Sears acknowledged that the A&E factory Services trucks that are on their property are associated with them. But they could not fix the issue with the Dryer that was allegedly fixed two days ago, because that was A&E. I suggest not using these people whether Sears or A&E for Samsung products at all. The person from A&E who came to fix my dryer Friday was cussing the Samsung product the entire time he tried to put it back together. And when I placed an actual wet load of laundry in the dryer, the dryer essentially fell apart and did not work.

I wish I had not signed up with this service plan. Contacting them by phone results in extended questions from the computer voice only to trip up and make you call another line. Its like they dont really want your business. It seems to me they are trying to push you into setting appointments by internet. Not so good if you misplace your contract number.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. Once they understood refrigerator was under warranty they delayed and would not repair. Showed up twice without parts and when I called I was given excuses and hung up on multiple times. 6 weeks without a fridge and when I called this time they said I would have to pay for repair even though it is under warranty and there has been a recall and a class action law suite. They give you the run around hoping you will just give up. I did buy another fridge since it is obvious this will not be resolved soon but will not go away. I found other people with same issue and more than 5 months before fixed. NEVER buy from sears or use their repair service. Total uncaring incompetence throughout by everyone I have talked to through this nightmare.

So after purchasing sears extended warranty for my stove top, they cant honor it in a timely manner. I have owned the stove top/oven for a year when the oven had a code and will not come on. I call sears service and schedule my appointment in which they tell me will take 2 weeks. At this point Im a little taken back by it taking 2 weeks but there is really nothing I can do. On the day that my appointment is due they call and say that the technician has called in sick and they will have to schedule me for another two weeks out. Really what kind of service is this? I have made 3 phone calls to get a earlier appointment to no avail. Buyer beware sears warranty/service is not worth having.

Service repair did nothing to determine what the problem with the oven was just assumed it was a control board.
