Had a technician come out and charged me $400 to tell me the issue with my fryer, sent me an invoice and parts I need to buy from them to get the machine running.I told them I just need them for repairs not to buy parts, I get parts from the company directly. After buying the parts from the manufacturer they told me they do not want to work on my appliance because of complications with the machine and that even if I bought the parts from them they do not want to work on it.So basically buy everything from them or they dont want to deal with you... After charging me $400 just to look at the machineVery unprofessional

Dont trust their technicians they will lie in the notes to manufacturer just to bill you. They sent tech to look at the fryer and deemed it warranty didnt fix it and left. The other day they sent another one he deemed it not warranty didnt fix it and left. I got charged for the service. When i called the manufacturer they said the first tech sent them noted that he didnt even work on the fryer and claimed that he was not sure which fryer he will be working on so he left.Thats a big LIE he worked on the fryer for 30 minutes.

Jesus, they are just flat rude. They may be nice sometimes, but if they dont feel like doing, you will know. Inconsistent. They will be nice to the money, and not to the person.

Absolutely the worst repair company Ive worked with in the last 20 years in food service. Bad business practices...they were a great company in the past. The new company who bought Daubers out is absolutely the worst..Whaley Foodservice.... Avoid at all cost.

I come here all the time to drop off blenders and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

This company (or shop) does sub-par work for price gauging rates. I tried to get them to repair and item that was falling apart...out of warranty...should have called earlier, Ill own that one. I just felt like I was calling someones house...who didnt want to be bothered. My two cents...

Its a nightmare to come here... Mostly because of the service you get from the manager. It feels like most people that work here hate life.
