contractor said between me and you, they told their boss the prices are too high and he is going to price himself off the market. He knocked an hour off as I told him Im not paying for labor that was not done.Anyways, the water heater did not work correctly and they were supposed to come and look at it. State heater gave me a reference number to provide the plumber so they can bill it directly to them (still under warranty).The person who answered the phone told me he wants to ask his boss. They never called back. after calling over 5 times, I talked to the boss. Explained to me he wants $400 to come over and fix it and they will not accept State reference number. I wish they told me that a day ago so I dont have to stay at home waiting on them and taking off from work. It was a nightmare.Got a different Plumber and they fixed it in few minutes. They charged bill directly to State.

Awful company. They charge you one hour $125 without doing the repair. They sent the invoice 13 months later !!!!!!!! Never contract this people they are the worse plumbers ever.

After several real bad experiences with two other local contractors, these guys showed up, figured out the problem, replaced 20’ of terra cotta sewer pipe in an afternoon, fixed a small old problem, helped with some advice for another project and we’re on time every time.
