Definitely do not recommend this place. I went there a few days ago and ended up with nasty red rashes on both eyebrows the next day because I noticed the lady did my eyebrows without 1) changing her gloves she was using with her phone, 2) the gloves smelled like she had been using them for a while and 3) she did not clean my eyebrows. This has never happened to me before and I go to a lot of eyebrows places. To top it off, they charge $15 which is a lot more expensive than other places (especially for the poor quality) and the lady was kind of rough when doing my eyebrows. 2/10 would not recommend.

Conveniently located at the Macys entrance of Meadowood Mall. Body Threading is very popular in the Bay Area of California (where I hail from..) $15 will prove to be well-spent when you see the finished product. Beautiful brows!

They discriminate against colored people and cater to white people. They are unclean they don’t sanitize between customers. They don’t sanitize the work stations either.

It was my first time getting my eyebrows done and the lady was very fast very gentle and did AMAZING i was very satisfied which the results i had very bushy thick eyebrows and she helped tame them! i also got them done for my first day of school and my eyes weren’t irritated or anything. the inside is very clean and fancy however we first went to their booth and no one was there and we did have to do a little bit of searching for the store but i am very satisfied!!!

After,the elderly woman did the service, within an hourly later,one side of her lids, the skin was bleeding.

Wow , I couldn’t believe how sexist this establishment is. I went in for a simple eye brow thread & she refused to take me because I’m a male. I even offered to pay more ( because of how desperate I was to get my eyebrows done). I don’t understand how this establishment is still in business with all the horrible reviews. The mall should be ashamed they have this type Narcissistic business in there mall. they have a kiosk that’s never attended. It’s disgusting that at this day in age this is still allowed. I ADVISE GO ELSE WHERE WITH YOUR MONEY BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS. It’s no joke! In fact if your opening a business this place a great example of how you DO NOT want to run business!

Very sexist here, I went in with my lady friend because we were gonna get our eyebrows done and the ladies refused to do mine because I’m a male, she was talking about “only do ladies because it’s for ladies and natural beauty shaped eyebrows”. I asked her again if she can do them and she refused to because I was a guy. I don’t think anyone should go here if they discriminate against guys getting their eyebrows done. Went to the JC penny instead and they were way more friendlier towards male customers. Forget this place, NO ONE GO HERE, STAY AWAY.

Most aggressive at threading eyebrows I’ve ever encountered. She ripped a piece of my eyelid. Worst experience by far and she even got upset for not tipping.

Honestly, not sure why the negative reviews. First time i ever got my brows threaded and I was very happy she shaped them nicely and kept them thick. I just let her do her thing and I dont find them rude. Americans feel like they need to get smiles and chit chat fake niceness which makes me extremely uncomfortable. For example, I went to a boutique, I wont say which one because Im not reviewing them, buy the girl there was freakishly peppy and she was so fake I could tell she was trying so hard to make a sale. I felt bad for her. When I got my eyebrows done I was happy the lady didnt have a conversation just asked if it had been a while and showed me how to pull my skin for certain parts. I dont like going to salons because I dont go for a conversation or to make friends which just leads into trying to get you to buy products. This was quick and no appointment. No swelling like with waxing and a much cleaner look. Anyway, Im glad I didnt read the reviews. Anyway, Ill go back once I can no longer tame my giant caterpillars myself and will update this review if something changes or my eyebrows fall off. So far so good! Dont be xenophobic!

They left me eye brows looking great. True they are not very talkative and not a place if you are looking for a social hour but they didnt keep me waiting, I was helped right away and was done in about 15 minutes. This is an excellent alternative to waxing or plucking. Ill definitely come back again.

If I could give zero stars, I would!I came in on Sunday, no wait, the lady asked me to sit down on her station.I waited a good 5 minutes for her to start, because she was on the phone, talking to her friend.She did my service, upper lip and brow, and proceeded to butcher my eyelid.I have scars on both eyelids, but one of my lids is so much worse than the other.Give me my money back!

So I went for the first time about 5 months ago, an older lady did my threading at the kiosk they were amazing. Then I went today and went to the shop (close to payless in the mall) the younger lady was not amused when I told her how bad and uneven she made my eyebrows.. sadly I will not be going back.. hopefully my eyebrows grow out soon because even with my glasses they look horrible...

I got in and the lady asked me to sit on the chair right away. Then she just started threading my eyebrows without even asking me what do I want. So I told her I want it thick and just to be cleaned around my eyebrows. Her hands are little heavy. This is the most uncomfortable threading session I’ve ever had. She did my eyebrows okay, a little uneven.

I used to go to them because I had no one else and honestly The worst customer service so rude and they do ur brows the way they want to I like them thick and I tell them but every time they make them skinny!! And also they threaten them really hard and u will leave with scars on ur brows !! I don’t recommend them at all !!

The more I look at my eyebrows the more it infuriates me that i paid for this. My eyebrows are so easy to do but this one lady has completely botched them for the 2nd time in a row now. THEN tried to tell me my eyebrow looked the way it did because I overplucked..-_- I dont pluck my eyebrows and they didnt look that way before i came in. I will NEVER be back no matter how desperate I am they overcharge for sh** work.

Rudest customer service!!! Never again coming to the mall here. My husband wanted his eyebrows done and they told him he had short hair... to come back later. We wanted to pay same card and they said no either.. never coming here again

Horrible customer service. Genuinely disrespectful hateful people running this shop. The lady was on her speaker phone the whole time angrily talking about someone... Never even said hello or asked what I wanted just started after my eyebrows without even asking (I wanted my chin done)So I correct her and now, she acts mad and put out like Im disturbing her whole day or something. Horrible rough service cut my skin with thread in spots and left hair on in others. I asked her to finish the un threaded spots and she ACTUALLY REFUSED to make it right.The single worse threading shop I have ever encountered from Seattle to Los angles by far THE WORST!

The lady that did my guy friends eyebrows almost refused him service after learning he was Muslim. She told him that it was against their religion to take out hair. He told her to continue on threasing since she already threaded one of the brows. She gave him a half-assed brow job; she didnt put on the oils/water that they do at the beginning and end. The stinging sensation was greater for him after the job was done.He didnt come into the shop to be scolded for something he didnt know. Now, he refuses to go to any threading shop in town because of his one experience with her.Keep your religious views to yourself.

The hours say they open at 9, they do not open at 9. The mall opens at 9. This opens at 10. Why TF does everything open at 10 Im Reno, and its Saturday, too?!

Horrible. Lady didnt even say hi she just stared at my eyebrows and squinted her eyes. Was on her phone on speaker the whole time, i felt her sweater sleeve hitting my lips the whole time. Came back after my boyfriend said my Ieft brow was thinner and instead of fixing it she told me my brows r uneven this and that it wont look good. First of i know my brows arent even i look at myself everyday!! And second thats why i pay someone to fix them!! this was at the outside spot that is next to Childrens Place and Gamestop. Even while i was paying she was making no eyecontact not even a thanks come back soon.Dont come here. Take your money else where!!!!!

Worst service!! I always go there and this time I went with my friend 30 min to closing she said it was closed already. She did my friends and I step out while she did hers came back when she was finishing and told me she was closed. She did my friends in such a hurry that she took a small chunk of skin of the eyelid and it was all irritated. I will never go there anymore!
