Excelsior Air has been a Godsend since I purchased my house a few years ago. They have gone above and beyond in helping with all of my many HVAC issues. They are always on time, always willing to fit me in when something goes wrong, and are always honest about work and pricing. They help me find services and systems that will help save me money, which I really appreciate. I will not be using anyone else besides Excelsior, even when I move to a new home!

RUDE Owner! Jessie, didnt even try to help! I was asking for a quote. He asked me what quotes I already had. After I told him, he was like, yeah well mine are probably going to be the same if not more. All he cared about was MONEY!!!! I said, I guess we can just cancel the appointment and he was like, YEAH! What a total JERK!!!!!!! You will NEVER get any referrals from me, EVER!!!!

Jesse, Patrick, and Rafael are fabulous! They installed a new mini-split ductless system and were professional, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, and SUPER hard-working. I love my new system, and was so impressed at how they went above and beyond, throughout. They were mindful about cleaning up, offered to remove a really gigantic window unit for me, and made the whole process a pleasure. Im excited to have a company that I trust for all my work in the future. Thanks to all of you!

We had to make a Sunday morning call to have our AC fixed. Excelsior Air was incredibly timely with their response to our call and arrived to our home within a few hours. Gary, our technician, was professional, informative, and effective in solving our issue. Furthermore, as previous Woodfin users, Excelsior Air is exceedingly more affordable, especially with a weekend job. We are pleased with the work done and will continue to use Excelsior Air for our HVAC needs.

I rarely ever leave reviews but this is warranted. Lead Technician is fantastic, consultative, and professional. However, this is a company-first, client-second organization with poor communication and not willing to reason with you to continue a business/client relationship. The definition of a small-business.They even offered a complimentary tune-up but have since not returned any of my 2 phone calls and 2 emails over a 10-day span.If youre HVAC is acting up, theyre not worth the headache.**************Elizabeth,Poor communication and putting the company first. Never did I ask for a free refund and I couldnt have been more professional and courteous to you and your staff throughout the process. Getting defensive and using anyone as scapegoat to cover up operational lapses on an open social media platform is very telling. Not all reviews have to be 5 stars.

Had issues with Trane system. A Realtor recommended I try Excelsior Air. . Gary showed up on time. He was professional and listened to what the previous issues we had. He fixed the problem many others were unable to find. I wish he was the person who we chose when purchasing two units a few years ago. I highly recommend Gary and this company. Five Stars.

Excelsior Air sent Eric over to install a new EcoBee thermostat for me. It was working fine until the next day when a hardware issue wasnt turning the heat on properly. The fact new hardware was failing right out of the box; I decided to purchase a Google Nest thermostat.Within an hour of my call, Excelsior Air had Eric back over, who switched out the thermostats at no charge.I couldnt be happier with Erics expertise and Excelsior Airs customer service.

Zach is excellent. He is always pleasant and professional. Zach always goes above and beyond to explain what service he has performed and any potential work that he thinks may need to be performed. My son has a pain in the neck system to access, its on the roof of the building but Zach always brings an assistant and they do what needs to done and it is totally a no stress experience. Highly recommend Zach at Excelsior.

Ive been really impressed with Excelsior airs service and have had them out on two separate occasions now. They are always very easy to reach, super helpful, and punctual on their service calls. Weve been having issues with our mini-split and Justin and team have gone above and beyond to resolve issues due to a faulty install, and Id highly recommend them for any issue you might have at your home.For what its worth too, they have been great during Covid and I have felt very safe having them in my home

We called excelsior air because we were having issues with our first floor AC not cooling properly. The technician, I believe his name is Chris showed up on time, repaired the unit ,and told us we do not need to replace the entire unit as we were told previously. He also emailed us a detailed report of his work which was completed. We have not had any issues since his visit. We are so pleased with this company and will continue to work with them in the future. Appreciated the honesty and professional work.

We have been using Excelsior Air for a few years for yearly maintenance and they have always been great! This year we had an issue and they were able to come our right away. Our tech Justin is always professional, polite, on time and very knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience with Excelsior! They responded immediately to a maintenance call we made to our rental property manager and were able to arrange sending a technician out the same day. The technician (Zack) was very courteous and professional, and was able to quickly address the problem with our AC unit. Its always great doing business with local, small business, and we will definitely keep Excelsior in mind for any future needs!

We’ve used Excelsior previously for routine maintenance, but when our air compressor died on us Jesse and his team were very quick to act. Not only did they assess the issue our system and work quickly to replace/install the unit, they were extremely courteous and helped out when we needed extra information to submit for our insurance claim. Now we’re lucky to have a working unit during the dog days of summer.

Justin at Excelsior was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and both Jessie and Elizabeth at the office were super easy to work with! They helped this single mom get a new HVAC system mid quarantine quickly when other businesses were slooooow. AND the best part? I just got my first electric bill since the new system was installed and I saved $66!!

We had a great experience with Excelsior. They were honest with our immediate needs (helping us to get more life out of our old unit) and were very responsive when it was ultimately time to replace our the unit. They kept the work area very clean, despite pouring rain outside, answered all of our questions and were excellent to work with. Highly recommend!

Excelsior is a local provider, great at communication, and had availability the same day I requested an appointment. The technician, Zack, couldnt have been friendlier, more professional, or better at explaining his diagnosis and process. Overall it was a great experience, and I have total confidence in the information and service that was provided.

Ive been using Excelsior Air for YEARS. Not only does all of my family use them at well but I even use them for my biusiness. They are by far the best, most honest and just all around good guys. Ive had Zack help me and hook me up many times and he is truly the best. I also love how Jesse is always available to make appointments. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My furnace would run and then seemingly at random cut off and shut down. A guy who does some repair work for me now and then suggested Excelsior, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of all the staff I dealt with. Zack came to the house, twice--the problem was hard to diagnose because it was impossible to recreate--and explained to me how to find the codes that would get him started. He did nothing that wasnt necessary, and did what he needed to to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Have had no problems since, and I was pleased enough to sign a service agreement with them. I recommend Excelsior and Zack highly.

Small company with excellent service and response!We were told by other companies it could be days or even weeks before they could come out to check out our AC unit...this, on the hottest day of the year. Excelsior came out to my house within two hours.Zack, the technician, was as friendly and professional as they come.Prices were below what we had anticipated.I highly recommend Excelsior Air to everybody!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jesse and his team. We purchased a new home and had a hard deadline to move in all in about 3.5 weeks. Jesse did a thorough inspection of the existing units, gave us several options and ideas. Not only did he work out a great plan to heat and cool areas that previously had no temperature control, he and his team worked absurdly over time to make sure that the day we moved in we had a working (and lovely) heating and air system throughout the entire house. He answered texts and phone calls whenever I had questions, helped educate me as I tried to make decisions and was more than helpful as we worked on a large job in a very tight timeframe (and worked around other projects I was similarly trying to get completed quickly). Top notch. A+++ on every level.

Exceptional service. Speedy customer service and very knowledgeable techs. We have been trying to fix our HVAC for 7 months and our installer hasnt been able to pinpoint the issue. Excelsior fixed our problem on their first visit. Highly recommend!

The company is very well organized, starting with their Coorditnator Elizabeth, she set the appointment and kept kept me informed on when the technician is expected to be arriving with alert text msgs implemented in their system. Then Zach arrived one time, he is very knowledgeable and professional, he let me know what he is going to do during his visit and soffered great suggestions on how to keep my HVAC system well maintained. I am very satisfied with their service and 100% recommend using Excelsior.
