We have used Brian several times and he has saved us a fortune by repairing our refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Despite being relatively new, our appliances get a lot of use. Each time he knew exactly what the issue was and made the repairs quickly. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but RJ Service is easily one of the best business experiences I have ever had. Brian is extremely professional and he knows exactly what hes doing. He keeps your expensive machines running well. More than once he simply told me how to fix my problem over the phone for free, and then checked in with me the next day to see how it went. One time(out of like 15 times that we have used RJ Service), a part he used failed. It wasnt his fault, sometimes a part is faulty. Without issue he quickly came over, checked it out, and replaced it for free. Brian is the guy you want to help you keep your home going.

If you have an appliance repair that needs to be done, I HIGHLY recommend Brian from RJ Service, LLC. Brian replaced a part on my fridge a few years ago. He was prompt, efficient, personable and reliable. I called him recently b/c my fairly new dishwasher (< 2 years old) stopped draining after washing the dishes. Brian came several times to replace the drain pump and then, replace the motor board. But nothing seemed to work. He even researched the issue with his colleagues. He was really disappointed to not be able to identify the issue (except for defective and/or cheap, tiny parts that are poorly developed by engineers for the function at hand). I asked him how much I owed him. He said, I didnt fix anything. So, you dont owe me anything. Well, I think Brian has the Midas Touch b/c my dishwasher seems to be working now (...not to jinx myself)! At some point, I may have to replace it. Our washing machine broke the other day. I called Lakeside Appliances and they recommended RJ Service. Brian was honest and reliable. When it turned out that the machine would cost more to repair than it was worth, he recommended getting a new one rather than fixing the old. He is who we will call in the future if any more appliances break.

Quick, honest, great price

Brian has come twice to fix the ice maker dispenser on our fridge. He did not charge us for the second visit even though it really wasnt due to any fault on his part. I will use them in the future.
