Reico turned a very stressful remodel into a wonderful experience. Professionalism was at the core of every contact. I told them what I wanted and they delivered quality products on time. Every delivery was exactly what I had ordered and the deliveries came when they were supposed to. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.

We recently renovated our kitchen and bathrooms at our second home on Lake Anna. We interviewed several cabinet companies and their respective designers. We found Elizabeth Shumate at Reico cabinets to be the best of the 4 designers we met with. She listened and understood what I was looking to do and she was creative and knowledgeable. The cabinets came in ahead of schedule and the delivery and installation was completed on time as promised. There were a few blemishes on the cabinets and Elizabeth and her team quickly remedied those small issues with replacement of a few doors.Our project is not yet complete, but the picture below shows the cabinets and the granite. The cabinets are in the color Mist which has a slight green tint. We were looking for something a little different for the lake house and this gave us a splash of color somewhat different than the usual white or cream.Ask for Elizabeth at Reicos showroom in Richmond.

Further, I felt she was the most thoughtful and creative of the designers I interviewed. The cabinets came in quickly and the installation was completed as promised. There were a few minor cabinet blemishes that Elizabeth and her team immediately remedied. We are very happy with the finished product and our experience with Reico.

I needed parts for my older cabinets and was so thankful that you had what I needed.The time from my request to receiving the part was JET FAST ACCURATE!

Nightmare........Initial installer was rude. When installation finally started, one of the cabinet doors was damaged in the shipment, but they installed it anyway. They left an entire cabinet out during the first install as well. Ultimately, they sent out at least 4 different install crews, each one making comments about the previous crews mistakes. They had to come out at least seven different times to repair mistakes and poor installation issues.Our Kitchen remodel is now done and we still have crooked cabinet doors and a drawer that sticks when you open it.For the money we spent, I expect better quality, better service, and I certainly do not expect to have to chase them down to make it right.

Website said appt was not necessary. There were no other clients there but the woman who greeted us would not even answer simple generic questions about planning our bathroom renovation unless we paid 300,00. Not friendly. Didn’t even let me complete my question. I will not go back.

Bought cabinetry with installation and couldn’t be happier. They were professional, negotiable and have great products and customer service. I would highly recommend.

We went to REICO in search of kitchen cabinets and counter top for a kitchen remodel. We met with Sepi Zanjana, designer, who was fabulous to work with. Each time I changed my mind, and I changed it several times, she was quick to answer my email and take care of the change. She knew our budget and worked to remain within it. I highly recommend REICO for cabinets and counter tops and especially Sepi Zanjani as the designer.

Hidden gem. Fantastic service for small project a vanity and top that I was using a contractor to remodel my bath. Gary saved the day several times when another contractor, I will not name them, did not use the directions provided by Reico. Kitchen , bath and laundry room remodels to follow in my home Nd I better get Reico!

Waited in the front entrance for 20 min, at least 5 employees walked by me , none of them askedm me if I needed help. I left without even taking to 1 person after standing at the front desk the entire time. I will not be back.

I cant speak to their actual work because I could never get them to return my emails/calls or come out to my house for measurements. I visited the store at least 4 times and had everything I wanted picked out. I just wanted a new bathroom vanity and maybe that was too small of a project for them, but I wish they had just told me that instead of wasting so much time trying to get them to do the project. I was very disappointed.
