Jamie is the best when it comes to electrolysis. She’s extremely professional and great/expert in her field at what she does. Not too mention, she’s kind and caring. Seriously love coming here!

Doctor and PA weren’t what I thought about being assertive towards my skin condition. They did not diagnose me properly and it took three months to finally get the proper medication for my fungal infection when PA said it wasn’t fungal from the beginning. It took my closest friend to tell her that it look fungal in nature before I got the proper diagnosis. Not too impressed to recommend

Jamie does amazing work both with electrolysis and laser, on top of being a wonderful and accepting person. If I hadnt needed to leave Reno I would have continued with her for as long as I could.

Im not very happy with them. My friend went to them to remove a piece of skin from her face tested for cancer and had to send it to San Francisco lab to get it tested for a second opinion. in the meantime we are on edge waiting and waiting and they said the latest we would wait for results is Tuesday well now its almost Thursday not even a phone call or some kind of reassurance saying it will be okay. No nothing very unprofessional and irresponsible especially with cancer. What is sad is I recommended this place to my friend saying they where the best.

Rude ... More Concerned About How I Can Pay Than What I NeedI just called to ask if they are accepting new patients. The receptionist was rude and completely focused on the insurance I have - when I explained I would be a cash pay patient because Im using my HSA card, she said it was $116 (as if I couldnt afford that). Then she made a quick appointment time 4 months out and didnt even ask what I need to be seen for. How long is the appointment she set me up for? Does the doctor treat what I need to be seen for? Next practice on the list ...

Dr. Krouse is very experienced and also very pleasant. Office is professional but laid back.Everyone was nice and helpful. Results from my test came fast. They immediately called to notify. Charge for my appointment was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this business. I first took my oldest son here, and they took great care of him. Then I went myself and the lady that took care of me was unbelievably friendly. I have a lot of doctors between myself and my two boys. I could not believe how friendly she was.I wish i would have gotten her name but nevertheless this business is now my familys primary for dermatologist needs. Absoulty shocked how great she was. You dont see that now days at least not often. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable! Very happy with this location.

My mother in law raves about this place. Dr. Ann hase is apperntly really good however one of the young lady’s that answers the phone is extremely rude. I have called more then once just hangs up and doesn’t even say have a nice day then when you ask questions she get real short and make rude/ huffing noises. Hope they work on their customer service however one girl that answers the phone is supper nice and helpful when the other was extremely not. I also called back to check on other appointment she checked them for me and I said ”thank you”and she hangs up again without saying thanks for calling or even by!

Wouldnt trust any other dermatologist. Dr. Hayes is amazing and actually makes sure whatever problem youre having gets fixed. Absolutely recommended to everyone in the area.
