The owner is very honorable and dependable. Ive returned a number of times for purchases. After such good service, I dont even look elsewhere anymore for appliances for our rental properties.

I am so glad that I was laid to RVA appliances. These guys are an excellent company. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me the correct remedy. These guys could’ve easily came over and installed a new dryer and took my money. Instead, they told me what to do over the phone and it solve my issue. I am so grateful for their honesty and fantastic customer service. The next time, I need to buy a washer or dryer I will definitely get it from RVA appliances.

I just bought a front load washer from here, they had a very large stock of used appliances available. I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent and they even delivered the washer to my house! I havent had an issue with the washer (and its been going non-stop for about 13 hours so far), but if I do they have a 30 day warranty and I am not worried about anything! They prefer cash and if you pay in cash you dont have to pay the credit card service charge, defs give them a visit if you are in the need of a gently used appliance!

This place is AMAZING!! I spoke with Matias over the phone about my stove issues, I was worried I would not be able to cook for the Holidays! Matias agreed to stop by the very next day to take a look, he figured out the issue and resolved it in less than 15 mins! his prices are fair which was very helpful during the pandemic. Very fair prices, excellent customer service and 30 warranty on used equipment. We bought a used stacking washer dryer from them. We set it up at home and it leaked. They immediately came out looked at it and said there was a crack in the drum of the washer. It either happened between the ride from their shop to my house or was previously there. Either way no questions asked they replaced the washer with a larger one by the next morning. I’ll continue buying appliances from them and highly recommend checking them out! Thank you for being an honest business.

We have used RVA Appliances for four separate jobs: They replaced a washing machine; they replaced a microwave; they repaired our refrigerator and they repaired our dishwasher. Each job was a) on time; b) below budget; c) done in a completely reliable manner. RVA Appliances is extremely responsive. Our refrigerator went out over the weekend and they came right away and fixed it. They are also highly skilled. They replaced the microwave in less than 2 hours. The previous installer took almost a half a day. They are at least 30% , maybe 40% below the repair costs of our previous repair person. Plus, they are very friendly, unlike some others. RVA Appliances is far and away the best appliance repair business I have worked with in the 30 years I have lived in Richmond. Use them. You wont be disappointed.

Once the call was made to RVA Appliance I was greeted with a profession conversation and give the time of arrival. The assessment was done and within a hour of returning the problems solved. We were very appreciative of the prompt and reliable service. Excellent!!!

I bought a washer from them and when I put a load of clothes in it the water FLOODED my whole kitchen and front hallway! What a mess. It also will not go thru any of the cycles. Spin cycle or drain. All it did was over fill with water and flood my house.
